Please stay clear of Penske, I was ripped off by them and some crooks they sent me too, all was trying to do was purchase me a truck.. And they swindled me out of $500 and the finance company they sent me swindled me out of $1400.. I dont have no money to just give away, please stay away from this company...stay away

Agent at Greenville location is a jerk, not Penskes fault, but I just switched to Ryder because of this local agent after 2 years of renting a Penske every single week...
I reserved a truck for 9am. We’ve been sitting here waiting for two hours now, I also found out they decided to take it to get cleaned without communicating that, which added an hour wait. There is a major break in the chain of communication of this company, there is no excuse for messing up a reservation this badly.
