I recommend it because of the cleanliness and the convenience but I also warn them that you don’t honor your promotions and go up on the prices as well. I suggest that they screenshot everything and confirm what is being presented to them.

The storage unit was very nice and clean. The day of my move I discovered that I actually needed two units. I was panicking because I never had a storage unit and wasn’t sure how it works. But little did I know, the manager helped me to reserve another unit that was perfect for my remaining items. If you are looking for a nice, clean and safe storage CubeSmart is the place!

I was so thankful for the assistance Mike Myers and Rina Young have given me in trying to obtain a second unit at the CubeSmart on S. Pleasantburg in Greenville, SC!! I was trying to minimize expense yet assure the availability of the unit I needed.. Both of them went above and beyond in researching the best solution to my needs and did a great job in obtaining whatever discounts could be obtained as well as assuring that I got the last unit that was available in this very busy site! Hats off to them and their dedication to serving their customers in such a great way!!

Storage need to have a better security system installed. Cameras are very much needed on the Inside as well. My storage unit along with others was broken into Nov. 21st. 60in flat screen, sound bar and 2 speaker, and a few other valuable items were taken. The staff has been wonderful with helping and assisting my needs. However there is still no assurance this will not happen again.

I’m a small business owner and use several units at this location to house my inventory. Mike and Rina are fantastic to work with - they go so far above and beyond to assist me. Both are extremely pleasant and ensure everything goes off smoothly. The facility is brand new and kept immaculately. I cannot imagine a more positive storage experience.

Rina was so personable and helpful throughout my whole experience. She was knowledgeable about the whole process and was super helpful in guiding me in which unit would work best for me. Rina welcomed me warmly into the office and led me through a seamless process of signing up for the perfect storage unit! I actually enjoyed myself and all of that is because of Rina!!

Rented a space but after renting family members bought me a home 🏡 storage building and had it set up when I got back home. So I had to cancel my agreement with cubesmart and the representative was able to reverse the transaction and was able to give all of my money 💰 back. The time frame was only 2 hours but the transaction was canceled.

I was dealing with some personal issues and she noticed that I was going through something she was so informative and helpful show great concern as to what I was going through she went above and beyond to help me and I want her to know as well as the staff and management that they have a great professional working for them and with them. I want to say how much I appreciate everything to the greatest extent extent.

Recently rented at the new Pleasentburg location. Lisa was a tremendous help in helping me decide what size unit I needed as well as showing me the unit prior to rental. She was very accomdating to my questions and knowledgeable in her answers. Overall great experience. I would recommend this clean, safe facility to anymore.
