Bathrooms out of order. Also could use more upkeep. Lots of oil stains in parking spaces. Need oil absorb treatment to keep our water supply reservoirs less contaminated. Pulling together in seemingly little things that cost a little extra like this, can make a big difference overtime for all of us humans. 🙂 We are all one. I know thats big picture, but I think this world could use a little more of that. Peace out! 😅

After spending 100s of dollars at this branch over the last 10 or so years I finally met the owner. Upon buying a scratch ticket an hour after buying one at the same branch, the owner rudely shoved my away for attempting to pay debit instead of cash. Instead of just telling me I couldnt pay with debit as I had the hour previously he immediately told me he was the owner and to leave if I did not have cash. I understand there are rules but theres no need to treat someone whos been spending their money for years in your store this way over something so small.

I came in here for the first time and had a short nice conversation with the clerk after asking her to put her mask on because I was uncomfortable. She then started talking about google reviews. This is my first time using it but she told me to. She got out a notebook. She started asking about what she kept calling my condition. I have down syndrome for reference. She then started offering me $20 which she put on the counter to follow very specific instructions she had written out to write her a review on here. I clearly did not follow them and can choose my own words. I left the money and threw away the note. I got the name Barbara off the paper as she told me I had a paying job now and not to mess it up as I left. I am full time employed where I dont get called disabled. I am differently abled than her and she shouldnt be trying to take advantage of anyone. I did take the time to ask why she had no name tag and she mentioned that she was waiting for her new general manager badge. I would avoid this store.

The store doesn’t take Apple Pay and doesn’t honor the month of July free Slurpees. Apparently they can operate outside of national marketing campaigns. Don’t go to this 7 eleven.

Barbara was really working hard to get everyone taken care of. She clearly showed urgency and quality of service by getting customers rang up and out of the door. She is an asset and should be compensated as so.

I usually come here and get my gum and drinks for the day. Today I picked up some gum that clearly said $1.69 for Spearament Ice Cubes. They proceeded to charge me $4. When I questioned why, the owner got very rude and loud with me in front of other customers. Told me you dont know how to read the price tags He must have thought I was trying to get him for a whole $3. Be carful, what you think the price is and what they actually charge you. Lost my business for good. Not becuase of the price, but how I was treated by the owner.

Casher wearing her mask under her chin talking. When I was walking up she coughs in her hand and doesnt clean her hands. I saw that and just turned around and left. Wont be going back there, the place should be shut down since there are already complaints about not following CDC guidelines.

We go here all the time. Best snacks West of Dayton and East of I25.

So the cashier won’t wear a mask but because of COVID the rest room isn’t open. So what is a person. From out of two to do? I even explained the situation and the cashier didn’t care

Nasty store,bad service

I was here at this store Saturday morning and I just wanted to get some coffee and something to eat. I got there and they had 4 empty coffee pots burning away. I asked the young girl working there if she could brew some and she said sure, but she looked more concerned flirting with a man who was there and texting was clearly her priority, so I grabbed a bottled drink. I was already irritated. I got to the counter and usually they have hot food ready but the case was compeletly empty so I asked for a couple taco taquitos, she said they werent ready, while she continued to text, I asked if she could heat them up for me and she said the oven was off for cleaning, when I could clearly see that it was on right behind her!!! Ive been coming here for years and have never been treated so horribly! The weekday and evening staff are MUCH better than this JOKE of an employee!

My dad has been coming to this place for years and he loves it and the people who run it are super friendly and interactive. Have gotten a chance to go there myself and I can see its true. The staff is quick to engage in an interactive convo. Things are kept up, and its a nice friendly environment overall all to make a quick stop in the morning or in the middle of a break.

The customer service representative made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to him. Not welcoming at all. We needed something else after we had already gotten in the car but decided to spend our money elsewhere based solely on this fact.

Employee (Grey haired Hispanic man) was very rude and argumentative about the cost of a product. He was irate with me rather than just checking the sign that was clearly displayed on the refrigerator door. This person should not be allowed to work with customers in any capacity and should be relieved of his position with 7/11.

I went here to replace a couple gallons of gas, gave them $6 yet the needle on my tank didnt move even a bit, still says empty.....never had that happen at any gas station, ever.

I would give Zero stars if possible. The manager was extremely disrespectful and before I left he made sure to tell me to Have a S****y day. Im posting a complaint to 7 eleven to, this is unacceptable!

I just went in and asked for a pack of cigarettes and was refused. I am 40 years old with a grey beard!!!!!!!!! The woman working has no business behind the counter if she cant tell how old anyone is, 18 year old people dont have grey beards!

I went in yesterday evening with my kids and theres a young man cursing loudly while hes ringing up customers, being very aggressive. Ive been going here for years, but will not return. Its not family friendly anymore.

The manager in this store is very rude good staff but horrible leader .Would go to another store during am hours .He cashed in my lotto tickets and rudely called the next person did not ask me if i needed any purchases i did so i had to get back in line .I even told him i had gas and tobacco products to get .Very rude and on my Birthday.....

Multiple food items purchased was all passed its expiration date and I wasnt given a receipt to return the items.

Owner is very rude to customers and employees.

The people their are just so rude
