At first we came in to buy some snacks while we waited for the tow but we ended up taking shelter here after our rental got towed and while we waited for our uber. The employees are very likeable and understanding. Everyone seemed to be served with a friendly attitude and there are a number of sales at this location for masks, hand sanitizer and other items. Definitely grateful for this place for providing us with what we needed in our time of trouble. Also, the bathroom was very clean. They even provided the number of the company that sanitizes the place, I definitely appreciated that.

I bought a sandwich without looking at the sell-by date. It was expired 3/29 and today is 4/9. How product like this escapes the attention of staff for nearly two whole weeks is baffling. I got a refund with no questions asked, but this absolutely curdles my stomach to even think about. So gross, and a flagrant health hazard.

Was refused service and entry by store employee Kenneth, the tall guy with the loud mouth. I was not allowed inside because of my sock hat, your not allowed to wear them inside. Its 32 degrees outside. He was ready to fight.I left.....its sad because i used this place for several years and never had an issue. Hello 7-11 where you can wear a sock hat if its cold out. Thanks Kenneth, i found a better place ti spend my money. Thanks for doing me a favor.

They had this fraud card readers and stole my credit card on a gas station here

I walked in the store at 11:00 pm. No one was in the store. A younger guy walked in right behind me with a hoodie and went behind the register. I could see he had his uniform on under his hoodie. He just looked at me without a smile or greeting me. I then asked if I could have 20 on pump 4 and he didn’t answer me. He just took my money.Rudest experience ever! Idk if he was racist or what. As soon as I finished he just exited the store and sat back in his car.

Go in to buy a few energy drinks. After standing at the register for a few minutes while the old guy was filling coffee I asked if I could pay. He ignored me and another customer came in. Same thing but he yelled something and kept working. When he turned and looked at me without moving to come help I walked out leaving my stuff there. He yelled something as we walked out. Wish I could rate a zero, that guy shouldn’t be in customer service.

Terrible customer service! This place is a joke. They also had a sign on the front of the case of the energy drinks that said buy one get one free. I told him at the register and he went off the handle on me about it calling me a liar. He then went over and saw the sign and ripped it off and said no. Do not give these guys any business.

I found this to be an awesome store with a great selection of hot foods, snacks and cold beverages. With a professional customer service! Hats off!

Minus 10 stars: I went to buy gas here and the clerk (H.H.) did not allow me to put in my rewards before putting transaction through. The elderly man said he voided the transaction and it was done again with my rewards card. Now 100 plus miles away, I learned the transaction was not voided. This clerk told a straight-faced lies and for what? Too add, the clerk on duty at evening didnt give manager information, only will be in Monday. Then rudely said bye and hung up the phone. This is despicable customer service; I will not get gas from here again.

Horrible rude management. Approaches any disagreement with a customer is always wrong attitude. This location is horrible and unpleasant to work with, go anywhere else!

The older man... Just no. He got super angry at me and started throwing things cuz I was trying to use the milkshake machine but it turned out to be out of order. Yet no signs were posted saying they were out of order.

Terrible people, was told I could not buy gas because he was confused. Fail.

Here at 1 am clerk sitting down reading newspaper I asked him to refill the cheese he said they are out. Then I seen all the hot dogs just sitting out for a while they were already warm, unsanitary I wouldnt eat a hot dog from this place!!

My wife stop there to get some gas, yesterday she only had a $50.00 bill. She purchased $20.00 in gas and had to wait twenty minutes to get her change bad. The guy that was working was very rude.

If I could give it a zero star I would. Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service. If there even was any. The old guy who tried to help me tonight obviously needs to turn up his hearing aid or dont work at a damn register. Ill run out of gas next time, rather than stop at this dump.
