Doors were locked with the lights on. It was a half hour after the posted hours and there was no sign saying anything about altered hours or any reason they should be closed.

Love Merle Norman make up! Girls are more than willing to sit with you and try on anything you are interested in also will let you have samples if you are still unsure if you want the product at that time. They are amazing at showing you the perfect tricks to make your make up look fabulous!

I have been a loyal Vera Bradley buyer for many years. This location has been one of my favorite places to shop for this product. It is unfortunate to me that I now have to give this store a bad review. After purchasing a wallet I put some items in it to test it out. I then decided I did not care for the wallet and returned it. Because I left a few dollars in the wallet during that try out session they refused to allow me to return or give me store credit even though it was within the 30 day return policy. Although I was very patient with the staff I did lose my patience when I was accused of fibbing and laughed at. Maria was one of the cashiers who blatantly laughed at me there was also a blonde cashier who was rude and unhelpful. I was given the owners phone number and she did little to help the situation with her unhelpful offer of tell me what I can do for you. But never offered to accept back the wallet or refund me for the wallet. She seemed to be more interested in backing up her staff than helping a loyal customer. This last visit to the store can be summed up as humiliating and disappointing. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will also be writing a strongly worded letter to Vera Bradleys corporate headquarters. Great product but this store needs to learn the meaning of customer service.
