Went to Hobby Looby to see if I could find something to glue our names on & make a family sign to hang. I was also happy to have gotten a 30% discount @ the register. I went with the smaller tree bark plank as our background.

Amazing staff! Especially one cashier I believe his name is Ben. Such a nice young man! He is literally the best cashier I have ever had! He should of been manager or at least given some kind of raise! Sadly I was in the store the other day and was sad to see that he was not there, after asking some of the other employees where Ben the magnificent was I was heart broken to learn that he no longer worked there and that he had left to do bigger and better things as a flight attendant for a major airline. Even though I’m very much devastated at the thought of never having the world’s best cashier ever again I have to be proud of Ben because I know he is meant to do amazing things and will be the best flight attendant in the world… Hobby lobby will never be the same! Every time I see register 2 I’ll remember Ben the best cashier in the world!

Very small store. I was looking for a couple of items and I couldnt find any of them. The selection is not as large as I have seen in other Hobby Lobbies. I love Hobby Lobby and I would like to see this one grow bigger and better especially now that Michaels has gone out of business. It could also use some refurbishment and updating. I just moved to this town and was disappointed at how small the store was and how limited the selection was compared to the town I just moved from. Additionally, I would like Hobby Lobby to bring back the 50% coupon on any one item. It was always so helpful on items that were not already on sale. Now I have to wait for it to go on sale before Im willing to buy it.

This is THE Hobby Lobby store as far as I am concerned. In Iowa, east and west side there is typically an absence of yarn, needles, stitch markers, etc. I have come to expect a likelihood that the store(s) in my area might or might not have what I am looking for. On the other hand, this store had everything. I thought I was in the wrong store. Actually, I was in the right state.

The customer service manager needs some training in being of service to customers. Rude, with not even a hint of wanting to help customers. I cancelled my purchase and left empty handed. Ill drive to Michaels next time.

I go in the Hobby Lobby and I can spend hours, I love all the thoughts and ideas I go home with and then back I go to gather my supplies.Im always treated so politely and never have I had a bad experience. I pray for HL because the economy has been so difficult for merchants.

Dirty expensive slow and angry service

I love shopping at Hobby lobby. That said, after todays visit Ill be more careful. They had great 50% off sales throughout the store. Signage however is extremely misleading. I caught one at the register and used my emailed coupon to offset the cost. The other item was well within the 50% signs wrung up full price. Item was also listed in the in-store circular as on sale at 50% off. My sister and I also took advantage of the 4 canvases @12.99. She was behind me in line and noticed a tear in hers. While the cashier was wrapping mine up with the same tear in mine. She was extremely confused as to why I was going back to the display to grab another one for myself. Who paints on torn canvases? I guess this is what to expect in the new normal

Good products / good prices.

We had a picture reframed. The staff was friendly and cared if we were happy with the reframing job. It was beautifully done and we were happy. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. The entire store is organized and they regularly have decent sales.

I have never been able to find the parts to create your own watch! This is by far,the coolest project!!

Manager says **EVERYTHING** which i assumed means EVERYTHING NOTHING EXCLUDED. can be returned in 90 days. but when i want to return my cameo 4 it ISNT RETURNABLE. i guess its not included in EVERYTHING. and im suppose to read a sticker on the box a tiny sticker that says its none returnable.

Story were very clean, everyone, I meet that works their were very nice.

I love Hobby Lobby. They are always running a deal on things. Huge selection of floral, craft, and home items. I usually buy all of my art supplies here and things to make wreaths or decorations for the holidays.

Im giving this awesome place 5 stars even though I did not find what I was looking for, which was lake living wall decor. But when Im looking for other types of hobby, craft or decor items, Ill be back! One suggestion would be to offer maps of this giant place to make it easier to find the section with the stuff youre looking for. **** EDIT: Upon returning I discovered LOTS of cute lake/cabin/camping decor, located where I had not looked before. My own fault for not asking someone the first time! I still think a map would be a good idea though!

Really love all the seasonal items they stock for one.they carry many items from drapery cloth to coth for sewing.let us not forget that carry sewing supplies..not like a quilt shop but still a good place for shopping for these items.let me see. They carry a large supply of flowers to make arrangement and accessories. They carry furniture and pictures.i guess best described there they carry home accent items..oh now they have a great framing department managed with excellent service.all around they carry about everything there.servive is always pleasant. Cant leave that out ...just gota go and shop.

I dislike Hobby Lobbys corporate policy and the higher prices of their merchandise, but they do have more material than other stores in the area.

The frame shop is always great but the service at check out always takes forever! It is never just a simple process to get in and out.

I purchased 4 yards of fabric. When I got home and measured it, I had been given 4 yards and 19 inches. I hope some training happens. I would hate to see Hobby Lobby loose money and stop carrying fabric.
