This is by far my favorite dollar tree! It is actually clean and the aisles are pretty organized. It is not a chaotic mess, like all the other ones. All the employees have been friendly too! It is nice living right down the road from here, but Id recommend driving out of your way to go to this one. The only negative about this location is, it seems smaller than the other ones.

Yes, there were empty spaces waiting to be filled and boxes in the aisles waiting to be emptied. However, the three employees I saw while I was there were working hard to get boxes emptied and shelves full and tidy. The cashier was efficient but friendly and seemed to genuinely care about customers.

Theyve recently hired new people and the cashier Cathy was extremely rude. I had to ask her my total because she just glared at me, then when my EBT total was incorrect because she rang up several items as general merchandise instead of scanning it, she told me that she couldnt void those items even though I had not used a payment method yet. I told her I havent paid yet, you can go back and void those items. She was angry that she had to ask the manager how. Then after I paid my EBT total and was ready to pay for my cleaning products in cash, I again had to ask her the total because she was just glaring at me. I told her that it doesnt show the amount due out here, you have your monitor turned around. I handed her a $50 bill and she took it from me again with a filthy look, without any verbal communication, walked back over to the manager to show him. He held it up to the light and told her Yes its real. So then she came back, put it in her drawer and gave me my change without even telling me what it was. Im actually really shocked at the treatment I received. Ive been coming here for years and was on a first name basis with several of the cashiers. What a shame they were replaced by a woman who obviously hates her job. I spend several hundred dollars a month here but I will be going to the other Greenwood location from now on.

The cashier was incredibly rude, huffed, rolled her eyes, and complained the entire time I was in there. I have never been treated so poorly at a store. The employees should not be telling us that they want to close so they dont have to deal with people!

The shopping there is good. Nice selection of merchandise. Staff is friendly enough. But they complain to each other too much, in front of customers, and just make too much chit chat to get customers through the checkout process quickly. I have actually left my selection of stuff there, gave up, and walked out before because the lines were so long. And they were taking entirely way too long to get customers in and out.

Always great deals. For only $1 !!!

Dirty, disorganized store. Very understaffed. Usually has what Im after, if I take the time to look. Cashiers are a hoot, though, and very friendly. I just wish you guys had more help!

I stopped by this place to buy a few items they didnt have nails but found other things I needed. The place was a little crowded so when it was time for checkout it was a long line they only had one cashier which made it a long wait. I asked about open a second line and got a mean look I probably will not return to that location.

They always have stock out in the way. It is dirty and they never have enough help. With 2 cashiers and each line having over 8 people in each, the only thing to do is put your stuff down and leave!

Normally a decent place. But avoid going on days that they get a truck. I went in today for sponges and oven cleaner. I totally get needing to restock, but this was ridiculous. Down at least 4 isles all the shelves were blocked by the new delivery. Completely blocking what was on the shelves from view, including the 2 items i needed to get. The back wall where the cleaning stuff is was totally out of view. Not a good idea to go shopping on delivery day. :-/

The store was clean and well kept. The staff was nice and helpful. They had sold out of the Mylar balloons we wanted, and only had the two display balloons left, but they let us purchase them and they made sure to add helium so they would not be deflated. They also said that if they became deflated before we used them we could bring them back and they would add more helium. Very nice of them!

Its amazing what you can get here that you wouldnt think could be sold for only $1.. its nice to know everything is $1 or less.. EVERYTHING! We visit often..Two areas of improvement would be more cashiers during busier times to move things through faster.. and they should stock the shelves during the night and not leave boxes of product in all of the isles during the busiest time of day. Its hard to see whats on the shelves AND hard to pass by other shoppers.

Renea is the rudest cashier I have ever met. She insults customers and the manager Becca refused to do anything to stop it. Left my items in the cart and walked out. Refuse to spend money at any place that treats customers poorly. Recommend you go elsewhere even if it costs more its worth it.

Very poor nothing that I went in there for was stocked. Also every time we go in there they have there big carts in the aisle so no one can get around. Plus they need too stack their books better where we can see them.

Trashy trashy. Longest lines EVER. And it becomes a maze through the isles on delivery day. Hundreds of boxes everywhere. Also, I wasnt aware that employees can wear anything to work... Including house slippers! Hopefully she got an employee discount on them. Gross.

Good grief! Impossible to get here through the construction. The store was stacked with so many boxes, that you couldnt get to what you wanted.

This location has turned into a dump! The place is always a mess with stock boxes filling the aisles, carts full of empty boxes/trash. This store is so conveniently located by me, but now I will try to go to the other store on 135 when I can. They dont seem to have a problem keeping the store clean.

It is good in terms of throw away stuffs, some regular day to day items and it is very economical.

I love going here but its always a mess!! I go every week and its the same thing! They either need more help or have someone doing putting away stuff before they open! 😞

There are days I go to this location and the place has dozens and dozens of unstocked boxes that its had to get a cart through. And some days where its tip top shape and they have everything I need.Its hit or miss but I love it for special occasions and decoration making.

Very cheap its got some same things as other stores nice& cheap love it for the money we are blessed to have cheap stores thanks we need more stores for clothes a dollar each as well so remember sell what you can for a dollar💵👼

This is my favorite place to go for quick errands. The cost is low, however things are cheaply made. You get what you pay for, though. I find unique holiday cards here. It is also usually unorganized.

The lady who rang up my items was sick. She made sure she told every customer in line how sick and miserable she was. She also blew her nose and held the snotty Kleenex in her hand as she rang up every single one of the items. I was incredibly grossed out. Also, the store is always messy and theres never a good assortment of things out. Try going a little farther south to the one on state road 135 by the old marsh. Much nicer and perhaps you will avoid coming down with the flu.

They are literally NEVER stocked up. Boxes are ALWAYS lined up down every isle. Its the worst DT in Greenwood. Try the one on 31 & Southport Rd instead.

Very good deals but this place always seems to be disheveled.

Whole bunch of boxes in the aisle that I needed and every worker refused to move it and the all blamed it on the district manager. So off to another store.

Never had trouble before today 10-05-2018 around 4pm...a woman named Teresa who worked there decided to take it apon herself to snap at my kids dont pull on the strings referring to the balloons. for 1 shes no one to tell my kids anything for 2 my kids are both speech delayed with sensory issues... so as I was getting a cart they were reaching for a balloon yeah they were grabbing a hand full but they werent harming anything and for her to snap at my kids as if they were her kids really ticks me off! I decided to go to the dollar tree near southport and 37 instead. she should learn better customer service techniques becuase snapping at my kids is uncalled for and unacceptable my kids werent hurting anyone by grabbing some balloons that I would gladly pay for. so please adress this issue with Teresa Id hate for another parent to have to deal with her attitude! pour excuse of an employee they were much more polite to my kids at the other store.

Edit 1/17/2021 nothing here has changed. Myrett was our cashier tonight. Shes nice enough but she was wearing her mask half off her face while running the register. Not ok. And it says Jesus Coffee Repeat on it. Jesus instructs us to care for one another in times of trouble. Pull your mask upRude staff, never enough registers during peak shopping times, stock is always on the floor. There can be 3 or 4 people on the floor, a line wrapped around the front and only 1 register open. Senseless. I drive out of my way to shop a different location whenever possible.

Has to be 1 of the messiest stores around. Not well stocked unless you want to get things out of boxes on the floor!

I love this store. One thing they could improve on is when they know they are going to be busy, such as getting close to any holiday, have more registers open.

We always go to Dollar Tree before we go anywhere else. Today, unlike most days, there wasnt much to choose from. Now that the holidays are over, its time for them to restock the shelves.

Well it is a typical Dollar Tree. So it was crowded and everything is messy. However it does what it is supposed to do. You go there when you want to spend a dollar on an item and thats what you get. Simple transactions.

The store was a mess with boxes of merchandise blocking most isles. Several customers in the store and only one register open. There was another staff person at a register, no light on, leaning against counter chatting with check out next to her. Made the comment that she doesnt turn her light on if shes not the main cashier. Probably wont return to that location.

It is 11:19 on Saturday morning. Online it shows that they are open. The door is locked and it is freezing outside. An employee from another store has arrived and still wont let us in. Obviously they dont want our business.
