I’ve had a really bad experience with Helzberg Diamonds so far.. everything keeps going wrong, my ring got messed up by the jeweler at the Plainfield location, my diamonds have broke more than once (which makes me question the quality, even though my husband spent $3,000 on my ring), and the list goes on.I started coming to this location and I’ve talked to Adriana a couple times, and she’s nothing but great!! She’s taller, and has red curly hair. Definitely go to her if you can! She’s been super helpful, she’s currently helping me get my ring fixed and she explained everything to the jeweler. She’s kind, professional, she definitely made me feel better about the whole situation, and the list goes on. I cannot say enough good things about her!

Rose is a great woman. She took her time and showed me dozens of rings and earrings for my wife. She wasnt in a rush and took my ideas into consideration. There are a few places to choose from in the mall, but Rose is the go to if youre looking for the top customer service.

Went in to look at engagement rings and had the worst experience. Staff were okay to work with but they literally forced me into a credit check and dropped my score. After I had repeatedly told two of the workers that I was ONLY LOOKING and not buying they kept insisting i buy the ring now. Even scanned it on the computer and started the check out process. Not happy one bit with this place. I walked out. WILL NOT RETURN!!!!

This has been the store for my wifes family to buy all of their jewelry for many many years. I know why now. The staff is friendly, and the prices are comparable. They offer lifetime guarantees on their products if you pay the little extra. And its worth it! Free cleanings every 6 months calmer and no charge on sizing the ring in the future. They also will replace lost diamonds or damaged jewelry at no price. What a bargain!

We found the perfect wedding band for my soon to be husband. They were very helpful unlike Andrews Jewelers and were kind enough to put a rush on the ring. I also ended up buying a gorgeous swarvoski bracelet to wear for our wedding. Will definitely be back!

I lost an accent diamond on my engagement ring 3 months after I received it. My fiancé purchased the additional insurance but that was worthless. First he stopped into the store and was told we have to contact a 3rd party insurance company. The first email we sent was unanswered, the second email we received a “we’ll look into it” response. Since then, we’ve sent four unanswered emails and called the store only to be told they can’t do anything.We decided to shop at Kay for our wedding bands and received excellent service. Not only did I find an amazing wedding band set for my unique engagement ring, they replaced my missing diamond FOR FREE and will clean, inspect, and protect my entire wedding set even though the engagement ring was purchased at Helzberg.I don’t trust Helzberg. But I HIGHLY recommend Kay!!

I was shopping for pearls to celebrate my last chemotherapy treatment. When the sales-woman discovered the reason I was shopping, she offered me a free pearl necklace. It was such a generous and thoughtful gesture! Ill go out of my way to shop here again.

They lied to me about a discount said its tax a week later i recieved a credit card in the mail from them. i didnt agree to a credit card. i dont even know how that is legal or how they got my information i didnt sign any paperwork.

Was told to come to their full engagement ring show when I asked if they had a ring similar to one we saw at ShaneCo... we show up two weeks later and find the same, just shy of identical, ring for 3x the price. When I asked why the same 14K white gold ring is so kuch cheaper at ShaneCo, I was told because its custom and uses heavier gold.3 stars for great selection and decent prices for their normal collection, but I had a bad interaction.

I just wanted to share my Helzberg experience.I bought a very, very expensive engagement ring & love it (I wont say how much but it was a silly amount for me). I went with my (now) wife to purchase wedding bands. Again, the wife got something expensive & the sales person suggested a ring for me due to the durability of it. Salewoman said a lot of guys who work with their hands like these rings because theyre super tough & very hard to damage. I dont work with my hands, but figured that itd be safer to go with a super-durable ring so I went with her expertise & bought the $350 ring she suggested for me.Flash forward to 6 days after our wedding (when I started to wear the ring). Im going to repeat that... SIX DAYS. I moved my kids woooden toy box & to my surprise I find large scratches in the ring from the wood & the finish has come off!No problem I think, Helzberg is a reputable establishment & it wasnt some cheap ring, theyll stand behind their product.I go to the same store & 2 different ladies are working, one of which is the store manager. One says oh, that ring is junk... the finish is PAINTED ON. The other says we dont have to replace it because youre outside the time limit. I said thats true, but we just got married, we bought it & its been in a drawer until the wedding day that was six days ago...So I contact customer support... who says that I hope I enjoy the (damaged) ring I have because its outside the time limit & they will not allow a return.It also took Helzberg TWO WEEKS to finally respond to my issue & basically say too bad, so sad, thanks for all that money though.Painted on rings & terrible customer service. Ive never written a review like this but this is beyond unacceptable.

Went in to look around for an engagement ring. staff was friendly one of the ladies said she could run my credit for me to see how much i could be approved for. unknown to me what she really did is sign me up for a credit card. Be Careful here these people are liars.
