I had a quick visit for an exchange (unfortunately a quick visit because I love Pandora and I wish I could have stayed longer lol).Finally went to a Pandora store :)I’ve always wanted to. This was a great location to go for the first time.Very friendly staff. Store was clean. Store was adorable. I love it! Hopefully I’ll go into shop the next time :)

Jacob was awsome. Told him want I was looking for and 20 mins later he showed me a couple different ideals and I walked out with more than I was expecting.

I give it 4 stars but I really do think they do a good job there. The people who work there are normally very friendly. Which is a good idea since theyre trying to sell stuff. I always think its a bad idea to be rude when your whole purpose is to try and sell jewelry to customers. So you should go check this place out. I think my friend Jonas should get his wife something from here because they have some really pretty items. I feel like his wife would enjoy that. But then again Im not married to him so I dont know.

Emily was a great help for two days running, I brought a ring for my girlfriend as a souvenir from my time in Indiana, the first one wasn’t quite perfect, so I was able to return this and ended up buying two different rings to take back to the UK, she couldn’t have been more helpful, service with a smile throughout.Highly recommend her to assist your next purchase, the store as a whole was very welcome also.

Dont visit this one...order online! 4 people working in a small store and not one of them asked to help. They were doing inventory, and yes there were 4 people that worked there in the store. One in the middle, one in the display to the right, and two behind the counter talking. I was there 3-4pm
