Fantastic experience! Very knowledgeable staff, great customer service, excellent work! 2004 Mach 1; clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, and pivot arm replaced. Drives like a brand new one again. They also swapped my off road X-pipe for a stock H pipe (at my request of course, only because it was too loud for me) that they sold me for a VERY reasonable price. Shop and crew were top-notch!!! Very positive experienceHighly recommend for your pony, and I will certainly be back.

The Mustang Shop has done job after job for me on my Indy 500 Pace car Cobra and everything has been terrific. I consider it a show car In the making and they have kept up the standards of very reliable work that every garage should have. I LOVE these guys.

I have taken my 01 Cobra there to get all my upgrades done with excellent service and great people to deal with. This place has the best mustang guru there is. I am 100% satisfied.

Outstanding workmanship and very friendly people. I drive 2 hours to get there, that alone should tell you something. If your needing any work done I highly recommend their services.

My husbands 66 Mustang was at TMS from 10/17 to 6/18 for a full restoration. He had a contract with Allen, a part-owner at the time, and when he left they sought to continuously increase rates and avoid signing another formal contract after his willingness to renegotiate with them. He pulled the car out in June and move it to another shop because he simply lost confidence after months of back and forth. They asked for more money, more time, but could not give him a timeline or updated contract.

Dropped off my 89 fox for a AOD to T5 swap with a few extra parts and it was accomplished in a great time frame. Staff very knowledgeable and stuck behind their work and so far no issues. Will be back again for more mods to my fox.

I would give them a zero, but thats not an option. This shop kept our car forever. We have somewhere over 12k just in the motor, the car still doesnt run properly. We were taken advantage of like many others. The sad thing is they never saw where they did anything wrong.

Your one stop shop for everything Mustang related. Theres nothing those guys dont know. They take care of my daily beater (06 GT) as well as my two project cars and Im always happy with the results.

Start off with Allen along with the shop are GREAT. I am a retired automotive engineer and do my own work but due to health reasons I was in a bind. Called the shop and talked with Allen who was very understanding to the point he stopped by my house and looked over my pony and shoot me a price. He even came and pick me up to get her. The work (clutch, rear gears, rear brakes) came out 110% as well as below cost. Next, he is doing a little dyno work and we will see where she goes from there. Thanks Allen, from Will G.

All started with having an appointment set for 8am, no body really showed up to the shop till almost 9am and didnt even talk to me till almost 9:30am. I was there to get some basic services and after they pulled my car into the bay finally then they tell me they cant complete the job. Not satisfied with the service or customer service I received. Waisted three hours of my morning and later found grease spots on my seats and floor board. Not to happy, the only thing they did right was recommend me to somebody else that has the experience to complete my job. Which they shouldve did in the beginning.

Just picked up the alternator for my 05. The shop is amazing! I was in heaven!

Ive had a great experience with The Mustangs Shop. All new Power Stop Brakes, Carbon Fiber Driveshaft, 3.73 gear conversion, they can do it all. Thanks to Allen and Billy for all your help. Looking for a great place to get your car pampered, this is it. The dyno is a new addition, looking forward to my Mustangs first test!

Ive thought a lot about leaving this review and after speaking with several people, Ive decided it was important for other people to know the truth.First and foremost, I was told this was a great and trusted business in a group page, had I asked around I would have been told otherwise. All I wanted them to do was to apply brake caliper paint in which I supplied the paint, since my husband didnt trust himself to do it himself. They said they would do it for $250 and even though while we were there, asking for quotes on 2 other items, they never could bother do give us a quote. I am glad they never did.When I looked at the car, I thought man, they really didnt paint the whole thing! This doesnt pop like other peoples Ive seen on different group pages. My husband and I know little about things are to be done with cars in that aspect so we assumed that it was done correctly. Until we went to 2 different car shows after and several people laughed at us and asked us why we only painted half the brake calipers. I was like what?!?! I was informed by several different people, whom are not friends, at two different events, that they were not fully painted. I told them the mustang shop did it and they all had a look on their face and told me horror stories. I asked if I should call and complain and everyone said NO unless I wanted my car damaged.So I am giving 3 stars because they did do half the work and there was 0 damage. They did blend the paint to where I wanted it the right color. Im not sure if they ran out of the paint but if they did, they never told us and had they told us, I would have supplied the extra paint. However, they didnt do the entire job I asked and took the full $250 for half the work and now I have to find someone else to repaint them fully, correctly and resupply the paint again. Very frustrating and I will not be returning.

Not happy with my experience at all. I rebuilt the motor in my Foxbody and was having some issues getting it running. They said they would take care of it and put a base tune in it so I could break the motor in and install my exhaust. They found that the timing was off one tooth. I dropped the car off April 2017. I’m not happy at all with the lack of communication. In the 5 months they had my car they only called me twice, maybe three times. I had to call every 3-4 weeks and even went up there several times just to get updates on the car. Tons of cars came in after mine and some were big jobs and they were out of the shop while mine was just sitting there. When I finally picked the car up it barely ran and stalled several times on the drive home and had a terrible exhaust leak. I had to tweak some things when I got home just so I could drive it to break in the motor. When I called to tell them the car wasn’t running right they told me to drive it and break it in and they would fix it when they re tune it. I took the car back for a retune and to fix the exhaust leak which was only supposed to take a few days and it turned in to three more weeks. They didn’t even call to say it was ready I found out because a friend saw that it was ready to go home on his Facebook so I called them and they said it’s ready to go and didn’t mention any problems at all while we were on the phone. When I get there to pick up my car it was running worse than it was before they re-tuned it and still had a terrible exhaust leak. I went back inside and told them it wasn’t running right and they took me for a ride in and got on it and said it runs fine to me but the car wouldn’t even idle sitting still or going down the driveway. They told me it had a vacuum leak and once I fix that the idle problem will go away. If it was that easy why couldn’t they fix that while it was there. So I replaced the parts they said were leaking when I got home and no change in how it ran. So after 6 months and $1300 later the car still isn’t driveable. And I haven’t received one phone call to ask how the car is running. If they would have just said they didn’t know how to fix it a few weeks or a month after I dropped it off I would have respected that and thanked them and paid them for their time. But not communicating with the customer and getting their car fixed in a timely manner, charging them a lot of money and sending them home with their car barely running is not the right way to run a business. After having to save money again after throwing it all away for my car not to be fixed and towing the car 4 and a half hours away to another tuner my car was fixed and tuned in less than a week and now it runs perfect. This shop will never get any of my business again or business of anyone that I know that owns a mustang.Since I can’t make another review or respond to your response I’ll respond here. How are you going to say the car was running good when you last talked talked to me when we haven’t spoke since I picked the car up. You haven’t called to see if I ever figured out what was wrong or how the car was running or anything. I brought the car back to you to get it returned and running right and it left running worse than before.
