I didn’t actually end up purchasing a car from them because they didn’t have what I was looking for due to Covid shortage, no fault of their own. Gregg was awesome one of the most knowledgeable and least pushy car sales people I’ve ever worked with. They were one of two dealerships within a five state radius I could find that weren’t price gouging on cars because of Covid. Awesome folks

The whole experience was so nice, the people are nice, the place is nice,the service was good. Alex the associate that assisted me was a super nice guy, he really took good care of me and he was so kind and respectful. While I waited for my car to be serviced, I ate the best breakfast there, it really made my day, and the guy who fixed my food and brought it to me is the best, he talked to everyone around the counter and continually had a big smile on his face like he loved his job. The atmosphere there is wonderful!😍😍

I was greeted right away and the rep was polite and helpful. The waiting area was very clean. I needed additional work on my car, but the rep gave me some time to talk it over with my husband before deciding. He was not pushy at all. The wait wasn’t long at all. The car wash was complimentary, but didn’t hold up against the thick pollen/sap. I’ll still need to wash it by hand. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit.

Unprofessional waste of my time.They sent me several text messages over two weeks to come look at a vehicle. I agreed to come in and made an appointment.When I arrived the guy I was supposed to “ask for” had no idea I was coming in. He was totally unprepared and did not know which vehicle I was coming to look at. After a couple of minutes he figured out which vehicle it was and it wasn’t even on the lot, but at a different location. I was told beforehand it would be ready for me to look at and test drive (kind of the whole point of an appointment, ya know?). I don’t appreciate my time being wasted, so I left.

I had terrible credit and Karl still found me the perfect car in the pay range that I needed. After a few months I started hearing sounds while accelerating, the service team worked on my car 2 times and were completely stumped. But the service team spent an extra few hrs searching the database to ensure I didnt leave with the same issue. They finally found that I needed a software update! After doing all the searching and fiddling with heat shields and transmission tests, they didnt charge me a dime for the trouble and gave me full confidence in their team! Maurice in service was very reassuring and adamant about finding the issues and Matt the service tech even rode with me until I could show him the exact issues. Ive never been one to take my car to the dealership but theyve changed my outlook with their dedication and professionalism

My husband and I had an appointment to check out a vehicle at this dealership. We had been in contact with multiple people, throughout the day. We were even contacted the day before, as well. We find a babysitter & drive 45 minutes to this dealership. My husband is then told that someone put a deposit on the vehicle, that we were going to buy. Very poor communication. We even spoke to someone on the way up there and they did not even bother to tell us that had happened. Would not recommend, unless you want to be told one thing & another happen.

This was by far the most pleasant new car purchase Ive experienced in the 40+ years that Ive been buying cars. We agreed on a fair price on a 2022 Honda Pilot Touring AWD very quickly. I went to Edmunds.com to see what a fair price would be on the vehicle, and this dealership agreed on it. The trade-in amount for our Odyssey Elite went the same way. I told them what I expected as a trade-in (according to the quote on Edmunds.com), and they agreed right away. Amy, Caleb, and the finance person (I forgot his name) were all wonderful!We then purchased the Xzilon coating to protect the paint. The person applying it was new and didnt finish the job, so I took it back and Dillon (the Accessories expert) worked on it and made it all good. Thank you, Dillon!!!Overall, I very highly recommend this dealership for new and used car purchases. Their service department worked hard to make sure I was pleased with the final outcome. And if you ever have to wait for an oil change or any other service, their cafe (run by Jason) is outstanding!

Purchased a new Honda Fit pretty much exclusively through their online system. Amy Caldwell and her assistant were very helpful and quick to respond to questions, gave me a good price and delivered to me in Brevard NC for free. Financing was easy and quick, was given options but no one was overly pushy about adding extra stuff. Very happy with my car and the Honda Care Warranty on top of the limited power train warranty seems like a good deal. Thanks!

My new accord had a wheel scraping noise. Had them inspect. They found nothing. Watch them. They will try to get u to pay for this even if car is under warranty. Sneaky service rep. He was probably told by managers to try to recover the hour labor.Not cool.

First, I was well received and a few gentlemen, especially a young Spanish man, were ready to check my vehicle in and greeted me to take the vehicle.Second, a tall skinny black man escorted me to my vehicle when I told him I left my wallet in it. He walked me there and he walked me back to the Customer Service waiting area.Third, I was looking forward to lunch and the BLT sandwich (my last visit here I received a complementary one from the D-Brooks Honda manager, himself ). The chef did not disappoint and I noticed others were really enjoying that day’s special.I felt special the last time and this time, like I did when I had luxury vehicles and service at their locations.

Great personalized service. Easy HondaLink app scheduling, simple drive-up check in with Maurice. Takes about as long as expected for full service inspection, oil and filter change with tire rotation. Excellent explanation and review of services by Coleman. And while I was waiting, Jason fixed me one of the best omelets Ive ever eaten for < $5. All the while there was plenty of private area and table space to complete some of my morning business connected with wifi to my phone.I’ve bought 2 Honda Pilots here. They do everything just right.
