I highly recommend that you try this location for your automotive needs. I bought a nee battery in and out new one installed in under 20 minutes. The fantastic customer service is second to none. Please make it a point to visit this location.

Hours before a snow storm, the battery on my van was really bad so I went to get a new one and I asked the guy to put it on. The battery attachment the black one broke, the manager came out in the 20 degree weather and replaced it at no charge. He took his time and made sure I could drive back home. I was so happy because I only have that vehicle, also I had to get back home to my children.

They had what I needed. JB Weld to the rescue, fixed my glasses in short order. 🤓

Amazing service! Went in to get a battery check. Took 30 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I drove away with a new battery. Extremely knowledgeable staff and they were so incredibly kind. I highly recommend this location.

I would like to thank an employee named Fernando at the Groton location for installing my car battery today. The battery was not in an easy place to access/install in the engine but he took his time to do the job well and was very kind about the whole process and had me safely on the road in very little time. Had a vehicle emergency last night right before close . Called ahead and asked if they could help me out Carlos and Sam were amazing. They had what I needed, for me at the desk ready. Even stayed open a few min after closing waiting for me with what I was assuming was a smile under their mask. Even refused a tip 5 star service !!

Excellent service people are friendly willing to help you with wiper blades and pouring in fluids into your car the only thing is the prices are a little steep a quart of motor oil run you almost $9 some of them as much as $12 I got washer fluid one can of motor oil and 1 air filter for my car total cost almost $40 I think thats a lot what do you think

Seems like Groton store has in stock whatever I need - New London is my local store and I find myself frequently needing Groton because my store doesnt have the parts I need in stock. Great service and friendly employees always willing to help

Visited 2 years ago for a battery with installation. Unfortunately the on board computer forgot how to idle the engine and my car kept stalling. Never having encountered thus I relied on the staff to tell me what was wrong. They said it was the alarm system. It wasnt. Finally went to a very competent mechanic who corrected the problem no charge.

There are many autosomes and theyre very good to have around its just that a lot of things that people need for their car they dont have so maybe they need to do inventory of things that they have and lets try to get everything that a person need for their car and then I wont have to go around looking for this stuff

I need windshield wipers and windshield wipers fluid in the begining of a NorEaster, the gentlemen who rung me out, went outside in the freezing cold, in the storm, attached the wipers and refilled my fluid, no questions asked. (Did all of that while telling me to get back in my car to stay warm!!!) They are kind, helpful and went out of their way to help me!!!

Wanted 200 for a window control board. 30 bucks off amazon. Why shop here at all?

If you need more than air fresheners or wiper blades go somewhere else tried to get running lights for the top of my chevy after trying to explain over and over that im not an ambulance or cop i dont need a light bar running lights on the roof they couldnt figure it out went to advanced within a few seconds they were grabbing the lights today tried to get hood pins they acted like I was inconveniencing them then said they dont have em w an attitude i guess theyre not too worrried about selling things anyway back to advanced and within a min had the pins there been a few other instances over the years i guess I never learn
