Man said clamp bad. Clamp good. I fix cars hmu.
They tested our batteries for free, which is very generous of them.
The staff was incredibly helpful despite my very low personal level of knowledge when it comes to cars. After diagnosing the problem, they had the replacement battery I needed and helped me with the proper tools to replace the battery in no time at all.
They had the part I was looking for and the salesman, Adam, made sure I was getting a replacement for the correct bulb out of the 4 in my headlight. Very knowledgeable and great customer service!
This is a good auto shop. Good prices too. I had to get all four brake calipers for an 87 Pontiac Fiero, a difficult thing to get a hold of. They did so in a few days. Two came in from Boston, one from Philly, and one from D.C., and they didnt charge anything extra for the trouble of checking so many shops, warehouses, and suppliers, nor for shipping. The price was very good, especially for brake calipers, especially considering how difficult new ones are to find. The service was fantastic, the guy even remembered my name, and what I was looking for, and the parts worked well, and came with all mounting bolts, plugs, sleeves, and gaskets needed for a brake caliper job. This is why NAPA is the gold standard for parts stores, and this is most definitely a good one.
Very knowledgeable employees and my go to store for anything and always get excellent service. And if John doesnt have it he will find it best Napa store I have ever done business with.
Seem nice and knowledgeable. However, I had a brake line flare break on me. I went back to the store and tried getting the correct fittings they gave me before. I mentioned that I was want sure they gave me the right flared line fitting the last time. They automatically dismissed me as not buying the stuff from them. Basically called me a liar. I even have the receipts and I wasnt blaming them for anything. I was just trying to get everything straight. Not that it matters much, but I went from liking these guys to forget these guys. They are horrible. Unless you enjoy being called a liar
Helpful staff typical of most NAPAs. Most times the store aisles are not crowded, and they have separate drsignated in and out doors. Counter staff is behind plastic counter shields separating customers and staff. But not all staff wear COVID masks behind the counter. However, they did wear masks when they came out from behind counter for customer service.
Very helpful crew, and knowledgeable
Always great parts at the right price
Needed a gas cap to pass emissions testing. Friendly, fast service!
Prices are high but they help u better than AutoZone and OReillys
Great people. Bob, the manager?, Was very helpful. Even though I was ultimately unable to get the part at NAPA that I was looking for, he looked for any possibility to fulfill my request. Btw, it was an obscure wheel hub for and old trailer. The store looks to have everything else you could ask for. If not, they will find it and order it for you.
Excellent customer service! Truly superb!
Same people as the old Bumper to Bumper at this location, they are the best. Actual knowledge instead of relying on the computer. Dont buy parts anywhere else.
They have helped me a great deal keeping my fleet of older vehicles on the road.
I went to get a 8/32 helicoil set and ended up getting some wipers for my Volvo. They may not be the cheapest place around but sometimes it is nice to speak with a real live human and share dog photos and some jokes.
Very helpful
Great people, very knowledgeable staff.
Kurt was very helpful this store is always good
These guys will spend the time finding any odd ball stuff you might need! They also help a lit with boat parts!
Always very helpfull.
My go to for car parts even hard to find parts and accessories, if they dont have it, 9 out of 10 times they can get it in the store next morning.
Always helpful
