Sketchy sales and service. When I reviewed my vehicle purchase paperwork I noticed that the price was higher than what was advertised/agreed upon. I asked about the discrepancy and was told that the internet price is different. Really? Reluctantly, I purchased the car after the price was adjusted. My experience with the service department was also concerning as I was told that the part they ordered for me had gone missing. I later got the part from a different dealership who informed me that the install was simple and did not require a mechanic, contrary to what I was told by Antonino. On the positive side they give free drinks and snacks. Swell.

My Acura was displaying a Tire Pressure System malfunction error on the dashboard. I assumed it would be an expensive fix. I brought the car to Antonio Acura. The repairman came out and asked me an odd question: How often do you use your phone charger? Strange question, I thought. I answered, Every time i drive. The repairman said that hes encountered a strange issue with certain phone chargers that for some reason causes this tire pressure error to appear when there really isnt an issue. He told me to stop using that charger and see if the error magically goes away. The next day, the Tire Pressure error came on. So I removed the charger. The error immediately went away and never came back! Antonino could have easily charged me a diagnostic fee and whatever the cost to repair the tire pressure system. Instead, it was completely free, and they were knowledgeable enough to recognize a very peculiar cause of this issue. Im grateful for their honesty and knowledge. Well done!

I was trying to purchased a used car from them. My willing price and their asking price had a difference of 200 dollars only. They had me waited for a week to tell me that they will sell it for my asking price. When I was about to give them the money I found out that they are not giving me the month warranty and wont fix the dent or the touch up paint as promised before. I was still trying to make the deal after learning about the dent and the paint wont get fixed, but not having the warranty was a deal breaker for me.At the end sales person went to grab her manager, who (first time talking to this person in this entire week and half process) claims that I was told previously by Tony (Tony was the first guy came to me trying to negotiate the price beside the sales person, his identity was manager too) that if I was to buy the car on my asking price the car would be as is. This is not true at all and it was obvious that this person do not know what was the conversation I had other day with Tony. By the way, difference between tonys price and my asking price was 600 dollars. Anyway out of courtesy, I have not called him up on his bluff and left the building.To me this was a real dubious act on their part thinking that I wont ask or remember to ask them about the warranty we talking about on first day. They have called me about 10 times within that week to see if I have changed my mind on the price prior to agree to my asking price. They could have easily mentioned that the purchasing terms would change if they come down to my asking price. Real waste on my time and energy.

Due to the current covid climate we live in we all have to find adaptive ways to do things and they do a great job at it.I did 99% of my car buying paperwork and required documents via email,phone,and fax when I arrived there was only a few things to sign and my car was ready to go.they make the car buying process very easy.

Antonino Acura is a very non professional dealer. You can buy a new car from them only. And be careful, they will charge you hidden fees without letting you know. They charged me $500 documentation fee when I refinanced my car, the car that I leased from them for 3 years. I figured that out when I went home and read the papers carefully. When I asked why I was not told about that fee, the answer was every other finance company charge that fee. That is absolutely a lie.Don’t trust them with car problems, not even with oil change. I started with a $600 bill, I ended up spending almost $3,000 and the process lasted more than 2 weeks. Finally I decided to take my car which I am not sure if is fixed . I will never go back to them.Don’t trust them buying a used car without full warranty. The car will have problems and they will be unable to fix them properly.I

I had brought a vehicle in for service and while I was waiting I ended up driving off with a Acura Mdx tech which I didnt think was going to be possible my salesman was Christopher Rodriguez and at no time did he try and pressure me they worked with me to where I wanted to be, the whole buying experience was excellent and staff was very friendly and professional. The owners manual came with a CD to show and explain all the features which I went over with my salesman but there was so much to remember so since I dont have a computer available now my salesman offered to come to my house and help me pair my garage door opener to my Acura because I was having a problem so i feel that is excellent customer service and Ive been in a few times to go over more features since it was easier for me to do it this way which he welcomes me and accommodates me each time

We have always had Acura’s, All different models. Our favorite has always been the MDX and we have had several, all from Antonino Acura. Great Car manufacture, we have never had any problems with our Acuras. They sell themselves. Once you own one you will never buy another brand.The Service department has always been awesome. Jordan and his team has always take care of their customers with the highest integrity and professionalism. Our car is scheduled for a specific day and time and when you get there they take it right in. Not like other dealerships.Our most recent experience with Antonino Acura and the GM Tony led us to yet another enjoyable experience with him and his staff members.It was a normal day for us. We went in for a scheduled Oil change on our 2018 MDX that we acquired from Tony and Antonino a few years ago and we left with a NEW 2020 MDX....Funny how that worked out.. Wish that always happened!Tony and Amanda were extremely Polite and helpful as always. It was a simple and easy decision to get another Acura. And no better Acura dealer then Antonino Acura. I walked into the Acura dealership and was met immediately with a sales associate, Matt, he was pleasant and very attentive. The sales associate had another customer, so he asked his colleague to assist me. I asked about the 2017 Infiniti that was on the lot, she, Amanda showed me the vehicle, I test drove it. I gave them my plan of action to purchase the vehicle. The sales manager Tony, told me that he would sale the vehicle at a certain price. The finance manager, Robert was very information and knowledgeable about my financing and what was best for me in regarding to an interest rate. NOT one time did they hassle me about the vehicle. So when I went in to purchase the car, they went above and beyond my expectations and I would definitely recommend family and friends to them.

I also want the management hear my word and give him big compliment!I put in diesel gas in my tank by accident and I was so worried. I am such a new driver and I even turned on my car after that. Went in with my 2014 MDX for a recall to get serviced and come out with a 2019 🤷‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😂😂 (nothing bad with my old car) Justin was awesome in convincing me to upgrade, I gave him a run for his money tho lol. But seriously the staff are awesome, great customer service, Rob did my paperwork quick and painless and everything was clear and visible that I could understand and went through numbers and any explanation needed. I was one to always hear not so good things from this dealership but I thankfully had a great experience.

I was blown away by the phenomenal service I received at Antonino Acura. I went to the service manager Peter with concerns of my 2017 Acura TLX and he exceeded my expectations. I have three Acura dealerships that are closer to me, but it is well worth the drive knowing how confident I am in their service department. I highly recommend them.

Been in the market for a van for a while. Went in with a specific set of specifications and not the greatest circumstances and they made it work. Amanda was a doll, Sales Manager Nick was super helpful and did his magic to make things work, and Mario in Finance worked his miracle and I got into my dream car. In the past Ive had horrible car buying experiences. Always getting high interest rates or payment amounts only to end up with a car that has major issues. I purchased a 2013 Honda and Jordan Flores is by far one of the best salesmen Ive encountered. We were able to make out a great deal, and Ive had no problems with the vehicle since I took it off the lot. I would highly recommend him as well as Antonino Acura!

Bought a used Acura which was an upgrade from my last car. Elijah listened to everything I was looking for that my last car didn’t have and gave me a couple options in which I chose an Acura tlx. Want to write this review about AJ Greene. This is my 2nd time going into a dealership and obviously the 1st wasnt a great experience at Girard Toyota. He explained and broke everything down to the bristle so I know what Im getting in to so I can feel comfortable and not feel misinformed about anything. Anyways I ended up with walking out with an amazing car for a great price! I honestly didnt expect leaving with something that day. If anybody goes to Antonino Acura go see my guy, hes amazing and will work with you.

Now that all the drama of this place is over I can write a review.... this place is a joke worst experience buying a car ever. Purchased the vehicle the next day we noticed it kept popping out of gear so we bring it in. We are first told that the mechanics test drove it and it didn’t happen, finally they admit that it was popping out but tried to tell us that it only did it when u drove the car at to high of a rpm ( I’ve been driving standards my whole life I know what I’m doing). They eventually break down and tell us it needs a new transmission but not until they spent over a hour trying to talk us into returning the vehicle or buying a 3rd party extended warranty. We denied both after much deliberation they agree to replace the transmission but inform us that it is in back order at the dealership and will be about a month for it to come in. Seeing we had no other option we take the loaner car and leave ours behind, two weeks later we receive a call saying we must bring the loaner car back ASAP as they have sold it, we drive there another 30 miles there and back and are given another loaner car. While there I ask about our original vehicle and if there was any word on when the transmission would be in. The mechanic on duty couldn’t even tell me where they were getting it from ( this is after I was told it would be a dealership transmission) now things seem to be getting shady so I give it another week and a half ( we are now at 3.5 weeks without our car) call and ask again and same thing no one has any idea what I’m talking about. I start doing some research and I look into extended warranty they tried to have me purchase ( the one we denied mind u) and it states that it doesn’t become effective until 30 days after the purchase date as anything before then is legally the dealerships responsibility. Ok so things are starting to clear up for me... I put a call into the warranty company and low and behold there was a warranty in our name for our vehicle... Apparently this horrible dealership never planned on fixing the vehicle they were responsible for so they went behind our back purchases the warranty days after we bought the car and was waiting for the 30 days to lapse to put in a claim and get it 100% covered for free!!!!! Well deceit is a slippery slope and karma came back to bite them because when the warranty company sent out someone to approve the repair it was denied because the transmission was completely bone dry of fluid and the dealership had to pay to fix the repair themselves. This does mean that we now have a junk yard rebuilt transmission in the car that will prob die once again eventually but it was nice to see the karma and to walk away with a free extended warranty for the next year lol

I just purchased an 05 Nissan Frontier from Chris at Antoninos Acura. The customer service was impressive. We drove from about 60 miles away hit traffic and they stayed late for us twice. The condition of all the used vehicles was impeccable. The sale manager Anthony was extremely personable and helpful. Mike on the finance side worked for us and everything went well.
