I love the staff at this location!!! They are always so helpful when I come looking for something to buy! They always show me their most recent flyers and engage me in genuine conversation about games I love to play! Beyond the sales person job that they do so eloquently.. They have always been welcoming, to my son and I, when we pop in to play some previews, on their Nintendo Switch demo system, while dad gets his haircut nextdoor. This location is staffed with amazing employees! They obviously love their company and video games but, also love people!

The employees (the weekend ones, anyway - never been during the week) are super nice, and I always find stuff to pick up there. You can also look out the back door at everyone lined up for Starbucks drive-through, so thats a plus.

Seems like customers know more about what is going on then the people who work there. Asked a question of if I was still on the list for pre-order of xbox and instead of checking for me they rushed me of the phone and said you should be good. When I pre-ordered madden mvp edition for xbox they put it for ps4 which they only got the mvp edition for pre-orders might have to go back to the other gamestop in waterford.

Bought a game from a sister location that didnt work, and then tried to exchange it here. There was some trouble getting the replacement game to the location, but the 2 young women working there made sure I got it and the responsible person got an earful.TLDR: Friendly employees working to get you what you need.

Black Friday review! - Im not much of a gamer, but my husband is. Went into this location rather than the crowded mall, still pretty busy. Despite that, Paul (Store Manager) was helping other customers not yet in line with pricing & such. He was friendly & while obviously trying to keep up, still kept a playfulness. Made for a few extra sales from us. :-)Definitely nice to see during the beginning of a very busy season! Im hoping the others were as good as he was..**Went back a little while later, the store was dead thankfully for me. My husband wanted something behind the counter. The woman working was really nice too! :-) She just transferred back here from Florida, not sure of her name.**

The employees at this store are very helpful, especially the manager who helped me figure out a game I had seen advertised (but forgot the name to). The prices are standard GameStop prices, nothing too surprising there. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. Wonderful pop! collection as well, even though the store is pretty small. Sure they ask if you want to put in any reserves and all but that IS their job. Overall, good experience

Always a good experience walking in here. Paul (the manager) has made this a store where all the people behind the counter are informative and dont pressure you. Effy is notably friendly and helpful. As a gamer, I have several options to go online or other stores but this is my GameStop store of choice. Class act.

Very pushy with add-on sales. The female employee (Melissa) with the greenish-blue hair kept asking why I was returning a device (that the company sold to me that was blacklisted by Verizon) when their receipt states I can return for any reason. The male employees are just as bad. One of them tried to tell me try to come during afternoon hours for a cash return based on their cash safe procedures. Very unprofessional location. Theres a reason why I go to Best Buy or Amazon.

Shorter wait times than other g stop stores. The staff is respectful and often pleasant.

Its a gamestop. Basically a place for people that like getting ripped off by trade-ins, buying gaming associated products, and a controller when your toddler decides its a toy and tries to see if it can bounce.

Purchased a Nintendo 2DS used from this store, and the staff at the store forgot to mention that the used 2DS doesnt come with an SD card so the game I purchased cant be played. Basically Game stop getting the gamers to have to spend even more money. Cause a new 2DS, which comes with a SD card is only 5 dollars more than the used.
