Harry is one of the most knowledgeable representatives I’ve ever worked with at Verizon. He helped us through quite a few phone issues and transitions at this point. As long as he’s there, we’ll keep coming back!

Ive handled my business through these guys for nearly 20 years. Im not much of a verizon fan these days, its probably just the whole industry that squeezes everything they can out of you. Its hard to get a good deal anywhere. Especially if you only have one line. Nevertheless, I am staying with verizon and the service at wireless zone is a big reason why. They have always been top notch. Highly recommended.

Every time I come here I am well taken care of and never feel like I’m missing something. Harry was super personable and easy to chat with as well as very professional without being stiff. I’ll always gladly return to this Wireless Zone.

Horrible customer service. First walked in and the guy that greeted us asked what we were here for. I told him to upgrade my phone. He looked flustered and instead asked one of his co workers if they wanted to make a sale. That employee also sighed in front of us. Then sat us down at his desk. He didn’t seem like he wanted to help. I came in for the $580 iPhone trade in. Which he proceeded to tell me I wasn’t able to (which we were). Right after I left the store. I went on to my profile and saw the $580 trade in available for my account. You would think people would want to make money, especially given the circumstances we live in right now. I recommend trying another Verizon or you might have better luck than I did there.UPDATE: After a rough week trying to upgrade my phone. I decided to give Peter a call. He got me in right away. Started working on the issues I was having with the upgrade and was able to solve the problem quickly. Truly appreciate the patience and hard work from Peter and Chris at this store. Y’all both have restored my faith in the store and Verizon. If anyone is ever in need for a new phone or any issue with Verizon. Go to the Groton Verizon and ask for Peter (Manager) or Chris. They will look out for you.

Walked in because my liquid glass that I had applied to my new phone in Waterford store was peeling up. Chris one of the sales reps had told my daughter it was applied over the original film screen protector and to come in and they would take care of it for me. I went in the day I was getting ready to leave on vacation explained my issue.The sales rep looked at my phone peeled up the protector with no issues at all, then he asked if I had the receipt frantically I started looking through my emails for the receipt. He went and talked to the manager. When he came back he informed me that because Waterford was a corporate store and Groton is a franchise they couldnt replace it for me for free. But I could buy a new liquid glass screen protector and instead of charging me $70 they would only charge me $40.Did I want the screen protector? he asked. Are you kidding me?? 1) You just removed the screen protector from my phone that has kept it safe for the past year!! 2) Im leaving on vacation, in hours!! 3) if you had informed me of that fact before you removed the screen protector I would have gone back to Waterford after vacation.Of course I had to bite the bullet and purchase a screen protector, because as I just informed the rep Im not even finished packing and have no time to run to/call Waterford and see if they are open and hope I can get it fixed.Never again will I go there, so frustrated, absolutely the worst customer service Ive experienced. Did I say thank you? Absolutely not and it went against everything within me to not thank someone. But where is the courtesy, you put me in this situation, did you even tell your manager you already removed the screen? Probably not.

I have been customer of the wireless zone since it opened years ago. Since then, I have gotten to know many of the employees on a first name basis. I love this place. I always feel that I am treated with respect and that their main goal is to offer me the products and services that are right for my needs. Would recommend this store to anyone!

Phenomenal customer service and very good under the pressure that is my overall personality and incessant questions about various phones, personal recommendations, back-and-forth decision making. Having worked in customer service for the better part of 9 years, I don’t say this lightly: this individual knows what he’s doing and he somehow maintains personable AND professional simultaneously. Furthermore, I had been considering switching providers but after this interaction with Christopher, I can assuredly say I’ll be staying with Verizon as long as this level of satisfaction is available.

Every company needs a Kenneth! He was nothing shy of amazing! Was quick with everything, had me laughing the entire time, registered my glass protection in store because everyone knows warranties arent legitimate unless they physically get registered. He truly deserves a raise, I can honestly say I have never had such a pleasant experience in a cell phone store or any store for that matter. I will continue to drive three towns over just so I can have his assistance..

Alot of people not enough help

I cant say enough about this place! They were so kind, caring, and professional and went above and beyond to help me with my phone issues! I went in so anxious as my phone completely just crashed and died. They made me feel assured that they would make sure that everything would be ok. They even were patient as I had to reset ALL my passwords because I couldnt remember any of them and told me to take my time and not worry. Chris and Harry thank you so much for turning a stressful situation into a good one! You guys are the best and I will be back!

Horrible experience! Was told I would be eligible for a buy one get 1000$ off, so I took advantage of that. So I thought. 6 months later it still hasnt been applied and each time that I try to get it applied I get lied to or pushed in a circle. Thanks verizon for lying to me and screwing me over. Hope you enjoy my 1000$.going to find a better service to go with next time, I recommend you do the same.

Everyone at the wireless zone in Groton was awesome!Pete got me into the perfect phone (Samsung Note 10+, 5G), and helped me figure out the best plan my my usage patterns.The purchase was Fast, Painless and Professional!I did the whole deal over the phone, and Pete had it running and ready for me the minute I picked up the phone.I highly recommend them!

The experience of adding 3 phones and 2 watches was awful . Chris our first associate that helped us talked us into 2 new phones at a great price that wound up costing us more aggravation because he did not know what he was doing . The ownership who then stepped in to help us did not deliver on his promise for waiving activation fees for all the incompetence we went through . All we asked of them was to just get it done right . So far between the store and Verizon we have logged over 9 hours in trying to get the bill corrected properly . It still has not happened . The store is busy . The employees try to help multiple customers at a time that’s that has continued to this utter fiasco . I am extremely disappointed in the store and the Verizon company

Was extremely impressed with the customer service. I worked with Valerie and she was great and very personable! Her and another employee who’s name I didn’t get even stayed late after closing while my phone backed up so I could have it that night. Highly recommend.

I had serious issues trying to retrieve my wedding video that was sent to me via Dropbox. I tried for a month to download it to my drive, my device, and I even researched websites where I could possibly upload it and move it to a disk. Nothing worked. I took it here and thats where TOM CAME TO MY RESCUE. He was able to download a certain video app and he managed to save it to my phone too. Took all of five minutes. Tom, once again, you are the wind beneath my wings. I would say I love you, but that would be weird. Thank you so, so much.

Going to the verizon store in the stop and shop plaza in Groton Ct. Runs so inefient that the experience makes the motor vehicle dept. feel like a spa trip.

Went in and upgraded phones, long wait but there were only 2 employees and they had little to no time for a breather. When it was my turn, Victor was awesome, and easy to work with. I went home with a new phone, and feeling like I accomplished everything I set out to do. Pretty great experience, the other guy, had two back to back elderly clients who barely knew their phone numbers and his patience game was 💯. Good group of guys!

Having had a negative experience at a Verizon store closer to my home, I travel the extra distance to the Groton location because it was highly recommended to me. I have been there three times and each time the knowledgeable staff treated me with kindnesses and patience. The first time I went I thought I needed a new phone, but was assured I only needed a new battery. Thankfully the phone lasted another two years. The Groton Verizon will always get my business.

Amazing!! I was originally going between the Galaxy 9 and 9s+ upon speaking with Michael learning that he had the 9s+ he showed a couple of examples on the difference between the two and well I decided to go with the 9s+ which is the best choice. He is fast as well as efficient he has great customer service. If he is not sure of something he will let you know then immediately contacts/finds someone who can!! 10 all the way thank you again!!!

Awesome staff, so much product knowledge and answered every question I had. Victor helped me get out of my horrible situation with sprint and into Verizon. I wanted to wait a few weeks before making a review, to see how the service was, and I have nothing but great things to say. I recommend this Wireless Zone in Groton 100%. Dan Santos was so helpful. I have very little knowledge about phones or any type of technology and he helped me into a new phone and assisted me with accessories as well. He was so professional and knowledgeable. I had such a good experience and he made the whole process so easy. He’s funny and charming and quick.

Even if you made it clear that you DON’T want the insurance (which I did make brutally clear) for your phone, check your bill when you get it. I guess they’re known for signing you on for the insurance because the salespeople make a pretty good commission on it. This happened to me at two different locations. Some people don’t even check their bill and just pay whatever. I guess they deserve it then. They don’t even know what they SHOULD be paying. Other than that the Groton store was fine. The attempts at trying to steal (and that’s what it is, really) from me will lose you a few stars. Happy Holidays, y’all!

Why would anyone go to a Verizon corporate store when Wireless Zones exist? This one especially is fantastic. I cant recommend going to Mike enough. Hes the most knowledgeable person there and one of the nicest and most patient guys you will ever meet. Tell him I sent you if you go.

I went to the Groton store and spent under an hour with Daniel who was the most professional, helpful and courteous representative I could have hoped for. He made arrangements for corporate to provide me with equipment to work with my new home. I will recommend this location to any and all, as they have all been very helpful, but my debt is spot on with Daniel! Thank you Daniel!
