I love coming here but some of the employees out on the floor need to work on their customer service skills. I had to come in with my four kids. 2 of them unable to walk. Making sure your kids stay with you and make it into the store is a lot and I just wanted to get in and out. I didnt realize my oldest only had socks on. I appreciate having it mentioned that my child forgot her shoes but I dont appreciate being talked down to and get a whole condescending lecture being embarrassed because he was so loud and there were people everywhere. I clearly said Im sorry I didnt realize until now. It could have been handled a lot better and The gentleman at the register was great and kindly reminded me, I told him why and he understood and I really appreciate it.

Some employees might need costumer service skills . A whole lecture in a condescending way right in the middle of the store while returning an item . Unfortunately my fiancé who rented the item was on duty and I was unaware about certain things pertaining to the item while drop off and thats fine . Part of a good costumer service is to handle issues in a respectful manner specially when the costumer is being polite to you and has no clue and is kindly letting you know.

I have shopped at the mini mart for 33 years. Great folks who deal with a lot and make our lives better.

If you arent in the military, get someone who is to buy you alcohol here on Sundays completely sales tax free. Went here with my brother when I lived there. Love this store.

The staff here is always friendly, but it is limited in what it has to offer. This is to be expected.

Ive been here countless times before. Went there this morning 11/3/17 And was refused service because I didnt have a military ID. As if said Ive been here before and was told I only needed it to buy alcohol or tobacco products. Was an older heavy set Caucasian lady short hair and glasses that lied to me.

Convenient for small items.
