They were very professional, and had good communication, which is something Ive had trouble with at other mechanics. The price seemed reasonable and my car is working again. Ive only gone to them this one time, but I think Ill go to them again next time.

Great service, generally fair pricing as well. I love their overall diagnostics that lets you know whats going on with your car *especially* that you can see the pictures about it, and they came up with a custom repair plan with me and were pleasant to work with. On 8/24/2017, I took my 2004 Dodge 1500 P/U to Bills for service on the transfer case & brakes; 42,492 Miles; invoice: 11394. Billing: $1,498.98. They claimed to have replaced the pads & rotors, & etc. Last week I noticed a rotating metal to metal sound coming from the Left front side. 8/26/2021 I took it to Whiteside Auto Sales in Mt Sterling, OH for service; mileage: 48,664 mile, 6,172 miles later. Whitesides technician found the Left Hub bearing completely worn out and was not safe to drive. He also found the left & right front calipers were seized. The rotors had all of the outward appearance of being the original parts and did not have the wear signs of only having 6,000 on them. There are 3 adults in this household that depend on this truck for safe transportation. Bills On Broadway failed to do the work & materials that they claimed & were paid for.

Did free courtesy check complete with pics of needed repairs: rear brakes, front tie rods, cabin filter check, transmission and brake fluid, coolant. Scheduled and return car to me in timeframes schefuled Shuttle service-free. Treat you like family!

They shuttled me back home. Nicest people eager to help and finished the job on time. Went with me for a test ride to evaluate a problem and gave me a coupon for the evaluation which saved me money. The total price was actually a $100 less than quoted. Bill, the owner, came out and thanked me for my business! I took my other car too.

I am working out of town and broke down. Which is scary because my vehicle is my lifeline. We all know how the stereo type works with mechanics.These guys were alright. I dont exactly agree with the diagnostic fee. Only because seasoned veteran techs know cars and it doesnt take that much to look at a car and say, heres your problem! Sometimes it does take a lot of testing and thats when they should charge diagnosis. Not when a 20 year tech says this make and model is known for this problem.That being said, they were great. A little pricey but cheap price isnt value for your dollar. Plus, you cant put a price on peace of mind. I will definitely return in the future for any repairs that I cant handle myself.Thank you Bills on Broadway.

Two stars. There are services performed satisfactory. I am curious why the large charge for estimates. Competition charges for diagnostics and estimates if they DONT do the work. It is usually 1/2 the cost of Bills. Bills prices for services is high-fair to just high.Another point I am not sure of is their knowledge. Here is the situation. I brought in my car to Bills with the tire alert light on. They looked at it...no charge...and the Chief Mechanic stated that the sending unit (s) in the wheel(s) were faulty and needed to be replaced. I needed to wait until I needed new tires. At that time they would change the sending unit(s) that are faulty. Several months later, I took the car somewhere else for an oil change and service. I mentioned the tire service light. During the service, they checked the pressure on all tires, and once the tires wee up to specifications, they reset the system by pushing a button in the glove box. (NO CHARGE). So.... Bills either did not know the service procedures on that car OR they were trying to charge for service I did not need. Since the owner states they are following the proper procedures for all cars in his responses, the first step of diagnostics was what was done at the other repair shop... Well, you make the decision.of motive..

I brought my car in for an oil change. They also did a free courtesy inspection and I found out I need new control arms. They showed me pictures of the bushings rotted out. I had no idea! Will definitely be back for more extensive repairs!

Took car in because my warranty company uses them for an oil leak. They are not my regular mechanic. Brought in for oil leak and they replaced the parts. However, they did not complete an oil change for the repair and did not notify me that they didn’t check or notify me of the levels of the oil left in my car. I drove my car under the assumption they did and the engine died because it ran out of oil. Manager was rude and admitted he would have done the oil change on his car for the same repair but couldn’t explain why it wasn’t done on my vehicle. They are horrible with taking accountability and I will NEVER use their services again. They took advantage of me and harassed my inbox to come back... probably knowing I needed oil and hoping I’d spend more money. I would give them zero stars if I were able.

So we moved to Columbus in January and have been going to Alternative Auto Care. They were nice and helpful at first but when we took our car in and they did an entire front end and back end inspection and concluded that we needed new tires and to replace our struts and shocks. The tires were true so we got those replaced but they quoted us at well over $2000 for new struts and shocks. Not only did I think that was high I also didnt feel like that was the issue.So we got a second opinion at Bills On Broadway. We loved that they were family owned and appreciated that they didnt charge us to give us a second opinion. Turns out, the issue was with the transfer case! Not only did they give us a significantly better quote for the struts and shocks if we wanted to replace them they also gave us a fair price on the transfer case. They were so friendly and the communication was fantastic! I could tell they were being transparent and honest which is hard to find in a shop these days. They also presented various options for us and kept us informed on the progress. I could not be happier with the service, honesty, and respect we recieved

I took my car to two different places to have the third party car started removed (due to it malfunctioning and draining the battery) and they refused. Bills team not only removed it but did a detailed inspection. They found the ball joints need to be replaced proven with pictures. I mentioned that I had two tires that needed to be replaced and they recommended that I go to a tire place to take care of it because, if they did it, it would cost more. I Google everything so I am not completely in the dark about my car and I left feeling they were honest and I will be returning for future repairs. They were awesome.

Since my mechanic shop had gone out of business. So looking for a local shop I took my Ford truck to Bill on Broadway. They did a complete check of my truck. What I liked the best was their customer service and the way via email showed me pictures of the major and minor repairs needed. I had them fix the major repairs and I am completely satisfied with there service. I cant comment on there cost to repair because I didnt seek a second opinion or price.

Just bought a car and got burnt, few days into having it the CV joint busted wheel ready to fall off. Called bills on broadway they hooked me up with a tow truck and got me scheduled in. Nicest mechanics Ive ever been to. Gave me a run down of everything that was wrong with it and why its wrong physically showed me everything so you know what is actually being done. A day later back on the road. Craig was a great person to work with. I have a laundry list that needs done and definitely will make bills my place to go!

The moment I walked in I was greeted. Then the process started. Tim told me what he was going to do first - check the car and then we would talk. He found a few things and we decided on a plan. Great people and great work on my car. They did not treat me like a woman who did not know anything but, the owner of my car. How awesome. READ THIS BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE!!My wife hit a curb and damaged the tire on the BMW.Since the spare is a full size tire I wasnt concerned with getting it replaced quickly.The spare I put on the car somehow ended up with the sidewall damaged.(Hmmm must have been aliens, since my wife said she didnt do it..lol).I already had a set of new tires I purchased, so after having 2 different shops unwilling to mount a tire that they didnt sell me, I asked around and heard about the Great Service and Attention To Detail that others received at Bills on Broadway in Grove City.I stopped by and was immediately greeted, and my concerns were thoughtfully listened to.Bills had a bunch of work on their plate, but hearing that my wife was being harassed by Tire Aliens, and that she would be traveling out of town,, they gave me a commitment to have it done by 2:00.To my surprise. Bills let me know it was done at lunch time. (way earlier than my expectations!).When I picked it up, I was told that the old valve stem was damaged and they had replaced it because they felt it was unsafe. (I knew it was damaged before I dropped it off, but I was being cheap and thought it was good enough for now)Bills not only Exceeded my expectations on the time it took to fix it, they replaced the valve stem because they were worried about my wifes safety. (And the tire aliens stalking her) .I would have given them my highest recomendation at that, however they had icing to put on the cake...they did not charge me a dime for the valve stem!I Promise you that there are very few shops that would have even cared about my families safety the way Bills On Broadway did.I HIGHLY Recommend Bills On Broadway for anything you need done to your vehicle.I am very pleased that I now have a Go To garage that I 100% trust will repair my vehicles as if they were their own families vehicles.I hope anyone reading this avoids the time wasted,, and the gamble associated with choosing a service/repair shop. Requested an estimate online which is available per his site. for timing belt, water pump, oil pump, and fuel pump replacement. I was told to bring the vehicle in to get the estimate. When I declined because I am only looking for an estimate not for pressure. I was given an estimate of $160 plus tax. When I questioned why he could not be upfront and honest his response was lol funny, I dont want you as a customer. This is about as unprofessional and shady of a practice that I have ever seen.

Contacted Bills On Broadway over the weekend via email on their website. I had a unique situation involving my tires and tire air pressure sensors. I received a response within an hour or two to bring my car in on Monday.On Monday they gave me the estimate for this work. I thought it was fair and reasonable. A little mixed rating for me I’m happy that they ran a complete check and confirmed the problem which was the heater core and it’s a big job involves dropping dash to replace the quote was 1450 to do . Couldn’t afford that so just for piece of mind took the car to Kia and they let me pick up part from auto zone for 90 and there going to install for 560, I just feel I should’ve got the better deal at Bills .

First - I was very impressed with the customer service. They literally got me in immediately and drove me home while my car was being looked at. I appreciated the folder and write up about my vehicle, texts and emails about the status. Aside from that, I went in for a specific issue I had previously paid to diagnose; my AC was broken. I specifically asked for the AC to be fixed and mentioned something was rattling under the hood. I was asked to sign for the $161 to take a look. I should have asked more questions because I paid for a full diagnostic of the vehicle, not to get the AC fixed. My husband and I were headed on a 12 hr drive to FL and unfortunately didnt have time at that point to take my car elsewhere. Not only that, but I was out an additionally $161 after already paying another shop to tell me I was low on AC fluid and they couldnt fix because they didnt have the correct part. In the end, included in the overall diagnostic of $5,000 in needed repairs, the AC repair was $540. This confused me as I purchased a can of AC Pro from Autozone and they told me it was relatively inexpensive to fix. Anyways, they also told me my spark plugs looked like they were for the wrong vehicle and several other big things like transmission fluid needed replaced. After sweating on the way back from Florida, I took my car to local Kia dealership. They fixed my AC (I am home and it is done and paid for) for $152 and insisted on a complimentary full inspection after hearing about my experience. While they did say based on the age of my car (2017) the spark plugs COULD be replaced, they said they didnt look like the ones pictured in the print off from Bills. Im just sad. I feel like I went in a rushed mom and pregnant and I was conned into an unnecessary charge for something I didnt need done and in the end, the work wasnt done.

They did not pressure us to take care of everything at once and broke it down so we could afford to take care of our bigger problem first. Everyone working there is friendly and professional. Was a ripoff. Took it in air conditioner wouldn’t stay charged, they said 160 to look at it. Look at it parked was all they done. Then claimed they shot dye in it to see where it was leaking. That should have been part of looking at it! charged 300 more dollars claiming that was not part of the 160 to “look at it”. We decided to pick it up because we knew we were being ripped off. They claimed the 160 was a courtesy to check the emissions and exauhst and wiring ? Why we just need the air checked out. THEY ARE biggest scam and ripoff! Do not use it

I used to go to bee-line for my alignments. A friend of mine went to Bill’s and highly recommended them. I went there on 2/12/2020 and and was absolutely blown away. Very, Very professional people and business. I didn’t have to make an appointment, was told to come on down. Their total price was about half of what bee-line was quoting me. My car was pulled in after 5 minutes and was done in 45 minutes. i would highly recommend them for anything you could need. Never going back to bee-line.

My experience at bills on Broadway was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had I took my truck in to have an alignment done after I had put new tires on it they had called me told me that I needed new tire rod ends and ball joints and which I had just had tie rod ends put on it and ball joints there was absolutely no play in my tires ball joint wise or tie rod and wise when I went to look at my truck after they called me and told me that they cut an alignment they charge me $65 rack fee for basically nothing when I took my truck in there was no play in the wheels whatsoever I pick the truck up now I have play in both both wheels in the truck does not even try the same they are not Willing to give me my money back or help me in any sort of way besides buy the parts that they say that I need I got two different answers from the mechanics so if you need service this would be the last place I would go if I could leave them a half of A store I would I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General so as I said if you need service this would be the last place I would take my vehicle

This was my first visit to Bills on Broadway. I had an appointment for an oil change. Their customer service is outstanding! I’ve never been to a shop with such friendly people. After my car was finished they explained the charges and what services my car needs on the next visit. The only downside is their hours, which are the same as my working hours. I normally do not post reviews, but I truly feel that I was taken advantage of by bills on Broadway. They are very polite, however they tried to rob me on a simple break job. I have an 05 Accord and was quoted $1,690 for front and rear. Pads, rotors, drums, shoes. This is highway robbery. I got the parts from advance for $248.79 and I had to return the rear drums and shoes because they were not even needed!! The rears were fine!! Total parts cost for me was $128.90. I had the next door guy help me for $50. Saved thousands, and the breaks work great!!! Stops on a dime LOL!Today, I seen this review on Facebook, and it sounds EXACTLY like what I went through!!! I wanted to repost it here to help others.Re-post from Facebook:What a sham salesman he is. Told my son his breaks were all shot and he had a bad caliper. Told us to take the car home and park it because its unsafe to drive . He gave us a quote for $2500 to fix everything. This was on a 2014 Nissan Altima with 60,000 miles. We asked if they could replace just the caliper and I would do the rest of the break work. Nope, all or nothing.We went directly to Midas same day. They told us we needed new pads on the back but the front was fine and the caliper was fine.I took the car home and put pads on mysel$ for $50. Done.As you can see, these guys love to mark up 600 - 800 % for labor. I was told by the sales rep that its like buying a steak from texas roadhouse, and I am paying for the service. What a sham LOL! Texas roadhouse doesnt even charge 800% markup for cooking it.I gave 2 stars bc they were polite. If they were not polite and this was based on the value alone, then 0.Lower your labor costs. Seems insane to me to charge this much for breaks. It doesnt even take that long.Thanks for reading my review. Bills always does a great job at a fair price. They only do what you ask them to do; even if they find other things wrong with your car. They do a thorough exam of your vehicle and give you a web link to the exam so you can see everything inspected....even if its in good working order.I highly recommend Bills to anyone who wants a good shop that will fix your vehicle, inform you of any other problems, but isnt going to try to sell you repairs you dont need.

Any shop can change the oil, install a belt or change worn parts. The difference with Bills on Broadway is their concern for the customer. I had my 2006 BMW X5 towed to bills because it was running very rough and would barely start. They called immediately and talked about all the diagnostic tests he had to run and gave me the price for it. I gave them the go-ahead, they called back an hour later and told me it was the fuel pump and they gave me a price, but didn’t know yet if there was additional things that had to be replaced, but promised they would call if that was the case. They did call a few hours later and let me know it was the fuel pump and it should be ready that afternoon after test drive, etc. Same price they quoted earlier, nothing additional. There is a mechanic there that’s very knowledgeable in foreign cars and rebuilt his VW engine. Had car home same day, considerably less than dealership and online pricing for BMW fuel pump. They later sent an email with photos of my CV axles that were dangerous, but no pressure to repair then and there. I appreciate not being taken advantage of as a single female. Thanks!

Bills inspected a used car I was thinking of buying. They did a very thorough job at a reasonable price. They provided a multi page analysis complete with photos and comments and emailed it directly to me. I was very satisfied with their service .

The shop does a thorough inspection of the car in all areas and makes recommendations for needed repairs or to give you the heads up for future items so you can plan accordingly. He also provides photographs with the recommendations making it easier to see/understand the item in need of repair. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was not due to the work done but the fact you are not allowed to roll over the diagnostic fee ($115) toward the repairs like other shops does. Otherwise, everyone is nice, friendly, honest, and would even offer to give you a ride home if you are leaving the car!

I cant say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. John was amazing to work with. He told me exactly what was happening with my 06 Toyota in detail, and in terms I understood. I felt confident that not only did Bill and his team know what they are looking for, but that when fixed the job would be done right. My car needed about $1200 in maintenance and she runs like New! Thank you John and Bill for such great service.You have my business as long as I own a vehicle.

The shop is very organized and the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The prices are a bit higher than expected, but they give you the price prior to the work being preformed. You get what you pay for. They are 100 times better than taking your vehicle to a big chain shop that pushes commissions and has low skilled workers doing most of the work.The inspection report that they give you is very detailed and professional.If you are ever planning on selling a used car. I would recommend taking it to Bills to have them do an inspection and get a report. It would ease the mind of a potential buyer.

Took my 1993 Dodge W250 into Bills to have an alignment done. This location is 40 miles from my home, but I did it on the recommendation of another shop from my town that is highly reviewed and had done quality work for me on it prior.They were able to diagnose and repair several issues with the front suspension that had been previously done incorrectly prior to my purchase.They also purchased some parts for the vehicle that they were not happy with quality wise, and returned them to the supplier instead of saving themselves time and frustration.My truck was a bit of a problem child, but they kept at it until they figured out what needed done, and it now handles night and day different.Overall very pleased.

Had my transmission replaced here. First transmission was damage so they called and said my car was on delay until the next day they order a different transmission and as soon as they got it in 2 days later car was fixed fresh oil change and ready to go. Very happy about this place instead of using the first damage transmission that was order they took their time to order another one and made sure it was okay and put it in they give good quality work.

This is my first experience at Bills on Broadway. So I dropped my car off at Bills on Broadway because my hood release lever was broken, simple problem, simple fix, right? I asked them to take a look at it and give me a call with an estimate. They called with an estimate of $291 to replace the hood release lever. For replacing one plastic lever I found this price a bit ridiculous and decided I would by the $20 part and replace the lever myself.So I go to pick my car up and the guy says my total is $126. I ask him what for and he says for 1 hour of labor. I was shocked. Im not familiar with cars and I figured out the problem in under 5 minutes and even let them know when I dropped it off that the lever needed replaced. But according to Bills on Broadway it took them a entire 1 hour to figure it out the problem that I had already mentioned to them. Absolutely absurd. And what car shop charges $126 for 1 hour of shop labor, that rate is insanely high.Also, they never mentioned anything about charging me for an estimate. I was under the impression they only charge for actual repairs and services. There was no exchange of money mentioned by the shop until I came to pick the car up. What a lovely surprise. Overall a horrible experience, will not be back.Lastly, I ordered the lever part for $20 and replaced the broken lever myself. Took me 15 minutes to install new lever.

I dont go here enough and Im not sure why. Their customer service is always great. I think I will go here for regular maintenance issues and try them out. I typically only go here for repairs. They have been going good for me and a lot of folks I know for 15 years or so.
