It took a long time to get some help in furniture department but once Josh got of the phone from helping another customer he was really nice and helpful.

Is awesome and the other guys who work here me and my boyfriend needed to make some changes in our home and were looking at furniture they helped make a decision and always double checked if they had certain things in stock I reccomend this place for your house needs like beds,tables,sofa etc.GREAT PLACE!

Bathroom is DISGUSTING. No soap, toilet NOT clean. Low inventory and staff seem disinterested in their jobs. Never again. Highly disappointed

Its an older Big Lots but it still has a useful selection of furniture and household items! Sometimes the checkout can be a little long.

Very satisfied customer the store is neat and clean wasnt crowded. I already knew what I was shopping for because I looked on line so that made shopping easier.

Need a bike rack. No where to secure our bikes. Grove City has a biking community.

Its a real shame. It used to be an adventure to go to Big Lots/Odd Lots. They always had something new and different to find. You never knew what closeout or overrun merchandise they had found to purchase and sell at a great discount. Unfortunately, now all their stores carry pretty much the same merchandise all the time. Mostly cheap products at cheap prices, and moderate products at moderate prices. There doesnt seem to be much to differentiate them from everyone else anymore. A large portion of their store space is dedicated to cheap furniture at cheap prices. Most of their in store and online advertising appears to be geared toward this, too. I suppose thats wonderful if you are looking for assemble yourself furniture like most of the big box and outlet stores sell. Personally, I miss the adventure of the deeply discounted random finds. I have to go to the few other stores in town that still operate that way. Bottom line, a great place for consistent, predictable low price inventory at each location each day. However, do watch for their clearance sales where you can still find a great bargain.

Boom! Helpful staff. Its been a while since I have been in a Big lots but this one is well stocked and clean. Cant say enough about how professional the staff are. Go to this Big Lots!

Keith the team lead isn’t customer friendly even over the phone and face to face. I was very polite and I’m telling you he was like pleasant like a pit bull. Bc he never thank me for my business. Or even greet me. He def need to work on his customer service.

My friend,Barb and I had so much fun shopping yesterday at Big Lots! We didnt miss very many isles and I selected my lounge chair for my new back patio. tried out sofas and oversized chairs; looking for future purchases. And we needed a rest. So fun

Great location clean store. Was kinda bummed out they put there yard tools away for the season already, I was really needing to get a item they didnt have. So I had to spend the money at wall Mart, I hate that store!

Did not have what I went for. The artificial trees were as much if not more than other stores i had shopped. Store was dirty. Cashier was rude. I have really loved this store in the past. Its a shame

Customer service is always amazing and they have a no credit 90day same as cash lease option! Ive had a lease with them 4 times. Whenever I get the erge to redo my home decor I head to big lots. I even went 2 years ago and lease a Christmas tree and a bunch of christmas decor!

Found what I needed at great price

The store was very busy when I was there but Steve and Alicia made sure I got the mattress and box springs at the correct price.

Saturday June 29th my mom and I went into this location to get some supplies for our pool such as pool noodles, floats etc. A worker not sure of his name but he was bald and wore glasses, was standing in the middle of an aisle I politely said “ excuse me” he then turned and hit my cart into the box beside me and said “ well excuse me” in a smart tone while shaking his head... I’m not one to get loud in public places but he was way out of character by telling me to “ watch out because he was looking for something for a customer” which is fine, but to be rude to a fellow CUSTOMER is wrong and for that reason I will not be returning.

This Big Lots had many empty shelves as well as being sloppy in some places.

Love my Big Lots store its close to my home the staff is great love all the items that they have in their ad and on display always great to find something that you have always used but maybe has got misplaced in our establishment of purchasing.

I dont go there very often but usually find what I am looking for or some new random thing to try when I am there. However, there prices are very hit and miss. Some things are just way over-priced like laundry cleaning stuff. Other stuff isnt so bad. Great place for in and out shopping like grabbing some cards or a snack.

Its a Big Lots store, what can I say. This one doesnt seem to be particularly friendly and the checkout lines always seems backed up. Im finding now, that what I used to get at Big Lots to save my money ; I can get for Less at Walmart.

Nice retail store at closeout prices. I go here to get odds and ends that are hard to find things you wouldnt find at Wal-Mart. They also have new Blu-ray movies for $5.00 each. They also carry name brand items as well. If they get busy they actually open more checkout lines

Online said they had certain products in stock. After working 14 hrs I was there when they opened, they had none in stock. Bathrooms were nasty with tissue sheds, blood & feces every where.
