Quick service, very polite customer service. Good place to get a cup a coffe, but as always overpriced.
Ill be honest. As much as this place gets the bad rep for being overpriced coffee, I love it. Its always a nice place to be able to sit down, talk, work, or just chill with friends or family. Really Starbucks needs no introduction from anyone but I can wholeheartedly recommend the place. Its fantastic.
Located inside the largest Military installation in the Caribbean this Starbucks is constantly very busy wish means the pastries and sandwiches are always fresh. The lines move really quickly and the staff is always finding ways to make you laugh and smile before you get your coffee. Sometimes is standing room only. Highly recommend this Starbucks
Unfortunately, not your typical Starbucks experience. The crew (two behind the bar, two more on the back of the store) was slow and unorganized. Took them several minutes to deliver my order (3 items).
Tasteful coffee. Love the 1st sip feeling.
The baristas here are happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Not only did they make me aware of the Starbucks reward program they also memorized my drink within a few visits. Its a small thing, but makes me feel welcome and a bit special.
Dani is the best, shell remember what you like and cheer you up every time
Customer services is not the best. Havent standardize the recipes, products taste better or worse depending on who make it.
Friendly baristas and great customer service.

At the Buchannan base. Rich like all the Starbucks I have visited
Very good prices
I am not a fan of Starbucks since they buy very cheap coffee in other countries in South America and Africa for example and they resell it very expensive (overpriced) in all their locations. In addition, the way of preparing coffee is not the best or the most similar to the Puerto Rican palate. Now, if you like sugary drinks with a taste of coffee and other things (seasonal), then between syrup and other artificial flavors it suits them well.Returning to the topic, my expressions above are about Starbucks brand perse in general. The Starbucks of Fort Buchanan, however, works well the Short Lattes, which is the closest thing to what we Puerto Ricans drink. They are also quite efficient, friendly and fast.I usually sponsor the Island Coffee Shop but when I am in FB the Starbucks here have worked for me until today.
The best coffee!
