Great place for short or long-term storage. Thomas, the general manager, was a huge help and made the whole process super easy. The units are clean and dry, and the location is very convenient.

My only issue is Ive called the number listed multiple times to try to talk to.a actual person and I have yet to get a call back Ive also emailed multiple times and no reply Ive had issues with my car so I have been unable to make it to your office in gulfport im only a few days late on my payment and im Terrified of losing my unit with all my belongings So if you see this review please contact me right away and if you could give me a phone number to talk to an actual person and not leave a message with a machine that would be great other than this problem Im having right now it is a great storage company With a nice and friendly staff

Price increase 3 times in 4 months. Move to a grass space. My RV is infested with ants.Manger is unconcerned about the condition. I requested a tree branch be trimmed, request was ignored and damaged my awning. When brought to managers attention. I was told it was your fault, you parked it there. WHAT!!!????

What a great facilitie Tom is an awesome guy I have two units a 10x20 and a 15x20 place is very clean also recommended a friend which rented a the unit here also waiting on another unit that large unit to come available and well rent another one I love the idea of the 24-hour access that you dont get a very many places to stop being over backwards just to place their customers

My lady and I were looking to get a different unit as the cubesmart in south st pete we had was poorly run by the GM. Property was never cleaned, trash on floors and in parking lot all the time and bug infestation problem that wasnt being addressed by Thomas Wier the GM. So we looked at this location. To our surprise Thomas has been transferred to this location from south st pete because cubesmart is losing that property to another management company. He ran that location into the ground with his poor management. I noticed the same issues at this property as the south st pete location there were bugs both live and dead on the ground when we viewed the property and their was trash laying around. Then I realized it was Thomas who was the GM. After the last property and seeing what happened their under his control I told my lady will go somewhere else. Is you like bugs, trash and a GM that does nothing to maintain the property this is a great place for you.

Its endures to the storage unit were put in with the hinging to the outside people can unhing the doors and steal your stuff

Very disappointed in how a simple late fee was handled. I was suppose to be on autopay. I answered the first call from cubesmart telling me im 6 days past due and that they have been calling me which was not true. I stated that i was suppose to be on autopay but nope. Still my fault.I will be moving my camper to place across the street. Its cheaper anyways and now Im just disgusted.J Peters

Fantastic young manager, I hope the company understands how lucky they are to have a young man who has such a good attention to detail, is pleasant to work with and displays urgency/professionalism. Had a unit that wasn’t climate controlled and mice got in and i found droppings all over my stuff. I also did not leave any food in my unit but found a wrapper from a small pack of muffins on the floor of my unit that had been gnawed open by mice. Had to throw away half of my college dorm stuff since it was covered in poop.

I can only give rave reviews about Gulfport Storage and their employees! During a recent visit we ended up with some great Florida finds we could not transport back home at that time. We looked up online and found this lovely, well-groomed facility and decided to give you a try. Needless to say we are extremely pleased we chose Gulfport and will use your facilities again soon! Raised prices in the time of a pandemic when people are losing their homes and NEED a less expensive alternative place to put their possessions while looking for a place to live.Pretty heartless, considering there are NO UOGRADES, that would warrant a price raise.

Gulfport Storage, a great place to rent. The new owner made it so, along with his management team, especially Scott, who is so responsive to ensure all is well. Richard and Kevin work with him to make a good team.

Their additional charges add up. Even tho the first month is free, they have a $24 administration fee, and unless you bring in your homeowners insurance policy showing it covers storage, they add on $12 per month for insurance. You can bring your own lock, but since I didnt know that, I had to go home and get one, or buy their expensive one before they would rent it to me.

Rental was easy, unit is clean and Donna was friendly and helpful. I recommend!

Wow. The man that works here or possibly owns this place has terrible customer service skills and is absolutely rude. I reserved a boat parking space at this facility on line....when we showed up to store our new boat they guy says oh I rented that out like a week ago. Then proceeds to have a terrible attitude and asked us not to park in the shade in his parking lot while we scramble to look on line for another place to store our boat as we cannot keep it at our condo. So thankful we did not land up keeping our boat here...but what a hassle. Save yourself the heart ache and time and go somewhere else even if its a little further.
