I was stranded after Hurricane Ida, threatened and harassed by a moving company that kept me waiting over 24 hours before they showed up, and then told I would have to pay a fee for keeping Them waiting! By the time I got to Life Storage in Gulfport, I was at the end of my rope! I checked in with Patty and she immediately knew something was wrong. She spent a while with me, helping me to calm down and by the time the movers finally showed up she helped me have the confidence to stop them from extorting even more money from me. She is a kind, caring, amazing human being! She keeps the property safe, clean and well maintained! And assisted in helping me change to a larger unit. She even took care of a couple spiders for me!! Thank you Patty!!!

My daughter recently moved to Gulfport after having been stranded in NOLA by Hurricane Ida for a week under terrible conditions; and then being subjected to a terrible moving company that was threatening to charge her a significant amount of extra money. While she waited for them to arrived, she was scared and exhausted. The manager of this facility, Patricia ORourke, helped her to calm down and then stayed with her as she showed the movers the storage unit. Having a witness stopped the threats, and gave my daughter help that I couldnt in a time when she needed it. I will never be able to thank Patty enough for helping her.

Had to quickly rent two storage rooms due to a messed up move. Was able to quickly book and use both units. When I moved out the Manager, Patty, was awesome. Very helpful with getting the units closed and my account settled. Thank you so much for the fantastic customer service!

Given the many options for storage solutions, I have always come back to Patty and Life Storage due to the combination of friendliness, convenience, and professionalism. For example, when I changed credit cards due to a potential identity theft, I forgot to change my account at Life Storage. When my payment did not go through, instead of letting me go delinquent, Patty reached out quickly, and saved me late charges, keeping my account in good standing. If Ive needed a little extra time on days to access my storage due to life events such as when I was returning or getting ready to go on deployment, she has always found a way to get to yes, easing some of the stress of life we all seem to accumulate. I realize it is just business, but her personal efforts and positive attitude were noticed and appreciated. If I get orders back to Gulfport, I intend to use your services again!

My vehicle was vandalized on Life storage property and no one can seen to check the cameras to give the footage to the police because some of the cameras don’t work. I had to rent another space for my personal car to go into so it won’t be vandalized again then they still gave me a rent raise. Their cameras don’t work all the time because when I went into the office I noticed it. Still waiting on the manager to get back to me about her looking over the video footage. (Again cameras doesn’t work by my space) And emailed through the website and no one has responded

Ms.Patty is so freaking awesome. I really needed another storage asap and I stored here before. I gave them a call and got set up fast with the help of Ms.Patty and the rent now option online. Ms.Patty is excellent with communication, shes both professional and passionate about her role at Life Storage. The atmosphere is very welcoming and priced well, I wont ever use another storage other than Life Storage for the remainder of my life. Ms. Patty has great customer service skills and is really on her customers side. She makes sure youre settled in, makes great suggestions as far as storage necessities and how to properly store your items/valuables. I couldnt ask for better storage facility and its close to my home. (Even if it wasnt Id drive 120 miles to use this storage facility, over 10 years of using storages and this is my favorite by far!!)

Quick and easy process to get my unit today. The staff member, Kim, was very friendly and professional. She showed us around the property and answered all my questions with no hesitation. We made it to get a storage unit about 20 minutes before closing. I needed to visit the restroom as soon as I walked inside the door. Patty was understanding, and told me to take my time. The restroom was very clean and smelled great! Patty went above and beyond to make sure we rented the correct sized unit. She even took us to the storage unit to make sure everything fit perfectly! Although it was time for her to close, she was patient, kind, and courteous throughout the entire transaction!

Great location for storage. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. They keep a watchful eye on the property. Everytime we were there one of the ladies would be patrolling the area, picking up trash left behind and were so friendly to acknowledge us. I would definitely rent a storage space there again if needed.
