I recently stopped into Alpha when my car was having acceleration issues. I drive long distances often so it’s important for my car to be in good working condition. Chris and crew were exceptionally helpful and accommodating getting may car back on the road. Their professionalism and dedication has made them my go to when it comes to working on my car, and I live in Brooklyn. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! I drove from Washington DC to Hackensack to get my rims painted black and windows tinted - worth every minute of the commute. I paid a reasonable price for exceptional work and it was done in just two days. The window tints are the highest quality I have seen and my stock car now looks custom made. I will be commuting 4 hours to Alpha Auto Body for all of my car work from now on.

All around incredible experience from start to finish. We had our entire Audi repainted due to an accident in the rear bumper and some scratches along the good and side of the car. Chris is amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. I had an accident and the wrong vehicle was listed on my police report. After 2 months of back and forth with the insurance company I got nowhere to the point where I was going to pay to get my car fixed. I went to Chris and he said no you won’t pay I will help you and he did. He made calls to the insurance company and police department and resolved this for me in 1 day. Chris is amazing. Cant express enough how excellent the service was, they got my car in out within 2 days. Sam painted and fixed my 2016 is300 f sport (pearl white) made everything look brand new. They detailed my car as well giving me that feeling of when i first bought it. They take good care of their customers I highly recommend coming to them!!!

I recently brought my BMW Z4m roadster in for some body work. All I can say is Wow!! The car looks better than it did when I first bought in new in 2008. Paint work was flawless. I couldn’t even tell that the cat was rear ended!

I could not be more happy with my experience at Alpha Auto Body and Repair. I am so crazy where I take my BMW M3 with an unusual blue color. Chris was able to put me on the schedule right away and fixed the defect on my front bumper in 2 days. The results are amazing! I cant even tell where the defect was. I would drive hours to have this amazing service and constant communication. It is so rare to have a competent technician, fair and honest prices, fast turn around time and Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

My car was “totaled” after being hit while I was parked. Naturally the first auto body shop i went to (which was recommended by the insurance company who was representing the person who hit me, that’s my bad) — said my car was totaled at a $5,000 valuation. I took it to Chris for a second opinion and he was able to to get the valuation up to $8,000 without ever getting my insurance involved. 35 years later i finally have a “car guy” I trust.

Did an awesome custom rear bumber on my 06 Acura TL. Also had a front lip install w/ rust repair and repaint of trunk. At Alfa they get the job done beyond what you realistically can expect. Chris was very inviting and tells you what can and will be done. His professionalism is none like Ive seen in a very long time. He kept in constant contact with me on my build which created a good rapport and understanding. Time was never an issue cause when you want perfection, well hey, that takes time. I had an appointment to drop off my car to have it painted, my appointment was for 8 am, as usual I arrived at 7:50 am, no one there,,, waited till 8:30 am, nothing,,, placed a call, nothing,,, as I waited I saw a jeep that was very recently painted, so recent this jeep still had the paint paper and tape on it, this is when I decided to walk away, so, professionalism, not there, workmanship, not there, spoke to owner, his thing was I was there at 9:30, yes, you were there at 9:30 but our appointment was for 8:30, need I say more, Mind you, the work on my car was not done as I saw the work on his other vehicles,......Update,,,, just got a text from the body shop owner, making it seem like nothing happened, no thank you, I will pass on your business,
