I simply cannot express my gratitude to Dave and the rest of the team at Class A autobody. My car flooded in the September 1st storm and I had a really hard time getting in touch with my insurance because of the number of claims that were filed. I finally was assigned to an auto shop and it happened to be Class A, where I met Dave. He called me every day to check on the status of my claim with the insurance to see when I could bring the car in for service. he went above and beyond to ensure my car was actually fixed and that the claim was taken seriously by Progressive. I seriously dont know what I would have done without him. When my insurance company failed me, Dave stepped up to the plate and made suer my car was not forgotten about. I picked up my car today with brand new carpets thanks to Class A. after 5 weeks, I can finally put this nightmare behind me and its all thanks to Dave and Class A!

Ive unfortunately been involved in several rear end accidents over the past few years. Each time, Ive taken my car to this repair shop. They are friendly, dependable, and they do an awesome job - one that is backed up with a warranty.

Outstanding service! Dave Fletcher kept me updated on the progress from start to finish. Everyone was kind and professional. My car was returned earlier than expected. Rear bumper replaced in two days. They went the extra mile and removed some scratches from around my car for free. All parts replaced on my Tahoe were original ordered from the manufacturer. My wife and I brought her car to Class A Autobody after reading many reviews. As most of the reviews stated, the quality of work was great and the time frame for completing the job was above our expectations. As for the price, it was comparable to the other estimates we obtained. Dave was excellent, very professional and explained everything to us in detail. He had a genuine concern in making the entire process as smooth as possible.

Firstly, I reside in Teaneck, brought my vehicle to this place for a slight fender bender. I guess I just liked the reviews. Well I am glad I did. The gentleman named David came out and gave me a reasonable estimate which I agreed to. He said he would repair it in about an hour because there were no significant damage.I informed him that I was going to browse the area. In about about 15 minutes I received a call to come back the repair was done. Upon my arrival I planned to pay the estimated charge and was informed the THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE. David said he could not charge me for something that was that not difficult or time consuming. I insisted that he take some kind of payment and he emphatically REFUSED, he said “NO WAY” he could charge me. Tried to give his partner a donation for the crew he also refused. One more thing they I forgot to mention, they repaired and also buffed scratches from the bumper AGAIN no charge.To sum it up these are pretty honest professionals, I WOULD definitely bring my vehicle to them If I ever needed repairs (hopefully not). I guess it was surprisingly my lucky day.

They’re friendly at the beginning. Once they do the job and get paid for it whether or not you like it they then choose to ignore you. It’s about the customers being happy about the final outcome and if they’re not it’s your job to correct it not ignore and deny service. Don’t get fooled like I did. Plenty of more professional shops out there, that will actually answer you back!

I had so many different mercedes for 30 years, this body shop is far better than any other authorized Mercedes body shop. All staffs are so nice and professional. Especially talk to Mr. Gary Magllanez, he will do superior job for you.

I do not write a lot of reviews. As a matter of fact this is my first on Google but had to say something. Brought in an Audi A4 with rear and side panel damage. I do not have a lot of experience with auto body shops but if you have a high end car and are looking for high end service and high quality work then this is the place. From making the appointment, to the turn around time, the handling with insurance and the quality of work I was blown away by how seamless it all was. The car was returned cleaner then when I brought it in (inside and out). I was really skeptical and concerned that the quality was going to be where I wanted. This will be my go to place for any work in the future as well as family and friends. Very impressed. Dave and team were rockstars

I dont have too much experience with auto body shops but I came away seriously impressed with Class A Autobody.When I called to make an appointment, I was given a guesstimate of a week turnaround, based on whats typical for that kind of repair. I brought my car in and was quoted 4-5 days once they saw it. They actually had all of the parts replaced and painted, and the car cleaned inside and out, looking perfect just one day after I brought it in. I was really amazed and pleased by that. Highly, highly recommended!

Over priced. Not at all sure why they get reviews that dont say that.... paid $400 less to get a dent out with another mechanic who said the same thing (that it would require a bit more work and basically repainting half the car...)So at least theyre honest. But always get a second opinion.(In fact its probably worth it to get their quote - then take it to someone else and ask them if they can beat it by a few hundred and they will)

I’ve used Class A several times. They are the best. Work is superb and I love how they keep me updated with texts. Always had my car ready ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them.

Came here based on a recommendation after a fender bender on my wife’s 2019 Audi and glad I did. Bill took care of me and the professionalism exhibited was second to none. Was worried about my car being white the paint work was A+ and fit and finish was excellent. I was so worried and they finished the car a day before it was scheduled. Couldn’t be happier. Will now be taking all my cars there moving forward.

The receptionist, Melody, was friendly and efficient. Gary, my service rep, explained everything fully and kept me in the loop until my car was ready for pick-up (which was earlier than I expected!) I have had worked with Class A auto body twice and they truly work to live up to their name. They provide friendly customer service, did a superb job repairing my mercedes c 300 car door. Washed and detailed it before returning its which was above and beyond my expectations. I hope to have no additional accidents, however, I will indeed choose to work with them, if I do. They also work closely with progressive and enterprise, so my car rental was quick and easy with no wait.

In my over 30-year driving, I have only dealt with a handful body shops. But, in my limited experiences, Class A Autobody is the most professional and courteous shop I have ever sent our car to.From the beginning Melody had been very patient and friendly when she contacted me and explained to me the repair process. When they sent a tow truck from McGees to pick up my wifes car, the driver looked inside the car and helpfully reminded us to retrieve personal items and EZ-Pass.During the time my wifes car in the shop, they texted me regularly regarding estimate and repair updates. When my wife was concerned about her cars repair, Melody arranged a meeting with Dave for us. Dave was very kind to show and explain to us what they would do to make the car new again even though he had to stop other workers for a short while so that we could hear him clearly.The whole repair took about a week. When we picked up the car, Dave assured us that Class A Autobody totally stands behind their work quality. We have been driving the car for about a week. So far we dont have any issues with the car, and it just looks and drives like new.Two thumbs up to Class A Autobody!

Superb service, you get the car in and within 10 minutes you are on your way out, picked up by car rental agent. You get frequent text messages with the status and a link to a website where you see the repair cost estimate and the repair progress. After the repair is done, you get the car back, clean and in perfect working order with no sign of the accident.

They are extremely professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle in their hands. I would surely recommend them to anyone I know that needs work completed.

Seriously awesome group of people. Incredibly polite, friendly and extremely accommodating. I didnt have to do anything except bring the car there and pick it up. They worked with the rental car company and insurance company on my behalf. I was actually earlier by maybe 15 minutes.Theyre quick with estimates and fair with pricing. If your insurance wont pay for your vehicle entirely ask them for alternative options. I had a accident with my 2018 ford edge, the damage was minor but with newer cars its always significant. I had researched body shops and I had 2 places which were reviewed in a positive way, One was Class A!After getting the ball rolling my insurance company they gave there recommendations on local places and Class A was rated well by the them. Such an awesome place. The guy I dealt with was Hugo who was very knowledgeable and caring. The receptionist was very warm funny and very informative. Not many places that are left here in North Jersey that deserves a 5.5 rating this is definitely one of them. I would recommend anyone to use this shop. They even did the little extra things Such as little spots that were on the car they just filled in and cleaned up. I only went there just for a bumper accident. Amazing customer service and super easy communication throughout the quote and repair process. Also they were able to take my car earlier than originally announced to accomodate the fact I was out of town for a few days and did not need my car, which saved me the cost of a rental car during the repair. And last but not least, Im almost happy I got bumped into by somebody and needed this repair as my 2015 car now looks almost new, thanks to the amazing job they did ! ;-)

They work fast, and quality is good. I got rear-ended, and needed to replace my rear bumper. Dropped my car off on Monday, was ready for pickup on Wednesday. They organized a rental as well and are state-farm preferred shop so everything will go smoothly and quickly with the claim. Will come back here again!

These guys did some great work and they were very flexible. The same day that my car was damaged (some very significant damage at that), they were able to accommodate me within 2 hours to get my car into the shop. The service manager was courteous and helpful. Ive been to other body shops where folks have given nothing but attitude as if I were imposing on them. Not here, they helped explain the process and the repairs they would be performing. An estimate was given to me the next day and work was scheduled almost immediately. They gave me an estimated completion time of 3 weeks but they finished and handed back the car in 2 weeks. They performed a walkthrough of the car when they handed it back to ensure that it was given back to me in pristine condition.The body work was very well done. Im pleased with the results and my car looks like it has not been damaged at all.I would highly recommend these guys if youre in an accident or just need general work done to your car.

Recently got into a minor accident and went to Class A based on Google reviews. They did not disappoint! Excellent work in timely manner. Also, they have Geico onsite so it made dealing with insurance company smooth. They also work with rental car company (Enterprise) so it was really convenient. Owner was nice and thorough and explained all with itemized estimate. Definitely made stressful situation so much easier. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Staff was nice and on top of things.

Had a scratched sideview mirror. The insurance company sent us to someone where we wouldve lost a couple of hundred dollars between what we were paid by insurance and had to pay for parts and labor. Found these guys and even made a few dollars on the deal. Not just that, but the job is perfect, and done much quicker than expected.
