Accidents are a stressful time for everyone involved and honestly Court House Auto Body took out the stress of getting my vehicle repaired entirely. They were jot just quick, responsive and effective but they made us feel like family the entire time. Do to some unfortunate circumstances my wife and I had four repairs done here which all were done so quick we didnt even need to rent a car. In september i was involved in a major motor vehicle accident that resulted in major surgery, and Court House not only took care of everything for me, but they also checked up on my health. 10/10 in all areas!

Just picked up my car at the shop. I am absolutely impressed with not only the work that was done on my car, which is PERFECT, but equally with the meticulous way they detailed it inside and out. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of every one I dealt with, from the owner, the office manager, to shop personnel. They all fulfilled every promise they made.

I brought my 2015 Grand Cherokee for front end damaged caused by an accident. Initial consult quote was thorough, and very reasonable. Going into my appointment (a couple weeks later) Josh had given me a heads up that there might be some internal damage that will only be visible once they removed the bumper. Sure enough there was, but they were quite forthcoming with the information throughout the whole process. I was constantly updated on progress and the slight delay (because of parts). Overall, my experience with this body shop is top notch. I highly recommend if any of you are looking for some body work on your car.

Consumers Beware!!!! So many things happened here, not sure where to begin????? The only reason i had my repairs done here from my accident was because my car insurance company made me use them, the people you deal with will treat you sweet as pie, but you will be highly disappointed with the outcome in the end. To this day I have been going back and forth from a year ago. The repair was estimated to be only about $6,000. All is said and done it was almost 9,000 the car was only worth $10,000 the right thing to do was to have the car declared as a Total Wreck they gouged and milked it to the end. Ive never seen a place keep a car for MONTHS and once i got it back, there has been problem after problem. The check engine light kept coming on and my side mirrors were not working. I had to keep bringing back my vehicle, and they would keep it over a week, give it back to me, then there would be another problem. Now its only about a year, the Check Engine Light comes on again, I had to pay, and they said it was not part of my repairs of my accident. Even MORE money they made! I had problems with the side mirrors - now they state they dont remember??? I traded in my car today and got a brand new one because of their mistake on not just deeming it as total wreck! Never ever come to this place no matter what even if your Car Insurance Company says to go. You will regret it. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY!

My insurance company referred me here after a car accident that caused damages to the front and back of my car. When I got my car back it looked better than when I first bought it. They were so thoughtful and even detailed the entire inside. It smells brand new too. All the staff was extremely nice and inviting! A big thanks to them!

Do Not recommend this service.Had to get a car towed a short distance off of the highway. The tower was a complete jerk. He started to say that we could only pay him cash because he didnt have the card reader. I refused that since I did not carry $125 in cash on me. Had to get the police involved as the town law stated that he could not just demand cash payment when he ordinarily accepts card payment.After the police got involved he finally relented.Would NOT recommend.

Ive only ever used Mike and his crew to repair damages from accidents, but theyve always been up front and quick. I used to get the vehicle damages appraised by other people as well, but they were always the most reasonable and flexible. I cant speak to how they are for general repairs outside of an accident, but for collision damage they are recognized as certified and guaranteed mechanics. In other words, if something they fix fails, they will take care of it at no cost to you.

They picked up my car without a tow bill! Repaired the vehicle faster than I could have imagined and then brought my car back home to me washed and cleaned. Amazing work and amazing friendly service .

The.owner is a bottom feeder. He has a towing contract with the city that rips off unsuspecting consumers. For example, he charges $65.00 to your bill for, no keys if he gets a call to pick up an illegally parked car. Not even New York does that. I took a car there for an estimate a year as go and he tried to RIP me off. My advise is STAY AWAY.

Unethical towing. Illegally towed my car near Prospect Avenue. Then charged ultra high fees for release, had to give them the title to satisfy the illegal tie. Highly unethical and should be shut down by Office of Consumer Protection.

Such a relief to be greeted, reassured and taken care of by the team at courthouse auto body! After being sideswiped by a semi on the NJT with 4 kids and 4 adults in the van, the side of the van was wrecked. They stayed late and got us to a rental car shop so we could continue our journey to Washington DC. Professional, excellent follow up and superior work. The van looks and feels brand new.

There is no question this is one of the best auto bodys around. I took my 2015 GS350 FSPORT here and wow. The car had almost 20k in damages and it came back to me brand new and they finished on the date they said they would. I would trust this facility with any vehicle luxury or not. Identical trust worthy paint match and professional service.

If there was a ZERO for a rating, this is what I would give them. We have been waiting several weeks for a car to be repaired. Every time we call they tell us a different story ... the paint has to dry, a part has to be delivered, it will be ready Wednesday, then Monday, then Friday. Never a straight answer!! The worst part is that they are RUDE! NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!!

This place is highly unethical at its best. They kept our car for WEEKS and told us a bunch of ridiculous lies about the manufacturer sending the wrong parts repeatedly. When we finally got our car back, they werent able to produce the documents for the insurance company and we were stuck with over $600 in rental fees. Also, the owner, Mike, was extremely rude when we called him on it. Do yourself a favor and skip the visit to these thieves.

I had a rear bumper fixed on my car six months ago. Sadly, I had to go back three times, because they did NOT do a good job...I will not recommend courthouse auto body...Not to mention, customer service is not so great either...
