I had ceramic coating done 2 years ago at a shop in Parsippany who did a terrible job. I brought the car to Illmatic to correct their job, recoat, as well as try and fix some scratches and custom rally stripes. I am super happy with the job, truly professionals. Rebecca at the front desk does a great job too. You definitively get what you pay for. Price was reasonable. Will be back in the future for sure. A+

Illmatic Wraps is an absolutely amazing place to get your car wrapped. The people there are charming, wonderful, and extremely easy to talk to and will make your experience amazing. They did a phenomenal job on my satin chrome red wrap (it’s been almost 2 years now) and they even did all the minor details to make my build fully aesthetic (I get so many compliments because of them). When I first decided to get my truck wrapped I searched for hours looking for the right place. And when I called Illmatic, DJ answered the phone and I knew that Illmatic was the place to receive the best outcome. The best a few cars done already

Man oh man...One of the hardest things to come by is a business that is attentive to quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction - and Illmatic Wraps succeeds in all of these things.The services at Illmatic wraps are by far one of the best in the game, very much so the East Coast. I had a Satin Grey Vinyl wrap, chrome delete, powder coating on my wheels, and sand and paint for my calipers to come out with the beast pictured below.The second I arrived at the shop, DJs crew was so welcoming and they all made sure your presence was felt. I was in and out in 10 mins, a very quick process in which I picked my color, talked about the job I wanted, negotiated pricing, agreed on some dates and settled payment. Came by in 1 week on the date promised to a phenomenal job on my vehicle.The wrap detailing is legit incredible. The vinyl is meticulously wrapped around the edges of the panels evenly to hide the wrap, and everything is so flush and smooth that it looks like a paint job. Chrome delete and badge blackout came out exactly as desired and DJ had especially followed through with many special requests. The powder coating came out sweet and DJ and his team were there through out the entire process to make sure things went smoothly by answering all questions too, which is contributed to why they get the 5/5 for customer satisfaction.5/5 stars, and if you’re looking for an honest business that gives you a quality job for a very VERY fair price, Illmatic is most definitely the place.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Drove all the way to Hackensack from south jersey for a consultation. Got the estimate and told them I would call them on monday to schedule an appointment to get the work done. Called monday and the guy said the owner is in meetings and that he would give me a call back in 15 mins. That never happened. 6 hours later I called back around 4pm. Guy on the phone saids DJ is still busy. Whats your info. I will call you back when I get a chance. I never gotten a call back at all. Went somewhere else to get my car wrapped.

DJ and his crew are amazing. I got XPEL paint protection done on my front bumper along with powder-coating my summer set and winter set of wheels. The xpel job was perfect. DJ is awesome and fully dedicated to his work. He kept me posted via phone and text. Perfection is in his blood. No one better. You will not be disappointed

Nice for you maping intreste loking

Curious as to how all the reviews are so positive. Friends & family I guess. About the only positive thing I can say is that the location is convenient -- just off of Routes 46 & 80.Visited this place in person, on 2 separate occasions.No customer parking, hole-in-the-wall workspace.The owner DJ was never there, hes probably at a dealership.Great, just what I want to hear. Apparently thats more important than overseeing his workers, or taking care of private clients.One of the 2 times, the manager was there. Helpful kid, but not empowered to do anything, couldnt even give a cost estimate.Both times while I was there, I noticed very unhappy customers, who were also waiting for DJ.Everyone was told to call the phone #. I did. No one ever picks up, & no outgoing message -- for all I know, I was calling a prison phone. Left 2 voice mails, no response.Their website is a joke. No contact us link. Not user friendly at all.Fine with me, lots of other places to get a wrap done.

Hands down the most reputable shop for custom wraps in the tri state. Work is flawless, obviously because you can’t be the best if it’s not So what sets this shop above the rest is its personality and customer first attitude( which I don’t even think they know they have) They are so humble and eager to please and achieve, they do it without even thinking about it and exceed all of your expectations. My wife recently purchased a Mercedes G Wagon! It was a very long process between finding one to be able to test drive, and then when we did find one, making the decision to order one and wait 18 months or just buy it even though it was a color she hated. Ultimately the salesman made the suggestion to just take it and get it wrapped so that’s what she did.Obviously when spending that much on a vehicle, then two weeks later getting it wrapped, you want to have the best of the best doing it. So we both did our own research and it lead us back to the same person.DJ from Illmatic Wraps! His Instagram was on fire with vehicles he has done and after having a LONG conversation with him in the phone, we decided to make the two hour trip up to his shop to get some ideas and see his work. We got to see the type of vehicles he had there, how clean and organized his shop is, how well his crew cares for the cars, and the final product of different cars that were wrapped. While we were there, we just vibed with him really well. She knew she didn’t want a plain solid color, but she didn’t really know what she wanted! DJ was so patient in making sure she saw all of her options and pulling up past work to guide her in making her final decision.Once the color was picked, the deposit was left, and the date was picked, we nervously left our month old vehicle to be dismantled and and wrapped by DJ! He put our minds at ease and kept up updated with texts and pictures the entire time he had the truck.And then we got the pics of the final product!! OH MY GOD!! It was hard to believe that it was even the same truck! It literally looked like that was the original color! Nothing on it was Green anymore! When we came to pick it up, he made sure to show us that everything was back to perfect working condition and all components went back on perfectly.I highly recommend DJ at Illmatic Wraps for an incredible job and an awesome experience!

DJ and the team are like magicians with your car. I’m totally satisfied with their work. The quality of work here is only exceeded by the quality of service.

I called early in the week to set up a time to do a chrome delete and DJ told me to send him some pictures of what I wanted and then we settled for Saturday. He answered all of my questions and explained to me how it would be. I also got my car emblems Plasti dipped and they came out excellent. The chrome delete came out amazing as well in Carbon Fiber.

They did an awsome job on my car.....Removed old wrap that was 8 years old and recreated the same look. Seams were invisible and can looks tremendous. Il recommend them to anyone whos looking to wrap their car.

Took my Audi A5 here to get the grill wrapped and calipers painted. Cant recommend this place enough - the wrap was flawless - so smooth it looks like it was painted on, the calipers look better then the OEM ones and comes with free touch ups - cant beat that! Very well priced for the quality of work and it was all finished in reasonable amount of time.Very friendly guys to deal with as well.

I as many others am now becoming familiar with this whole wrapping your car thing, i didnt know what it consisted of or how it was done. I saw a few pictures on the web and had recently gotten to see a car wrapped in matte vinyl in person. i decided this was something i wanted to do so i called illmattetic wraps and mustve asked what seemed like 100 questions i set up an appointment to come and see all the different colors and finishes available. after debating between 3 colors i finally chose one, set up an appointment and could not be anymore satisfied with the finished product! my car looks amazing i get compliments everywhere i go. they did an awesome job. thanks for everything luis.
