Probably the best experience I have had getting a new phone. The rep Luis is truly fantastic at customer service. Explained everything to me in detail. Took the time to make sure every single thing on my old phone transferred over. Taught me to use new features on the upgraded version. While I was in store I witnessed three other customers walk in and request for him only to help them. Apparently people know Luis is the best! Thanks for making this annoying task to get a new phone completely painless

He is the most knowledgeable representative in the AT&T northeast retail division, both technically and services. He has NEVER SOLD me anything. He has, however, always pointed me to the product and service that fit my needs at the time. He is superior in his field of endeavor and, more importantly to me, has become a good friend. Amazing experience at this AT&T store! Went in to upgrade my iPhone 7 to an 11 Pro and David was so helpful! He took care of everything seamlessly and even gave me a free clear case for my new phone. The store also had glass partitions and social distancing signage up for safety and all the employees wore a mask. I felt very comfortable in the store and left very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with my experience at the Hackensack store on Saturday March-06 when I went to upgrade my Galaxy smartphone to a current model. I apologize I gave wrong rating of 1 in error. It should have been 5!

The proprietor Louis Haddad and his crew of customer service agents are the upmost professionals and are extremely knowledgeable when comes to all your cellphone and billing needs. They will work tirelessly to resolve any and all issues that you maybe experiencing. They will be honest and provide you with what you only need. Unlike the AT&T Corporate store that I went to in Boca Raton, Florida on March 12, 2021 where I was straight out lied to by the sales person with regards to the price and monthly plan for Apple Watch #6, Lou was able steer me in the right direction for the return and full refund....Thanks Lou👍😎

Went there to ask questions about the iPhone 12 Mini; I had upgraded and needed to understand the billing and potentially return the phone. The rep was dismissive and instructed me to go to the Apple Store. Really unhelpful. The other reps looked helpful but there was a younger one who was no help at all.

Lou and Kevin where really amazing. They gave me the best service possible and were very knowledgeable. Lou stayed 2 hours after the business closed to address an issue with transferring data. Great experience.

Without a doubt the best service Ive had at any store. I had an issue getting my phone through firstnet online. After a week of no results and multiple calls I decided to go in store to try to figure out what was happening. The employees here helped me out tremendously. Cancelled my online order, and got me my new phone with everything transfered. Will be going here for any issues I have with my phone for now on and avoid anything online. Unfortunately I do not know the names of who helped me, but with the time I spent there, each employee seems helpful and works to resolve any issues you may have

Was excited to pick up my new iphone 12 pro today together with my 2 kids after receiving your call that it’s ready for pick-up. The staff i approached was NICK(on duty at that time 6:45pm/Monday/Jan.4,2021). What a wrong choice of staff i made! He lacked good costumer service. He attended to me with pure lack of enthusiasm and was seemingly uninterested to speak well or give explanations or “friendly” advice when he learned that My name was actually not included in my wife’s account. I am under my wife’s wireless account. This NICK saw me calling my wife and working on my phone to be able to include my name on her account. When I told him, my name was just included so can you check it now? He checked and plainly says “i dont see your name,” and just sat there without saying any more words or any costumer service advice. No, nothing. Like a lackadaisical worker on his desk. He wont even look at me. What a snub staff. Made me feel like i’m some kind of “can’t afford” person who wanders into some fancy and luxury shop and don’t deserve god service, you know that feeling. He could have helped me add my name on my wife’s account if that was possible. Or could have suggested options. Or gave me encouraging words like, dont worry buddy your phone will just be here you can have it tomorrow, ok? The black guy who put our phone orders was very nice, like waaaayyyy beyond our expectation. Had Goood communication skills and was able to connect and establish rapport to us. But this Nick, what an unlucky costumer i had been to be attended by him at his most unprofessional moment of the day. Wonderin’ if he needs to undergo more comprehensive costumer service training or communication skills. The one with substance. Now i’m not even excited anymore to get that phone. The excitement died down.

Came in to upgrade my iPhone 7 to an iPhone 11. I barely waited at all and Lou immediately started helping me out. He treated me like a family member - was very professional, efficient, friendly and effective. His dedication to customer service & satisfaction was astounding and noteworthy - love the environment he has created with him and his staff, you can tell they all care about each other and it shows in how they work with and interact with one another - would absolutely recommend coming here

Lou and his associates have been the family ‘go to’ location for over 10 years for our multiple ATT wireless plans and devices.They know their business, and seem to have had the same 4-6 additional staff of knowledgeable people for a long time. That’s a good sign that there’s not a lot of turnover if I experienced or career switchers who will have a learning curve.My own experience thru 4 upgrades on a family plan is that we can stop in anytime if there’s a question or issue for fast knowledgeable help. That’s worth a lot to always know they are there if you need them.For the 1 star reviewers, your experience is what it is.When I go in and everyone’s already with a client, those clients have their undivided attention. I wouldn’t want to deal with someone trying to help 2 people at a time. Nobody likes to wait, everyone’s busy, but if everyone is already with a client, I already know that when they are done, I will get that undivided attention.If nobody gives me a nod of recognition, it’s okay, because experience has taught me that the best are always in high demand.Well, that was too long. But I found this by walking in a long time ago, and I haven’t wanted to go anywhere else since.

I would never shop at this store at all. I went in to take a look at an iPhone and its one thing to be helpful, yet another to be annoyingly close. I walked in and asked about iPhones as I wanted to move from Android. This guy followed me around step by friggin step, meanwhile others are hanging out and checking out phones freely. I left and purchased on Amazon. I dont like that and wouldnt ever return.

Terrible service.... and lies to make you sign up....then they ask you to deal with the problem they created.I have had cell phone account with AT&T for well over 10 years and I went to these people and talked to Lou to upgrade and add two more lines to my account. They misrepresented the plan so much that I am paying twice of what they said I will under a supposed plan. I had to call AT&T and they told me they are independent store and not a AT&T corporate store. According to AT&T what they offered me was not possible but they led me to believe so They can sign me up. I was surely conned by them and When I ask them to correct the problem they keep saying I need to talk to AT&T for a problem they created and I am stuck with the bill...
