I have been to many T-mobile locations and this one is by far the best T-mobile I have ever been to, and that is all because of Marcela Ortiz. I went into the store with a complicated issue regarding my trade in and promotion, and Marcela went above and beyond to assist me. She was honest, answered all my questions, and did everything she could to help me. In the end, it was due to her exceptional service that my issue was resolved, and my stress was lifted. Marcela was absolutely phenomenal, she was the most extraordinary t-mobile employee I have ever come across. She was attentive, respectful, patient, and overall just a great employee. She is the sweetest and honestly deserves a raise. I wish I can thank her again! It is because of HER and her help only, that I will remain a T-mobile customer. If anyone needs any help with any T-mobile issue I 100% recommend going to this location and visiting Marcela.

Great staff at this location. Andres was very helpful with my initial questions. This after he dealt with a very rude and disrespectful customer. Karina was very helpful with my daughters upgrade and was patient as the process took a little while. Would shop here again.

Amazing people at this location!! The manager was so helpful. I went to get a new phone and I am so happy with my new iPhone 12!! Great vibes. Nicolas was fantastic, fluent in English and Spanish, helped me back up all my stuff from the older iPhone to the new one in a blink of an eye. If I could give a 0 I would.The worse experience of my life at this location. I was seen by the manager Nico. Who made me opened up service with them and did not have the phone I wanted to purchase or basically anyphone available at this location. Made go to corporate location to purchase the phone. Corporate did.not want to see me the phone as well. Two corporate location. Bergen county and Garden state. Im coming from at&t never had an experience like this as to when I tried to transfer to tmobile. Bit of advice cheaper is not always better.

Customer service here is horrendous! Do Not come here. You will end up paying hundreds of dollars extra on your bill because of their lack of information, because of their mix up of promotions where they don’t even know what is going on themselves.We have been dealing with these people in this store (David) since January, they said that of we traded in the phone the bill would be paid in full by t-mobile and it would be easy to transfer some phones lines with no problem. Here we are in May phone bill not paid off yet, the other phone company took the liberty of paying themselves from the bank account. And still no solution for this mayhem, absolutely Ridiculous.Save yourself some stress and loss of the time, go to a more customer helpful store. These people will get you thrown to collections and get money taken from your bank account because of lack of responsibility of these people.
