I went to that store for a screen change to my iPhone 8 Plus cell phone, I paid more than $ 80 and the next day the screen began to flash on its right side, when I was able to return 15 days later, the man who had changed it to me He said that I had lost the warranty because more than 15 days had passed, I told him that I had put on a poor quality screen and he told me that my option was to pay him $ 35 for the screen and his work would be “free”, I left the store and when My husband came in and spoke with him, the guy agreed to change it at no additional cost, the point is that if I had not had a man by my side because I was a woman, he would not be responsible for the poor quality product they use or I would have had to pay for the new one screen, that is obviously a type of discrimination. additionally, on one edge of the cell phone it was stuck, I dont think the change was good for me.Second part:First, you never told me that I had only two weeks of warranty and I am not supposed to know that information, you are in the duty of informing the client of the warranty time of your service and products, second, the screen had nothing broken, it was the screen protector, tell things as they are, and third, if you had decided to replace the screen without having my husband come into the store to talk to you, I would believe you did it because you care about customers, but it was not like that.

They fixed my laptop, replaced some graphics processing chip and repasted. Runs better than ever. But the communication needs work. I had to call them each time for an update. Happy w the work tho. Mike is very nice.

I went in today to have my Pc checked out after it failed to turn on and I have came here before and they got my computer up and running when I lost all hope but this time my pc would not start due to me fiddling around trying to clean it and after looking on the internet and not having any luck I called this place up again and the guy in the front desk was very helpful and even took the extra step to see if it was just a minor issue which I appreciated but I am now just waiting patiently to see what is wrong with it I highly recommend this place than anywhere else for sure 👍🏼

Took my laptop their it’s a nightmare, they charge me $275 to piece together two wires on the mother board . This will be my third time running to them because it’s not charging which was and still is the problem in the first place but then they said it’s the mother board do that the can make money such scammer.

I took my computer there to see if it could be repaired as it had some damage to the charging port and other damage. They told me that they could fix it and all they had to do was order the parts for it. The computer came back almost brand new! It did take some time for the parts to come in, but to me that was not a big deal. They fixed all the damage to the computer! The charging port now is back to new! These guys did a fantastic job! It also was fairly priced, from what another company told me the price would be I was blown away by how good Intelligent computer repair beat it! I highly recommend Intelligent computer repair for all these needs. Going forward I will be sure to recommend them to anybody when it comes up! I rated this place 5 stars so that google would not hide it. This place is actually minus 5, The technician that worked on my notebook has absolutely no knowledge of computers. He should find work scrubbing toilets. I told him the version of windows I wanted him to put on my notebook and I wanted him to fix my recovery drive so that it would display properly.. He took 6 hours for a 2 hour job.When I got the notebook back the wrong version of windows was loaded and windows software and office software was in Spanish. I am American and I speak the language of the USA that is English. So I contacted him and he said to return tomorrow. So I returned in morning he took the notebook and he said to return in 5 and half hours... So returned and he was closed for lunch, I waited half hour and he returned and gave me my notebook back, He booted it and screen was in English, When I got home I booted my notebook and same problem but this time some screens still remained in Spanish and another in English, any user added would be reflected in Spanish. Plus the malware software was a free sample one and kept on asking for money. It was supposed be included with service.He never put the right version of windows software on, He gave me back the notebook still with incorrect windows version.I put my data restore disk in and all folders changed to shortcuts.after running my legal virus software (McAfee) the software alerted me that I had 2 Trojan viruses and a shortcut virus. When I brought the notebook in to be serviced, I am absolutely sure that the notebook had no viruses. These viruses came from his software that he put on my notebook. If you dont want messed up software and viruses on your computer, Then please stay far away from this place as possible. Otherwise if you go there computer will be damaged. lol

I was in the middle of a big assignment on a Saturday afternoon and my laptop died... a HUGE deal for me. I arrived at the store and as quickly as they could, they pulled the hard drive out and exported my files to my external hard drive. I am very happy with the work they did.

Total scam, avoid at all cost. This place is a total BS. My laptop had some blue screen issues after window updates. Since laptop was working perfectly fine before window update, I thought it was just a window or some software problems. After reading good reviews, I went Intelligent Computer Repair and told them I need data back up first. He said he will let me know at the same day afternoon. But he never called me back at same day. So I called next day morning, he said the hard drive was bad and he had to borrow some kind of expensive machine to save my data. (what the hack??) Even though I thought that is total BS, I asked kindly, so can you save my data? when can I know whether you can save my data or not? He said data recovery is extremely hard and takes a lot of time. so please give me another day or two I couldnt trust him anymore. How could it be hard drive problem? and how could it take two or three days to figure out whether he can save data or not? It was perfectly working 1 year old laptop. The problem came in after window updates. So logically, its window or software problem. I ran there immediately and picked up my laptop and went to the bestbuy geek squad dept. SURPRISE! SURPRISE! bestbuy guy just simply detached SSD hard drive and connected it to another desktop and all my data were still there. Whole process took 10 min!!! No issues on hard drive what so ever!!!! but bestbuy guy found battery line connection part chipped off. I never opened laptop before but Michael, intelligent computer repair did. so they broke my laptop instead of fixing. They are evil who utilizing peoples desperate situation. We all know how our accumulated data, photos and video of our life is important. right? People are not dumb as you Michael. I dont know you have willingness to do but Run your business honestly. I Will report my damage to BBB too.

I went to a few different stores to fix my gaming laptop, including best buy geek squad. They all said it couldnt be done, and that it would be better for me to just buy a new one.But my brother told me to check out intelligent computer repair in hackensack - now just 3 days and only $200 later my gaming laptop is back in action, as if it never was broken.5 stars, 2 thumbs up, all that good stuff. Renzo and Michael have both done terrific work on my 7 year-old HP laptop, which had a a busted sub woofer. I made a mistake of trying to diagnose the issue on my own, which forced me to come back a 2nd time. I do recommend ordering the laptop parts on your own if you can since they will be able to do the repair job in one day. I recommend them but let them do the diagnostics and save yourself some money not to come back multiple times.

The truth from my perspective of the repair shop is, The 2 gentlemen who work at the store are experienced computer workers.They welcome their customers in a decent way. However, welcoming a customer doesnt always end up satisfying the customers expectation.My laptop was repaired as told by the computer repairing employee.After a month and a few weeks, as I received my laptop, I found out the laptop looked completely new. Not that, that was disappointing.The disappointment was due to time and unnoticed information.I had given the store a month and 2 weeks of patience and understanding their given information during that time.This store is completely satisfying for those that bring regular repairing problems. I appreciate the new laptop, however if you as a customer knows whats wrong after their given free diagnosis check on your electronic device. Think and see ways for your clear and decent options.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE they charged me $185 and it keeps breaking. Turns out they gave me the wrong diagnostic and it was a hardware issue instead of a software issue. They dont know what they are doing and I highly suggest going somewhere else.

Worst electronic store ever. I bought a charger for my note 8. It did not work working 20 minutes of returning the charger. I was not able to return it and get my money back. This is one of those shops that scams you. Saying they are crooks is an understatement.Left my laptop to repair a cracked case around the monitor. The guys tried to convince me I need a whole new monitor but I said I just want the case.So after ordering parts from China, I had to wait weeks to be able to pick it up. When I show up, the try to convince me they changed the whole monitor of my laptop, even after I closed it and found that the damage was still there!!After denying that they lied and proceeding to insult me, I decided to pack my things and leave.
