Bring Morgan backThis store has really gone done in customer quality since Morgan left. She really cared about the company and her customers. You guys really missed the mark on such an incredible employee! She used to keep my little one occupied and calm in a two hour transaction. She was patient and kind and did her best to make everyone feel welcomed and taken care of. I once saw her take care of 7 people in one shot multitasking and Yet she had nothing but a smile on her face. She would stay late for me when I needed help or a little more time explaining things. She taught this old dog some new tricks.Her managers treated her like garbage I’m not surprised she left and how the store has changed shows exactly why. Terrible.

Morgan is a superstar! She took took the time to find us the best deals and helped me upgrade from a terrible phone someone else at this location sold me a year ago. She is professional, knowledgeable but most of all really cares about her clients. She even stayed way past closing to help set up my new phone. You are very lucky to have an employee who provides excellent customer service.

I went to 3 different Verizon stores before I ended up at the Hackensack location...Although every store offers the same services...I had a Great Customer Service Experience there!Marcel went above & beyond...The store was busy, but somehow he found a way to make me & the other customers feel like the only ones in the store...I highly recommended this location for any & all transactions, questions, etc...
DONT DISCOURAGE YOUR EMPLOYEES THEY WORK HARD I recently went to this location to pay a bill (which he charged me twice for) and saw a associate that i was familiar with from another store who was just getting off her lunch break, I wanted to work with her immediately and I started talking to her. At this point he had pitched to me a tablet and a watch, and although I was intrigued to purchase the rep that I started talking to had already previously offered me these things, At the time I denied them because I was in the process of switching accounts over but I have worked with her off and on the past two years and the manager could tell that her and I had a previous client/work relationship. As i was talking to her and paying the bill the manager says to the associate to clock out just as she was telling me about different offers again (she had spoken to me about some of them before a few months ago). She suggested a better style tablet than he did, and he just seemed like he wanted her to leave as quickly as possible. He kept interrupting our conversation and our catching up and insisted we both move away from him to finish our conversation so he could begin ringing out the sale. I could tell he wanted her to leave so he could have the sale and I could see on her face that she was clearly upset and felt forced to clock out and not say anything so she didnt disrupt the peace in the store.. now Im in an uncomfortable position where I wanted to turn around and say hey dude give her the sale Im her client shes been working with me for a long time but I wasnt sure what my role in that situation was or if that would help, I didnt want to make things difficult for her. So anyways the supervisor / manager takes the sale from her and finishes up the transaction with me,the process got dragged on a little bit because either him or the system made even more mistakes, only discounting things to try and make the situation better. Ive worked in retail and worked commision before and know how that hurts not getting a sale. Especially when I was HER customer, for over 2 years. If a manager or supervisor working a shop sees a associate talking to a customer and they have met before, and sees they have a good relationship its common knowledge, courtesy and just simple respect to let the associate keep going, its not going to hurt you. especially when youre a manager who is supposed to be guiding and teaching your employees integrity, NOT THEFT. So basically all the work and information she has given me over the years went to him... Seems sketchy and just kind of disrespectful is all and i wont be working with that particular supervisor again.
I dealt with Morgan. She helped me get a new Iphone. Her patience and multi tasking ability was second to none. I plan to use the Hackensack location exclusively.Thank you Morgan!!!

Marcel Alcala has to be the most professional, knowledgeable and charismatic sales manager I have ever met. He used to manage North Bergen and when I found out he was transferred to manage the store in Hackensack i had to follow him there. My new phone is great and he helped me set everything up. With so many people asking for him he took care of all of us with complete attention.This young man is headed for success and it is a pleasure to able to have a friend like Marcel. I recently went here for a new upgrade to the 6 edge. The staff was awsome, everybody there helped me at some point. Joel, Luis, and specially Marcela were lots of help. thanks for everything guys
Two days after getting a phone here my personal info & pin was used by a thief in the hood to order five new phones, luckily corporate reversed the payments and I got all my money back but this store sells your information to steal products. Dont go here theyre a bunch of hoodlum scam artists. Go to an actual Verizon store like in secaucus where youll find an official Verizon store. After my experience here I will never trust another authorized dealer again.
Marcel was by far the best vendor I have ever dealt with. From now on myself and family also my employees will be going to him for there Verizon needs.

Exceptional service!!! Derek Ciaschi is knowledgable, patient and helpful. He goes above and beyond in making sure that you are completely comfortable and ultimately satisfied with your purchase. He makes you feel like youre shopping with a friend and not just another sale. Not only did he take the time to compare phones with me but he also gave me a quick walk thru on my new phone. I left the store knowing I made the right choice. His amazing customer service even extends after the sale is complete. Anytime Ive had a question or dilemma, he has the patience to answer me and offer a solution.
