THEY ARE CLUELESS & USELESS & CAUSED ME TO LOOSE $1900 IN COURT. I HAVE CRICKET WIRELESS AND WENT TO THIS STORE BECAUSE OF A CONTINUOUS PROBLEM I HAD WITH MY DEVICE, ANY SINGLE EMAIL I SENT FROM MY PHONE, WOULD NOT SYNC WITH MY REGULAR EMAIL ACCOUNT THAT I CONNECT FROM MY LAPTOP, OR A COMPUTER, OR ANOTHER PERSONS PHONE OR COMPUTER, THIS CRICKET DEVICE WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SEE ANY EMAIL I SENT FROM IT, ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT ON MY PHONE. ON 9/19/17 @ 2:00 P.M. I WENT TO THE STORE AT 291 MAIN ST., HACKENSACK AND TOLD THEM I NEEDED TO FIND THE SENT EMAILS ON MY PHONE FROM PREVIOUS DATES AS NOT ONLY WILL IT NOT DOWNLOAD OLDER SENT EMAILS, BUT I COULDNT SEE THEM ON MY LAPTOP OR ANYWHERE ELSE. AS SOON AS THEY SAID IT IS AN OPTIMUM PROBLEM I TOLD THEM I ALREADY CONTACTED OPTIMUM AND SINCE MY EMAIL ACCOUNT IS WORKING FINE ON ANY OTHER DEVICE AND CAN BE PULLED UP PERFECTLY, IT IS A CRICKET WIRELESS PROBLEM AS MY EMAILS WERE GOING TO SOME NETWORK OR SERVER THAT CRICKET IS RESPONSIBLE FOR. I WAS IN THE STORE ALMOST 3 HOURS JUST TO LEAVE IN WORSE SHAPE THAN WHEN I WALKED IN. SHE HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WE EVEN PULLED UP MY EMAIL ACCOUNT FROM HER DESK COMPUTER SO I CAN SHOW HER THAT ANY EMAIL I HAVE RECEIVED OR SENT FROM MY LAPTOP OR ANY OTHER COMPUTER SHOWS UP PERFECTLY AND SHE COMPARED WHAT WAS ON HER SCREEN TO MY PHONE AND IT SHOWED HER THAT NOTHING IN MY PHONES SENT BOX MATCHED UP AT ALL WITH THE SENT EMAILS IN MY OPTIMUM ACCOUNT. ALL OF MY INBOX EMAILS ARE THE SAME, BUT ANYTHING SENT FROM MY PHONE, WILL NOT HIT MY OPTIMUM ACCOUNT AT ALL, AS IF THEY WERE NEVER SENT. IF SOMEBODY RESPONDS TO AN EMAIL SENT FROM MY PHONE, THE THREAD WILL NOT SHOW UP IN MY OPTIMUM ACCOUNT SINCE IT ORIGINATED FROM AN EMAIL SENT FROM MY PHONE!!! AFTER 2.5 HOURS THE WOMAN SPOKE TO A MAN ON THE PHONE, IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE ABOUT THE SITUATION AT HAND AND HE TOLD HER TO HAVE ME DELETE MY EMAIL ACCOUNT FROM THE EMAIL APPLICATION ON MY CRICKET DEVICE WHICH IS A GALAXY AMP PRIME, AND REINSTALL IT. WHEN THIS WAS DONE I ALMOST FAINTED RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. NOW ALL OF MY SENT EMAILS WERE WIPED OUT!!!! ALL OF THEM...NOT JUST THE 4 MONTHS I WAS MISSING, ALL OF THEM. THERE ARE LEGAL DOCUMENTS IN THOSE EMAILS, MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS MY SS#, MY DRIVERS LICENSE #, ETC., ASSUMING CRICKET WAS PROVIDING A SECURE AND SAFE SERVICE. THE WOMAN WOULD NOT TALK ANY FURTHER, I WAS TELLING HER TO GET SOMEBODY THERE TO FIND OUT WHY MY EMAILS DISAPPEARED AFTER FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS SHE GAVE ME, AND SHE WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME THE STORE #. I NEED THESE EMAILS FOR COURT AND SHE JUST SAT THERE NOT SAYING A WORD AND I DID WHAT SHE TOLD ME TO DO. IF THIS WAS AN OPTIMUM PROBLEM, MY EMAILS WOULD BE IN THEIR SERVER AND I TOLD HER THIS. OPTIMUM DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A RECORD OF ME EVER SENDING AN EMAIL FROM MY PHONE AND THERE ARE OVER 1,000 THAT WERE SENT!!!! HOW IS THIS NOT A CRICKET PROBLEM??? I STILL NEED ALL OF MY EMAILS AND NOBODY IS WILLING TO HELP ME AT ALL. THEY KEPT SAYING IT IS AN OPTIMUM PROBLEM EVEN THOUGH SHE CLEARLY SAW THAT WHATEVER WAS SENT FROM MY PHONE WAS NOT SHOWING UP IN MY SENT FOLDER ON HER COMPUTER OR FROM MY LAPTOP, OR FROM ANY OTHER DEVICE. MY PHONE IS THE PROBLEM AND CRICKET NEEDS TO FIND ALL OF MY SENT EMAILS AND FIND THEM FAST. I TOLD THIS WOMAN WHO WAS EITHER THE MANAGER OR THE OWNER OF THE FRANCHISE STORE THAT MY IDENTITY WAS AT RISK AS ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IS OUT THERE FOR ANYBODY TO SEE. I AM STILL SICK IN MY STOMACH OVER THIS AND HAVE ANOTHER COURT DATE AND NEED TO FIND THESE THOUSANDS OF EMAILS THAT WERE SENT FROM MY PHONE. IT IS A LEGAL MATTER AND I ALREADY LOST $1900 DUE TO NOT PRESENTING EMAILS FROM MY PHONE THAT WERE NEEDED. I TOLD CRICKET THIS AND THEY COULD CARE LESS.

This specific store.It was great experience from beginning to end.Manager explained all the plans and even helped me pick out a great phone. She had a lot patience and great product knowledge. I switched over from At&t to Cricket Wirelees which is owned by At&t, coverage is the same just the plans are better because u get more for your money of data than buying it at At&t. I went to Verizon to check out their plans, they are the most exspensive seriously. Steve will take care of you good if you tell him what kind of plan fits your budget needs. Great customer service.
