Very honest and friendly! This past time I need to have my mother in laws car checked out. We told then the breaks may need to be replaced. They test drove it and checked everything else we asked. They said ALL looks good and nothing needs to be done! My wife asked for a second test drive, being nervous, they did and again they said all is good.

I felt and unusual vibration and it was causing uneven wear on the rear tires.Roy diagnosed the issue and performed a 4 wheel alignment that fixed the problems! He did it quickly, quicker than I expected, it was done the same day.Thanks Roy, Ill be back for the other services that I discovered are also done at Dimension.
