We recently moved to the area and being lucky enough to have a close relative who has his own shop near where we used to live, I was very nervous to find a new mechanic. This shop is fair, honest and professional! I have been here numerous times with two different cars since moving here. I needed emergency service in one case. A little pricey for an oil change.

I have to say... this is one of the best services I’ve had for an oil change. Both Sasha and Pete are really professional. Since Pete was the one taking care of my car, he was straight to the point, reasonable and described what I needed done in layman’s terms. As a person who doesn’t specialize in cars, I genuinely appreciate that. The waiting area is clean with free coffee and chocolate milk. They also offer variety of sweets which shows their level of care and service to their clients. I live in the Hackettstown area so Sasha offered to drop me off and pick me up. What a wonderful group of people. Highly recommended.

Called needing help, check engine light on and oil pressure tanking. We had just started to head home to Ohio and I knew we would never make the 10 hour car ride. They got me in and done within 3 hours!

I discovered Motor city garage when I received a weekly shopper and I gave them a chance with an oil and brake change. Two years later, I still take both my cars to them . They are honest, clean, considerate, inexpensive And always service with a smile. If you dont need the work they will tell you and not just do because you think that sound means your car is falling apart. When in fact all you need to do is secure the items in your trunk. They are now our families mechanic of choice.

ABSOLUTELY BEST MECHANIC Ive EVER been too. The mechanics are so knowledgeable, friendly & FAIR! So many times you walk into a mechanic as a female & they just take advantage of you if you arent knowledgeable about vehicles. This Never happens here. All your questions are answered clearly in a respectful manner. You arent pushed into getting unnecessary work. They truly care about their work and their customers. Sasha, the owner/head mechanic, is not only a great mechanic (certified in special areas), a great business owner but a great person as well. He takes pride in his work & I trust him completely. When my old car was ready to go I even chose to buy off his lot bc I knew he would be 100% up front about the best vehicle for my needs & style.
