ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!While the individual that serviced my vehicle was professional and courteous the attendant at the checkout counter seemed to let his personal biases hinder his performance. He was rude and intentionally slow & sarcastic. They also have a dog on the premises that they allow to roam free while customers are awaiting service with no consideration to whether clientele or small children are uncomfortable or suffer with allergies etc.

Always a pleasure to get my car serviced. The service department is friendly, helpful and honest!
