Came into the Bridgewater At&t location for assistance. My step daughter and I were greeted by Vanessa Daniel. My step daughter couldnt do things on iPhone that she was supposed to be able to do. Vanessa was patient, kind, friendly, personable, everything youd want in a retail sales consultant. She helped resolve the concern with the iPhone with ease. She is very knowledgeable and an amazing representative. This At&t location is very fortunate to have her. All other consultants should strive to be like her.

The customer service is great. My family and I had to do an upgrade on our phones and there are 6 of us and with the guidance of Dorothia Burnam and her knowledge of the products they have she help us immensely. It took a bit of time but she stuck with us threw the entire ordeal. When it comes to our next visit TK the store I hope she is still there to assist us

My wife and I had been looking at getting new phones. We had went to a few AT&T stores before we ended up at the one at Bridgewater Falls. Michael was amazing! He helped my family of four upgrade super outdated phones, switch our plan, and trade in one device. I wanted to take a moment and let you know what great service I got yesterday evening from Vanessa(sales consultant) & Allison(store manager). My phone was damaged beyond repair and these ladies were amazing. I was greeted when I entered(normally with a smile but masks are now covering beautiful faces) needless to say the ladies were very pleasant and on top of things. We were able to get me a phone and handle everything within a half hour. I was their last customer of the day and they were still apt to help with ease and some laughter as well. It was a very pleasant experience despite the horrible day I had had with a damaged phone. We have been battling ATT since May for gift cards that were supposed to come with a promotion. After getting nowhere with customer service and the escalation teams, I went into this store and dealt with an associate and the manager Alison. They were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with and I would recommend sending anyone into this store. If not for this store, I would have left ATT already.

They helped me for 2 days trying to get my number transferred back over from a different company.I was a win back customer.I had left AT&T when I somehow got signed out of the service and no one could get me signed back in.I need my phone, so, I went with another service and had to be with them a certain time before I could switch back.The attendants were polite and patient.I was starting to get a little annoyed by how long it was taking and couldnt get it figured out.They kept talking to me and kept me calm. Gave me the number to the win back branch.. and eventually, I was able to get everything settled.

Dorothia is the only reason I continue to come to this store. She is the best at what she does ans I love her to death!! If you are looking for someone that actually cares come see her!!!

Despite this pandemic going on right now, the employees and manager I worked with was awesome and I’m very happy with my experience in the store. I feel like they genuinely cared to help me and was not helping me just because I was a customer. I loved their attitudes and the atmosphere of the store. I will 100% be returning next time I need something done.

Terrible service, they messed up my trade-in. Told me to come back in 2 weeks, I did and said nothing has been done come back in 2 weeks. I didn’t still nothing and now the rep that supposedly worked on my issue is no longer there. Now they said it is passed 30 days after the phone purchased I can’t return. What a scam!!

Dorothia was outstanding and resolved a very difficult issue. I hoped I spelled her name right because she did right by my wife and I. Really impressed with the customer service. Was there from out of town and stopped by for some assistance upgrading my phone! The entire staff was friendly. We bought our phones together here, at the same time. (my wife and I)...Hers has been nothing but problems, mine has been fine. after months and months of complaining about it, and getting service on the phone at multiple places, were now told the phone is “out of warranty”. Noone in this store is a competent customer service rep, they are simply just there to sell you a phone. If youre not buying you are kicked out of the store with no help provided. ABSOLUTE JOKE ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BUSINESS. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO BEST BUY

Horrible customer service experience! I will never go to that store again. Dude disappeared into the back room to look for a phone in stock and kept me waiting a long time. He never came back out so I left! So horrible. I guess Ill order my phones online from now on. So rude and disrespectful. Im disgusted.

Tis the season for extra long lines and add covid to the mix and its worse. Anytime you go to a store right now make sure that you are willing to wait. I made an appointment and got in after they finished up with the person they were helping (there was only 2 workers in the store which I found out was due to covid). My service was so good and I actually didnt even realize how long I was in there because she was funny and informative even tho I know that she was ready for a break. I always go to this store, just make an appointment online first and know ahead of time that it wont be a quick in and out!

I was having trouble setting up 3 new lines on my account over the weekend and this store saved my sanity! Not only did Brandon and Heather diagnose my problem and stay past store closing to try and fix it, but when I came back the next day after I insisted we all go home, Vanessa tirelessly worked with corporate to fix the problem I made and get me taken care of. Every associate I came into contact with was smiling, kind, knowledgeable, and caring despite all of the circumstances going on with social distancing. I will only return to this store when I need additional help or need to make more purchases in the future. The manager here has an outstanding staff that are obviously happy to work for her.
