Blake was the best we had a difficult issue with our old phones. Blake helped us out to be able to get new phones and helped me get everything transferred to the new phones. The other co worker was very nice and was very helpful also. We was in the Verizon store on the west side of Hamilton and these guys needs to be employee of the month and get a bonus. They worked there buts off to help us. Thank you so much !!!😁

The service and staff here are excellent. They have been super helpful with emergency phone replacement and emergency fixes. Alexis is fantastic!!!

Came in on a Saturday afternoon to get new phones and join a Verizon plan. To get certain discounts we had to buy the phones online, so we left to go and purchase everything online. Having difficulties with setting things up online, we headed back to the store. There were 3 associates there, Bruce, Blake, and Alexis. They were nothing short of amazing and helpful. Not only did they stay past closing to accommodate us on a Saturday night, they were extremely personable and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about everything. I will not hesitate to return to this store to work with any of the 3 employees mentioned, even though there is a store within walking distance of where I live.

I had visited the Liberty Verizon store and was treated rudely by female associate who informed me she wasnt allowed to assist in a download. I contemplated switching carriers after being a Verizon customer for over 30 years. My sister had just purchased a new phone from Blake at this Hamilton location and was very impressed with how helpful and informative he was. I drove out of my area to this store and am so happy I did. Blake turned a very unpleasant Verizon experience into a positive and pleasant one. I will recommend this individually owned store to anyone looking for a new phone or help of any cell phone nature! He is an asset to the company.

I was told by a authorized retailer in Hamilton to come here and they would be able to do what I needed done. When I got here I was met with hostility and rude aggression. Three people in the store here after asking for their help to take someone off my line and have them on their own account. The explanation they gave the first time I didnt understand partially because the tone and loud volume he used when pointing at me and loudly saying Get the hell out of my store! Ive never had any one in Verizon speak to me or us this way. I called the number they gave me and made a formal complaint. Be aware if you come here they have a cultured aggression while being verbally threatening. Im so bothered and disappointed with this horrible experience. If I could rate this as a negative I would say fire all these mean people and give it -5.

This is by far one of the best Verizon stores Ive ever gone too. I went in the other day to get a case for my girlfriends cell phone and Tanner greeted me at the door and helped me make the best decision possible. Needless to say, my girlfriend loves her case and were very happy customers!

You know, I decided to redo my review, this Hamilton store is not worth my time, I stopped by the Verizon Store in Lawrenceburg this morning and got some real fine professional people.So let me just say this Hamilton store likes to brag they are family owned and it shows, they are cocky, unprofessional, the prices they quote are not accurate, they are very haughty enjoying making fun of customers and belittling people.I wont set foot in there again

Great customer service until after they have your money. I had over 900 photos on my phone but only approximately 100 were transferred over to the new phone they sold me. The sales person transferred them. the next day I discovered I was missing most of my photos and contacted the store. I was told if I brought the phone back into the store she would help me find them, so I went to the store and found out that they were not on my phone as I had suspected. I did not even get an apology for the lost photos. I was told it was my fault for not checking to make sure she had transferred all of my photos before she cleared my old phone and that the photos would still be on the icloud, which they are not! I tried to recover them on the icloud but had issues and after waiting through a recovery period have just discovered that they are not on the icloud. Hence I have lost over 800 photos due to the sales persons error. Additionally my husband and I set up our account for direct pay from our checking account and provided the information to our account for this but it was never set up. I will never use this store again and highly recommend that others do not as well.

Overall mixed review. Let me say the staff was very friendly and helpful, but suggestive selling was dishonest and intentionally designed to be deceptive. You are told very nicely to try this and you can bring back if you dont like it anything they offer even if you dont want or are not looking is promoted like that, then when you try to take it back or exchange it they hit you with restock and an attitude and tell you its in the print on the receipt... Thats not good. Then this location being a 3rd party and not a actual Real Verizon store offer promotions that are a little different at times. Billing has not been correct in 3 bills so far. While when you call Verizon and/or visit an actual Corporate Verizon location they are very helpful and get the issue resolved, exceeding expectations. I would Avoid this location and their other franchised ones at all costs. A real Verizon store will give you a much better deal every time with less hassle in the end. Dont let the initial friendliness fool you and dont sit in them stinking couches in the lobby.

I had a note 7 that I bought online, but bought the case and glass screen from them. When the note was recalled, I was told by Verizon that the store that I bought it from had to take the accessories back because the phone was recalled. This store tells me that they cant take the case back because it was over 14 days, and that I had to get a replacement glass screen from Otterbox because they had to order it since they didnt have any in Stock. The only reason I was returning any of it is because the phone was recalled. So now Im out 60 bucks. I will never set foot back in this store again.
