To “Monica E”,Your husband came in the store EXTREMELY rude and started yelling at employees. Then when he was informed that his screen protecter WAS correct (because it was) he threatened the manager and said he “hoped he saw him outside one day”. I have had the worst time trying to process an upgrade on my device through Verizon. After talking to customer service every single day for two weeks and desperately trying to get the problem solved I was told by customer service to go to the nearest location by my home to finally purchase a device. I made an appointment and went to the store ready to get my phone. When I walked in I was rudely greeted by the solutions manager Payton. I told her I would like to upgrade my phone and told her what device I wanted. First she responded with “do you have the app? You should just order through that.” To which I told her no thanks because I had just had the worst experience with the app. Next she questioned my choice in phone because there is a new one coming out soon and she didn’t think I should get the one I wanted. Which honestly irritated me because I knew what I wanted and I had gone into the store to buy my phone for a reason and she was so quick to try to turn me away. She then proceeded to aim all conversation at my husband even when the sale was for my phone line and we are on the account together. I was trying to explain the issues I had been having with trying to upgrade my device and she was incredibly dismissive. When she got into my account and started the upgrade she again questioned my phone choice but went ahead with getting the phone however after taking two steps she turned around and told me the system was showing an error and I couldn’t upgrade. I obviously was upset because I was looking forward to getting a phone and had been working with customer service to get everything fixed so an error code was surprising. I asked for Payton’s help is contacting customer service to figure out the problem and she refused to help me, ended the sale, and had nothing else to say to my husband or I. After this experience we were incredibly frustrated with our Verizon experience and I was left trying to figure out a problem with my account with no knowledge about the issue which resulted in another two weeks of back and forth with customer service. We were very seriously considering leaving Verizon but, I have finally gotten a phone and for now we will stay but overall an absolutely horrible experience.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! I’ve been a customer for 9 years and I’ve never been more disgusted. Our sales rep “Christopher” lied to us about how much our bill would be and how we were eligible for promotions which after hours of phone calls we found out we were never eligible for. This seems to be the norm for Verizon now.

Even in this time of wild uncertainty do to so many various reasons, the in store service at this version was exceptional. Even though we were told they were only excepting scheduled appointments, we decided to try going in since we were already across the street and were leaving out of town next morning. We were immediately welcomed in with open arms and great attitude. The string on my mask had broke and with out a blink I was offered one from a box, to meet the in store policy. They were super busy and I saw no one turned away, even a few that came in really stressed and high strung. MOST IMPORTANT PART OF REVIEW HERE! The Rep, i believe named Jessie, that helped my brother and I was awesome. Brother upgraded phone and I took his old one to start a new account. Not only did everything go smoothly, he didnt try to over sell what ether my brother and I expressed we could afford. He couldnt have made what we were there for go any smoother. Most important in this time, we really enjoyed the time and laughs with him while also getting work done. Id recommend this version and definitely will always look to see if Jessie is there to help.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the most unhelpful store and when my husband commented that they put the wrong size screen protector on his phone, the manager told him to leave the store after he asked them nicely to fix it. Weve also had a ton of trouble with new phones that their employees set up incorrectly. I know they have the best coverage area, but its almost not worth the hassle of dealing with Verizons so called customer service.

I went in just wanting a phone wallet and after 5+ minutes of standing there waiting I got no one to help. It was frantically disorganized seeming to be every-man-for-himself. Ill never go back and wouldnt suggest it to anyone.

Never been treated more rudely, after an hour conversation and being insulted we left, luckily whoever is the district manager for business accounts over heard them on the phone. He googled our business, called the store and asked our employee to give us his number. Thanks to him we did switch from Sprint but no thanks to this location or its employees.

Just all around poor service from Verison from the website, to calling them and even worse going to the store where you will need to clear your schedule if more than one person is in the store at a time. And seems that unless your buying something your just in the way and not important. And yes thats just my own opinion. Oh and good luck calling a retail store if you have a specific question for a location because you cant. I am a long time customer and anytime i need help from Verizon customer service in any form it always seems to end in frustration. I get that we are in a pandemic but it sure doesnt stop verizon from taking my money every month... and part of that cost should be for good customer service that i can depend on when i have a problem with my phone or account.

The visit was relatively fast and Truth was very helpful with getting our new phones. He did not try to over sell us but also understood our needs. He was an excellent salesman. We got so caught up in conversation that the wrong SD Card was put in my phone. Guess we will be returning tomorrow. Regardless, friendly and superb service for product.

My sister who is vision impaired and I visited this store today. She needed to purchase a new phone. Jerry was more than accommodating, patient while she picked out a phone, he transferred all her pictures, contacts and music to her new phone, increased the font, all of which were VERY important to her, and answered all her questions. She left very satisfied and happy. THANK YOU JERRY!!!

Great experience, went in because my iPhone having issues. Gentleman addressed me as soon as I walked through the door and added me on a waiting list. I looked at all the new phones while I waited for a short period before he approached me and led me to a table where I discussed my problem. He looked at my phone and looked up the status of the warranty and set forth the process of replacement via the extended warranty . 👍

If you are looking for a Verizon store that cares about the customer, you might want to avoid this location. I was shocked when the guy “helping” me rudely kept repeating “I don’t care what kind of phone you get, I don’t get anything for selling this phone to you, I’ll go get you a flip phone for all I care. I don’t care about Verizon.” The manager actually excused her employees behavior and instead of helping me herself, called another employee to help me. I will never return to this location for help and I suggest if you want good customer service then try another location.

1 manager, 3 associates, 1 hour and 40 minutes later... I was finally able to help my friend get a phone. It should not be this hard... we had a phone and plan in mind walking in, should have been a quick and easy sale, but their system never worked and none of them seemed to know what they were doing...Try tricounty instead of this location.

I was convinced by this location that going into the store for service is a waste of time. Within 3 weeks of my upgrade my phone was inoperable due to water exposure. It was definitely on its last leg but then the straw landed! I entered the store and gave full disclosure of the events that led to my phone crisis and my intention to remain with Verizon and upgrade/renew my contract.I was helped by a young woman who after checking the system said that no upgrade could be considered until the exact date in the system and there were no other options available to me. She stated that I needed to contact customer service to try to negotiate an alternate plan. When I asked if she could facilitate the customer service contact she flatly said No. I asked to speak with the manager and was given the same response. He also stated, You can try to call customer service but they are just going to tell you that you have to turn it in to insurance since you have the protection plan. After asking to use their phone to contact customer service I was provided with phone access.Customer service was VERY HELPFUL and they went the extra mile. I explained my situation and they stated that they were glad I wanted to remain a customer and since I was so close to the upgrade date they would allow to move forward with upgrading. They also encouraged me to ask the store for a loaner phone while waiting on the new phone. I was told by the sales manager that they were all out of loaner phonesDuring the conversation, the customer service rep asked for the model # on the phone that I would like to upgrade to. I walked over to a group of sales reps to get their assistance. They did not immediately notice me because they were engrossed in a conversation complaining about a recent customer interaction.This store needs to improve their customer service skills. When I asked if they could facilitate the customer service call they could have began the call for me and started the process. Although there may be corporate constraints on approving upgrades it takes only a moment to facilitate the customer connecting to the correct party to solve their concerns. The sales reps also need to be told that it is inappropriate to lean on the front desk during off-peak times and speak poorly about customers. Customers can be challenging but the complaining should be reserved for the stock room. An increase in loaner phone supply is also recommended. I am busy professional mother with lots of hobbies and every little bit of good customer service helps to improve my life. I do not recommend this location simply because there are so many other options around or you could take care of your issue in the comfort of your own home/office by calling customer service.

I have been a long-time customer with Verizon Wireless and I wanted to shed some light on a recent experience that I had at this particular retail location.To make a long story short, my wife and I traded in our old phones and upgraded them with the latest and greatest models. In addition, we also purchased all new accessories (cases, screen protectors, chargers, etc.). Upon returning home, my wife reviewed the receipt and noticed that insurance had been added to the two new phones. When we were at the Verizon store, insurance was never discussed between myself and the sales rep and even if it had been, I would have declined the coverage.The insurance was deceptively added to my account and would have gone unnoticed had my wife not reviewed the receipt. Hopefully this will bring awareness to the situation and management will take corrective action. Money is not the concern here, rather, it is the principle of the matter. I am more upset that I have lost confidence in a company that I had trusted and supported for many years.In the meantime, my advice to fellow patrons is to review your receipt before leaving the store and make sure you are not paying for a service that you did not sign up for. Beware of deceptive sales tactics.

Poor response. Placed a promotional order on-line for in-store pick-up here. Store canceled the order at some point (no email) suggesting it wasnt in the 72 hour pick-up window that was given in an email (no email). My on-line order shows I had a 7 day window to pick-up my items. Ill also add, the order was placed on Thanksgiving, the store was closed. The store offered no assistance, suggesting it was outside the promo and Id have to pay the full price. Well... no I dont, check Best-Buy. Recommendations, have your on-line orders shipped to you, pick-up at a different store or shop else where.

Manager was very rude my 5 month old phone has stopped charging along with 2 others on the line they told me they would send a new one in the mail like they did the other ones when they say new they mean refurbished which is no big deal if it came with the same one year factory warranty but no that means if the phone breaks again in 7 months I would have to pay my $100 phone insurance deductible. Why keep sending these junk phones to me and refurbishing mine and sending them out again when they are just going to keep messing up I just don’t get it! This situation was not a huge deal until the manager got nasty with me. He just kept saying Verizon stands behind there product that’s why we are sending you a new one well technically in the end we now have bought 3 Refurbished phones for the price of new ones and who knows when they will break again and we have to pay the insurance on them to get 3 more Refurbished phones. We all are very gentle on our phone and they were all just manufacture defects that they can do nothing about

Why do they even have store locations.. they rely on customer service to get things fixed...you will not get your discounts that are on your account when you purchase from the stores... customer service told us to return screen protectors to the store and they would return them to the warehouse.... store refused to accept them and when finally were going to they wanted to only refund partial cost stating the protectors were now discounted and that was all they could reimburse me......so let me see I pay full cost.... then have a hastle at the store and waste an hour of my time then you want to only give me partial refund even though customer service clearly noted FULL REFUND.Ill never go to the stores again...

Went in to get my fiance a phone and add a line to an existing account. They offered the Bogo deal. They claimed to back up my phone then did a factory reset on my old phone. We walked out with two new phone in a bag that had never been pulled out of the box or powered on. And also I lost a lifetime worth of photos. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Asked to speak to a manager and we were not allowed to do so per the employee we were speaking to.

Sucked I went to Bridgewater in West Chester Ohio to get a pre paid phone paid seven hundred dollars. Problem was customer service sucked they was in my face all the time didnt know products, pricing or plans or prepaid items. After I purchased new phone they shut off my old phone and never activated the new one stuck with no phone and was on my way to work so I couldnt go back for them to fix their screwups.

Walk in by myself. Girlfriend went next door. She came in ten minutes later. Looked around at different phones (to purchase) for almost an hour before I was approached by anybody that worked there. They were sum what steady with business but the girl thats suppose to greet and get you on a service list was to busy talking and playing with her phone. I myself work retail so I know how things are suppose to work. At my job, Id have my job in jeopardy for something like this. Finally when I talked to a salesman I told him what I wanted. Because of some account issues I could not get the phone that night. Oh well, maybe when I am ready for my phone Ill go back, only because its down the street.
