Cricket has given myself and my family nothing but good service, excellent help in understanding what we are doing with our phones. They have a very good selection of products and really well priced plans. I will stay with Cricket as long as I live.

Sabah gave the best customer service I could have asked for. There was no pressure to spend more money than we were comfortable with. She is very kind and patient. She also suggested a savings program to help with billing expenses!

Was told not allowed inside without a mak even though there is a doctor exemption. Was told to keep going outside to rely messages to my friend who has the mask exemption. Very unprofessional when it is not my job to do so. By the short girl with no upper teeth who was very very rude to us. I dropped my phone doing so and cracked my whole screen.

Just switched from boost mobile to cricket the 2 young ladies roxann and veronica were great in helping me choose new phones for myself and my wife. they explained everything and even helped switch all of my contacts and pictures for us.

Theyre very snody with customers. Reason I am saying this because I was one of the customers. They act like they dont want to help you. If I can get my husband to go with another carrier Im leaving cricket.

Roxanne M is the girl who rang me up. She is a useless waste of space. She has no idea what she is doing and she will steal your personal banking pin. Dont go here.

Stay away! GO TO ONE OF THE MANY OTHER CRICKET WIRELESS STORES IN THE AREA. The lazy and highly unprofessional staff will try to FORCE you into buying a more expensive plan. Instead of getting a slightly smaller commission now they wont be getting ANY of mine, went to another Cricket store down the street and was able to walk out happy in just minutes.

They have RIDICULOUSLY POOR Customer Service & when it comes to their prices their even worse!They mark up the price on everything in the store!!! Then, when you comment on how much more expensive their merchandise is they say Well, what can you pay?. **SERIOUSLY!?!? IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO RATING, I WOULD!! And this is the main reason why....**Bought a Wall Charger for an S8 (that they wanted to charge me $35 for it initially!!) And even though I was in desperate immediate need, there was No Way on Gods Green Earth I was paying that! Needless to say, after the Well, what can you afford! scenario took place, I left there with the charger for $26 & some change. Got the charger home & opened the brand new box, only to find.....that the wires were exposed at 1 end. Of course, I end up taking it back to them l because I want my money back! Im not overpaying for a new charger only to have it not work in a month or less because the exposed wires got even more compromised!!!**Well, by now you can already guess....THEY WOULDNT TAKE IT BACK! * IMAGINE THAT! Said they, Can only take it back if its defective. Ummmm, This IS defective! Guy says, Well, it still works doesnt it...? Seriously!!!**I am so DONE going into this store & dealing with these shady guys! The original owners were such nice people! And now....now we have to deal with these crooks! Sad thing is, theyre GIVING CRICKET A BAD NAME in the process! I dont see how Cricket hasnt pulled their Authorization to be a dealer of their products with their name! Not a good place to shop, I dont care how desperately you need something! Your better off going to Walmart or, honestly any corner Gas Station has Better Customer Service than these jokers!!!
