Fantastic, high quality food and excellent presentations with so much care, you rarely find. Service is also first rate. We dine here often and took friends for wifes birthday, all of us enjoyed the phenomenal Paella and out this world appetizer. Do not miss this place.

Lunch was excellent. A bit more expensive, but appropriate for the quality. Extremely well done. We had lunch and our server was the chef owner. The service was very good.Were looking forward to trying one of their tapas nights, and especially anticipating his take on paella.

So the big sign says Sunday brunch 10 to 2 pm. At 11 am its was closed... Was excited to try something new, but thanks to the owner not updating the hours online since they decided to close this weekend I had to drive 30 minutes for nothing. Wish there was an option to give negative stars. This place deserves -5 stars. Thanks for ruining brunch for us.

Fantastic, and the chef delightful. My group tried 5 different lunches and every one of them were great! My seafood pasta dish was delicious and prices were reasonable.

The Taste of Paris stepped up its game when Nico arrived. He is an excellent Chef who cares about customers as much as he cares about the quality of his food. Outside tables at lunch make it easy to enjoy a meal, during Covid-19, with few worries. I highly recommend Taste of Paris.

I am a foodie. I love flavors, I mean really, as in I would rather have amazing food than pretty much anything else.I came here with a friend for lunch and I couldnt concentrate on the conversation because it was just SO divine!Walking in the front door I wanted whatever I was smelling, but I realized it was probably a combination of everything. I went with the Salmon salad and the daily soup. (Cream of asparagus and spinach).I have never had so many yummy sounds come out of my mouth in one sitting before. EVER! The honey smoked salmon, I just cant even compare it to anything Ive ever had before, just so very good, and pairing it with the fruits and veggies in the salad was incredible!The server was wonderful as well, She was friendly and attentive without being overly present if that makes sense.I could easily have had just the soup as a light meal, or just the salmon salad as a satisfying lunch, but I couldnt pass on doing both. I came away full, but not heavy.I have not only found my new favorite restaurant in the valley, but I have to say this is likely my favorite place Ive ever eaten to my memory. I can not wait to go back and start trying other things in the menu. I suspect I cant go wrong with anything. (Im looking forward to the chicken mushroom wrap ordered by the table next to us! 🤤

Excellent food, the coffee was exceptional as well. The food came fast and was worth the wait we experienced getting our order taken. One small thing is that the music did not fit the atmosphere and was a bit loud- not expecting classic rock/80’s music at a place like this. Just maybe low key classical music or something a bit more subtle. Would definitely recommend to friends.

We aren’t planning on coming to Hamilton any time soon.. just remember to treat people with kindness, you never know their situation.. I’ll change my review because we are small business owners and understand that everyone makes mistakes and deserve a second chance. Maybe put signs out at dinner and on your website stating that reservations are recommended.. if we ever come to Hamilton again we’d love to try out your taste of Paris.

Love Taste of Paris! Having been to France to see my family that lives there it is so nice to be able to come in feel like Im there again. Great food, coffee, atmosphere and people.

This place is awesome, to be there is so french. Where what it is like, is to totally feel free to be able to make your time there so memorable. And not rushed. There menu is complete. To be there is to enjoy from a great coffee, from Bitterroot coffees or to start with a glass or a bottle of wine to lead into their fine menu selection, to finish with a pastry selection, to have there, or it take for later. Or to have an awesome cup of coffee. We can be a walk in to the counter for a coffee as well. They have a sales area if you liked the wine, to purchase, with other wonderful things. With the change in ownership the portions were generous and dinner was absolutely fabulous!! I had the new lobster/cod in pastry and it was perfection. Service was excellent and all members of our large group were pleased with their orders

My husband and I came here for my birthday on a spontaneous trip to Hamilton, and we were very pleased! The food was just lovely--pretty much French in content but with large portions as other reviewers have stated. It was a quiet mid-afternoon and the staff even helped us to find some local accommodations for that evening. The menu itself isnt written in a particularly French style, but the chef is French so you know it is indeed the real thing! Sometimes you dont know what you are getting with American restaurants that call themselves French, but this one actually reaches much of the way toward reminding you perfectly of Paris. Quite a nice place for a small town, and I hope they are around for a long time, for future visits we may make. Thank you to the chef and to our waitress last weekend!

Literally, amazing. Everything was wonderful. Great wine, lots of food options, delicious dessert (creme brulee was some of the best Ive ever had). Gluten free options, too. We were so stuffed after we left because everything was so delicious we couldnt let it go to waste... Highly recommend this gem!

This is by far the best restaurant in all of Montana. Coming from out of state I really enjoyed the atmosphere, authenticity, and taste. Everything is fresh and tastes like a little piece of heaven. Compliments to the wait staff and chef. I will be coming back every time I visit.

Taste of Paris is the best dining experience in the Bitterroot Valley. I feel fortunate to have this wonderful food so close by. The French onion soup is the absolute best I have ever tasted! The lunch specials are just amazing and I could eat there several times every week if it were possible for me to do!

Delicious food and a charming setting. If you like french onion soup, this is the place to go. I was too full for dessert, but they looked scrumptious. If we hadnt been traveling home to Spokane, I probably would have bought one to go. Next time!

A true french chef, Nikko curates every dish himself. This restaurant is outstanding, I try to visit whenever I am in Hamilton!

Legitimate French dining in the Montana Alps. Chef Nicos creations are always magnifique, and, when in doubt, order the soup du jour and ham & brie croissant for a cant miss meal the like of which you wont find within hundreds of miles. A jewel in the crown of Bitterroot dining.

I did not expect to find the closest thing to Paris that I have ever experienced in Hamilton. Chef Nico is the real deal. We were here 5 days and managed to make it to brunch, lunch, and dinner. In a word: exquisite.

Truly amazing French cuisine in western Montana! 1st true croissants Ive had since I left France in 1986. And the crepes were as good as anything I experienced on the Isle des Moines.

The food was amazing and the cheese plate was delicious. However, we waited an hour for our food. I will definitely eat there again.

The food was good but much too expensive

Lovely little place with excellent creme brulee, raspberry tart, and coffee. The mocha I had was really excellent and the raspberries were fresh and beautiful. They have a nice selection of french soaps, as well as montana made jewelry and other various french/vaguely french things. Their bread looked amazing--on the list to try at my next visit.

Great food, but horrible lunch service. A coffee, 2 sodas a cup of soup took about 30 minutes. After we were finished it took another 20 minutes to get the check. 50 minutes is a ridiculously long time for what we ordered and for a 2pm lunch.

By reservation only and very much worth the drive from Missoula, also well worth the price. Started with a cheese board which was really good, fruit was perfect, several kinds of cheese. Had a French Onion soup that tastes like my dads recipe, then on to the main course: lamb stew. It was incredible. The chef recommended a great red wine. Merci pour un merveilleux keal

Authentic, delicious French food. The croissants are out of this world! Choose from french soda, quiche, crepes, french onion soup, smoked salmon, creme brulee, macarons, a beautiful cheese board and baguettes and more for lunchtime. The Chef is French and creates new specials everyday. A cute little patio outside and various European seating inside. Everything is made fresh and they source from local markets. They even have a tiny market with condiments and candies and sodas. Love it and would highly recommend!
