Delicious as it is beautiful. True West Coffee is comfortable and cozy with rustic, restored doors as table tops. The barista was super knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a great place to knock out some work in peace. I’ll be back.

Worst coffee Ive ever tasted. Very rude barista. Ive drank coffee from the VA thats better. Strangely enough the True West brew at Municipal Works is delicious.

I have been a daily customer here for the past almost year. They have great food and usually most of them are polite. My experience today really upset me and I now will not be going back. I went in to get my daily lunch, arrive at 12:10 wait in line and order my food at 12:15 I had got a strawberry smoothie, 1/2 salad and soup. I had to have them remake my smoothie for it was all liquid, then I sat and waited and waited and waited for my food that should take all of 5 mins. I finally at 12:40 tell them to cancel my order I will no longer be able to even eat and she brings it right back and instead of apologizing I get well we did have a big rush really? because I have been standing here my whole lunch break and people that came in after me was already getting there food. They have officially lost me as a customer and I wont be going back. No apologies or offer to remake another time or anything. Thanks True West for being having poor customer service.

Very good coffee and strong wifi, just dont sit outside unless you dont mind being asked for money and cigarettes from everyone that passes by!!

Very retro they have a nice selection of coffees, sandwiches and breakfast items if youre in downtown Hamilton you should definitely stop in.

If youre a fan of microwaved eggs and bacon and waiting 30 minutes for a breakfast then youre in luck! For the rest of us, youre better off taking your business elsewhere.

Too expensive. It was over $3 for a tiny latte. They dont have fountain drinks. The place feels really dirty - this is probably due to the rustic decor.

Meh service. Black Coffee was good, panini wrap was slow in coming but good. Please try to learn to count back ones change. Its not that hard.
