I went to hf tool in miamisburg. Very bad experience. Sales person was rude refused to give farm tax exempt without a commercial number. I explained to him that farm is not commercial and we dont use them. He did not care. Just gave attitude. I came here to try again. Bob at this store was very polite and helpful and had the tax exempt form and explained how to fill it out for farm exemptions. He saved the day. What a great employee. I will buy more from hf tool now because of Bob.

Harbor Freight has a huge and ever changing variety of tools and supplies for the best prices. Not always top quality, but easily worth the price, every time.

I cant believe they dont sell torch tips cleaners They call themselves a hardware store I wouldnt go there to save my life that place is a joke nobody knows what theyre doing who works there and like I said if you dont know what youre looking for dont ask for help.

This location has good customer service and its a pretty clean store. Its not often theres something out of stock were looking for. Weve had a good experience shopping here.

This place is great if you need something in a pinch. The sales are awesome and the stuff may be cheap but it gets the job done. This store in Hamilton is really nice and the employees have always been very helpful. And if theyre busy most of the time youll find another customer trying to do the same thing you are that can help.

Decent tools

If you need a toilet flap or showerhead, dont go here. Theyre plumbing supplies consist of an assortment of monkey wrenches, and thats it.

Good place for tools

Horrible customer service. After confirming that my discounts from my coupons had been removed 3 times, I cashed out, looked over my receipt and found that 3 coupons had not been taken off of my total. There was a nearly $20 difference in my total after 35 minutes of informing management which items were actually eligible for said discounts. I wasnt aware that I shopped here in order to train both management and staff. This location is always like this but today was the worst yet. Harold made rude comments about my method of payment (cash in lots of small bills), calling me Miss money bags or something to that effect. Joseph (manager on duty) incorrectly told me that I had purchased the incorrect items for my coupons, until I showed him the specific item numbers matched the coupons. And it took both of them to figure out how much my discount should have been, after they re-entered and re-calculated the amount 3+ times. Inexcusable attitudes, comments, and incompetence.

Great customer service. One must be extremely careful about what one purchases at this store. Read the reviews on ANYTHING & EVERYTHING prior to buying it especially the power tools like die & angel grinders. I know from personal experience they under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are capable of standing up to industrial application requiring constant use in industrial environments. Ive had great experiences with grinder disks & such. Just keep in mind the vast majority of these product are made in China & therefore junk. I mean seriously, they compare their welders to Lincoln & Miller brands.....yeah right!

I love this place theres always Great Deals On Tools also if youre doing something and you need a tool even if youre only going to use it once. Still worth buying there, that is how cheap they are. They the best deals on stuff like wire nuts O-rings washers cotter pins little stuff like that. They have a big air tool selection and air accessories.

Love it tools

Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. One cashier had a long line and the other one was on the phone. I thought after he hung up he would open and help the other guy but that didnt happen. Meanwhile the one was open was hopelessly stuck with the guy at the register. So needless to say I decided what I was getting was not worth the wait and left. This was around 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon.

Who can say anything bad about Harbor Freight? = And now I have a location less than a mile from my house. Yesterday I was working on the car and couldnt find a T-40 bit to remove my brake rotors. I knew I had one somewhere but couldnt find it. After 20 minutes of looking I said the heck with it, after a 5 minute trip to Harbor Freight, I had a full set (102) of apex bits, and a free flashlight as well for $8. I love this place, and you will too. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable too.

Gotta pay attention to the quality, also clerks dont let ya in on the good deals in the ads. West Side Hamilton Ohio needs to step their game up. Make the customer happy and they will be back SOON!

Well, this is my first purchase from Harbor Freight cashier was Uber friendly and very helpful. The stock and selection was amazing they had a bunch of the air compressor in stock ( that was on sale)as well about everything else shelves were stocked, and very neat. I will be going back there for future purchases only downfall no store close to Middletown like with other hardware stores.

The tools here are basically throw away after one use. Theyre cheap but again you only get what you pay for. The warranty is also always a game of chance at this place. Each time Ive had to return something its been a painful experience. This is always a last resort buy for me.
