Long time waiting to be served and I was first in the store.
I went in to desperately purchase a battery because mine died and wouldnt hold a charge. The pricing was fair (under $200). The workers arent allowed to install parts due to COVID, but got special permission to help me. The person who assisted me was great!

I usually shop at advanced however I was pulled Over due to a blown light in the back of my car thank god I just got a warning but i was close and stopped in to avoid a ticket. They were packed but Joe and Phil were great still got me out fast and Joe even installed the bulb for me. They were very friendly yall have some great customer service people keep it up autozone. I want to thank Joe for his excellent customer service. He was extremely helpful, I asked if there was a way he could help me out and put my new bulb on my car and without hesitation he said absolutely. Joe was the real MVP today! I was omw way home around 830p and ran over a hook bungee cord. Called the store to see if there was any thing I could purchase to plug the tire until the morning. He recommended a plug kit. I got there and he had already pulled it from the shelf. I went outside and tried to plug it myself but wasnt strong enough. Joe cam outside and for about 15min was trying to plug it for me. He finally got it plugged. By then my tire was completely flat. Then her come good ole Captain Save a Joe with the air machine to put air back in my tire!!!! Thank you Thank You Thank You! Joe you are the real MVP! Auto give him a bonus or something for his great service!🙌🏽

I had worked at this particular autozone and they have some great people working there, carlos the store manager is a great person to work for as well as the assistant store manager phil they make sure your well taken care of. However the district manager jen Martin is a horrible manager how she got that job I have no clue. She constantly is on the back of the managers to sell sell sell meaningless stuff that people are not coming in for and says if there arent x amount of these items sold then there will be consequences. She is a huge cause of stress in the store on top of everything going on in this world right now. You would think she would have some compassion but no she seems like she likes to do this to her employees. Shes never there on the front lines but loves to act like she is. I loved working there if it wasnt for that this lady id still be there. It seemed like once she found out about my diabetes she changed completely and didnt want me there.
I was traveling home to Detroit with my daughters and it was raining heavily when one of my wipers blew off. I googled the closest autozone made it there 30 mins before closing. The manager and staff went above and beyond to get us back on the road in less than 30 mins .Never wrote a review in my life, but you have to say thank you when you come across kind people. Thanks 😊
Where in to AutoZone when it to AutoZone may 31, 4:56 pmthe so-called manager was so rude after I let her know she charged me the wrong price for some power steering fluid. Instead she refused to check the for the right price I asked for a refund. Shes so rudely said I had to wait and proceeded to cash out another customer.I was very angry because I felt she should have taken care of me first and then the next customer 😡. After me voicingmy disappointment in that service and the way she treated me she called the police and threaten me with that.whoever that young lady is was supposed to be the manager on that day she needs some serious customer service training!!

Carlos Manager was rude and unprofessional. Refused to price match item from ORileys Auto Parts. Making up policy as he goes along- NOTHING IN WRITING, THERE IS NOTHING IN WRITING THAT HE CAN SHOW ME. He refused to cooperate.

Told me I had a bad battery so I bought one but didnt install it (I bought it online at advanced auto because the had a better discount and in store pickup) anyways after driving my car for a week I realized my batter is fine and I returned the batter... this is the second time that an autozone has told me that and been wrong...always get a second opinion it can save u unnecessary spending

Ms. Dee is the rudest employee at this AutoZone. She went to the extreme to even laugh and mock me for being upset with her service. I called the store and asked if they could see if they had a part in the the store she said they dont pull parts until the customer comes in, I then said to her im not asking you to pull it and hold it I just wanna know if you actually have it before I come in the store she still wouldnt check and guess what when I went in the store sure enough they didnt have the part even though their system said it was on their shelves. How hard is it to just give customers good service? Ms. Dee called the police because I told her I was calling corporate however the other employees told the police not to come to the store because it was just ridiculous. When I left the store she came outside to get the license plate of the car I was in. Wasnt even my car. She did all that to go against me but couldnt walk a few steps in the store to check the shelf. What a waste of payroll. Then she told me she was going to lie to the corporate office and tell them I was demanding for her to pull and hold a part for me. I was so mad that this happened to me it just makes me want to cry that people treat each other this way. Do not go to this Auto Zone and get service from Ms. Dee just go to another store or just ask for another associate

Went in to get a diagnostic and the tech seemed very rushed and made me feel like i was wasting his time. He didnt even answer my question, only handed me the result of the test on the paper and said to take it in. I thought they were there to help? So much for expertise. A 5yr old could have done that 🙄 Waste of time.

Very rude customer service! I am constantly in and out of auto zone buying things for my 7 cars I have. I spend a good amount of money at this store. I sent my daughter in to buy some windshield wipers for her car and when she buys them and gets into car she calls me to ask how to put them on. I was a bit confused because when I, a big man who knows about cars, went in a while back to get windshield wipers they asked if I wanted them to put them on for me. But for my daughter, who said they seen her struggling to even pick out the wipers bc her 2 yr old daughter was cranky and wanted to leave, didn’t even ask if she needed help. Disappointed and won’t be returning to autozone.

Been there many times and have gotten some good help at times. However I stopped in there this past Sunday 8/16/15 to see if they would tell me what codes was on my truck. They had a scanner that could read all of the codes it was putting out so I asked what they were and the guy was going to tell me until his manager asked what he was doing so he told him and then the manager said no that they would only tell me the one for emissions and that was all he would tell me and not what the code was for the ABS. He tried to say that his reader wouldnt show it but I saw it showing the code on the scanner. So for whatever reason the manager was just being a jerk and didnt want to tell me what it was. Well I have found out what it was and will not be buying my parts from there to repair my vehicle. Advanced auto parts up on Columbia and 169th treated me much better as well as the Auto Zone across from them.
