Google says they open at 7AM on Saturdays, at the store it says they open 8AM. Its 8:15AM and they still are not open yet. This says poor customer service to me. Talking with managers is not helpful either. Smh!

I will not ever, no not ever use ANY Walmart tire and lube, again. If they can get a full shift and get there on time, they seem to be unmotivated, uncommitted and poorly directed. Their compressor was broken in Hammond and couldnt get an answer in Country Club Hills, no one tire qualified would be at 5th Ave after 4pm so I left the tires I bought and went to a competitor. Paid more, but they could get the lugnuts off

Terrible. The staff comes in when they want. They dont care about breaking your appointment and they dont answer the phone when you call. I will not be returning.

If I could give 1/2 star I absolutely would. I called yesterday to get tires for my daughters car. An associate told to come in this morning at 8am. I am here and the manager of tires tells me that they only work by appointment. I can understand that, but why wouldnt they have told me that when I called instead of having me come here for nothing. Poor customer service. Upper management need to do customer training.

There is no option for 0 star? The worker knocked off the tire pressure sensor while changing a tire.I went back to the manager and was treated rudely, not admitting their mistakes at all.I have lodged a complaint with the authorities.I spent four hours and 500 dollars only to have a new problem with my car.It was a terrible experience, dont come to this store!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. They told me I needed an appointment to get tires installed. So I told them I would take my tires and get them installed elsewhere but the guy at the counter started giving me attitude. And then this other guy was waiting 2 hours just to get one tire installed! They took the tires to get checked out and I still got my attitude and more rude behavior from the employees. The guy threw my tires into the cart. And told me that I had to push back to my car that he wouldn’t help me because he was busy. I had a bad knee and was wearing a knee brace and couldn’t get my tires in the back seat. I was very angry that I went to the customer service and asked to speak to the store manager but they said she wasn’t there. I knew they were lying. I don’t recommend anybody come here unless you want to be treated like dirt!

I went to Walmart on a Tuesday morning to have my 2 front tires replaced and balanced. When I entered, the attendant was pleasant enough and she told me it would take about an hour and a half to complete the procedure. I then proceeded to shop a little and when I returned the car was completed. I went to place my purchases in the trunk and found a water bottle there had been drunk out of and when I took it back in to find out why it was in my trunk or the reason they needed to go into my trunk, the attendant became I tad belligerent. She went to ask the techs if anyone had gone into the trunk and they said no. Thats what she kept telling me when I tried to explain to her that it was not my water bottle.I have water already in my trunk so I have no need to purchase any and I am the sole owner of the car so there would be no reason for a strange bottle to be in my car. I also noticed that my glove compartment had been tampered with because its locked and will not open, but the handle was pulled in the down position where someone had tried to open it. All I have to say is if you take your car, you check to make sure all your items are there when you leave or dont leave anything valuable in your car.

Had me come from Illinois to buy a battery. Once I got there they told me they had to many cars today. I got there at 5:15. I guess the free installation is only for the morning customers. Wish I would have known that before passing several walmarts to get there. Lying employees wouldnt own up to telling which of them I talked to.

Wanted to purchase new tires got there exactly when they opened up, first ones there. Purchase the tires and wanted them to put them on. The employee pulled my car inside took off all 4 tires to put the new ones on only to come out about 20mins later to tell me that the air pressure machine that inflates the new tires was not working. WHAT THE HELL! Didnt you know that before you took off all 4 of my tires. I was highly upset. Definitely wont be going back there.

Either overfill or underfill oil. Sometimes they forget to put oil back in at all. Ive heard it all from others after having it happen to me once. Waited 4 hours to almost blow my motor. Go somewhere else.

Just because they are cheap doesnt matter at all. I would have rather spent $160 for my tires to be put on then to deal with this store and paying $60. They do not care about there customers and have the attitude that because they make minimum wage, they need to treat everyone like they do. Disgusting customer service and even from management. Called corporate on them while waiting because I had that much time. Corporate tried to call the supervisor of the store, and even corporate couldnt reach them. Do not come to this store ever.

Talk about awful service! Stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for an associate to help me. When I was finally helped I asked for a price on a tire and the lady said she couldnt help me because shes not a service writer and theres only one on staff today. After waiting another 10 minutes still no one....I left and went a couple of miles down the road to Tire Barn in Highland. They took care of me as soon as I walked through the door.Another reason not to shop at Walmart.

Its very difficult to get service. Left my car for 5 hours and tires where not put on as requested. I was told it would be a 3 hour wait. I have bought tires here before. The employees just dont care. They are very unhappy. I went some where else this year knowing I would paid a little more. The headache isnt worth it.

The staff is good the manager is fair. The wait is expected, watch some netflix, play a game, pay your bills, or take a nap. But its better than the other Walmart service centers ive visited. Today when i went the manager was in the shop working on the cars not just watching or walking around. When my truck was done i didnt hear her call me so she called my phone right away. Ive never heard them talk to people in a bad way. Like Ive been talked to at other walmart service centers.

Went in for a $10 tire patch.They broke the TPMS sensor on the tire = $50Stated I maybe broke it before I brought it in.My 2014 Jeep has 30,000 miles just was at the dealership yesterday and passed its 30k mile checkup with flying colors. assistant mNager said I can’t prove it wasn’t broke as if the dealership I bought the vehicle from wouldn’t write a letter from yesterday’s visit.They employee people that don’t know what they are doing! Do NOT Take your vehicle here for repairs! They will BReAK it! You’ll owe $14,000 on your vehicle because some high school drop out Walmart employed to change oil forgot how much to put in and Blew your motor!Pay the extra $5-$10 and go to a real dealership or a real shop.This is some straight consumer fraud.

Over an hour away from closing and they said they werent taking anymore customers. I even asked the machinist what time they close and he said 6pm. Its 5:07 now plus I got here at 4:56. Not giving them anymore of my business. This is why I never go to Wal-Mart anymore

Called about getting a plug in a tire that was leaking slowly. Customer representative couldnt tell me a price ..she said she needed the exact size of the tire to tell me the cost? I think they need to hire staff that knows their job . hey Wal-Mart a plug is a plug .Its just the cost of the plug and labor .Wouldnt recommend this place .

This auto center was a complete joke. We got a flat on the side of the highway and after showing up they quoted us a three hour at the least wait time. They were apparently lazy with their time and unhelpful.

Me and my spouse got to the auto center first thing in the morning, second people in line. We waited almost 3 hours for a tire change. The employees were extremely rude, and continued to put other cars before ours. Wont be coming here again.
