The females that usually run this store must not be no more ☹️! 6 mo9nths ago i gave this store 5 stars. Unfortunately today I tried to purchase a phone but those in charge of the store couldnt tell me the camera pixels nor look it up. Neither of the 2 employees made the effort to assist me in to look for the information I was asking for. I told themthank you very much though you couldnt help me and I simply walked out and Ill bring my business to another store.

The girl that helped me on site was a sweetheart. I purchased a phone online. Cricket cancelled the order. She did everything in her power to help me. She gets a 5 star the company gets a 2. I think her name was Gabby. Congrats to her for being so sweet and loving to find my phone for me. Her gracious spirit is the reason why I still believe in human grace.

Was in town for work. Called to see if they had want I needed available. They didnt but they took my name and number and called me within 2 hours when there shipment came in. Ms. Kathy was nice and professional.

This is the most horribly ran store you can imagine. I had to come back three times in one day. They were all flustered and calling more workers in. By the time I finally got to speak to someone they were no help at all! They were rude and unhelpful. I am switching services!
