Good customer service, even though the ladies were unable to solve the problem with my phone they were so helpful

Samantha gave me a very warm welcome and was very nice and informative. I got to the store a little late but she was glad to help me switch to cricket with 2 new phones for an amazing deal! I highly recommend going to Cricket and asking for Samantha she will definitely help with anything with a smile!

They need more detailed sales rep operating these stores to help customers in selecting reputable phones. Also they need a 30-day in-store return policy on phones purchase.

Omg I see why theyll give you 4 phone for $100 the service suck... this is honestly the worse phone service Ive ever recieved. The sales associate was so sweet and nice tho she waved my activation fee for like 2 phones and she called her boss multiple times to help me get great phone deals but I wasted so much money on phones because the services were incredibly horrible

Only 1 cashier on duty, 2 other customers in front of us. Had to wait a minute. Cricket policy to add $3.00 for in-store payment is distasteful. Why should you be charged to pay your bill in the store? I might change carriers.
