My son-in-law made a appointment for 230 today. He was driving me up there from Plymouth as I can’t drive. We arrived ten minutes early, only customer there. Informed the employee we had appointment for battery replacement. More customers started to arrive. We were told come back at 5. I told him we just came from Plymouth can’t do that. That is why we made a appointment. He said well other people have the same time schedule. I said are you telling me you can’t replace my battery right now because other people made the same 230 appointment. He said yes. I took my phone and left. Not acceptable!

Dave helped me out. He was great and knowledgeable. Chose the particular battery I needed. Unfortunately it didn’t meet the requirements the machine I had needed, but that was not his fault and he warned me ahead of time. It was the highest powered battery they had possibly available. I returned the piece, however, their service was great and I appreciated Dave’s help. He made it a great experience. Will be back on the future.

Great products and attentive service. They had a hard time fixing a billing mistake but they were able to solve the issue. Competitive prices. Using the online service it was easy to find the appropriate battery for my motorcycle.

Great experience . . . ordered & paid online for a new battery for my Honda Accord. Got all of the applicable discounts and picked up the same afternoon at the store. In and out in less than five minutes. Worked great for me since I like to do my own work, though they will install on request.

I have visited this store several times and on each occasion the staff has been helpful and enthusiastic. I needed a new screen for my ipad 2. I was told it would take a few days, which was fine with me. one of the guys called me the next day to tell me it was all set. that was a fast turn around time. i was very happy with their service and will recommend them to my friends.

After looking at other web sites, even AT&Ts, the maker of my phone, i was not sure which battery was the one for me. Very clean and organized. Feels like an updated Radio Shack; and that is NOT a slam. The man who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, didnt make me feel dumb. They have batteries for everything...laptops, recreational vehicles, anything you could need. They will also recycle batteries. Id return.

The technician fixed my broken iPhone 6 screen on a Sunday morning, New Years Eve, no less. I had it back in an hour an a half. Both team members in the shop were engaging and knowledgeable. I will definitely return if I have the need again.

The replacement battery for my laptop was not checked properly by the store to ensure that it was correct. I compared the part number in my order to the part number on the battery and they didnt match. Fortunately I did that at the store, not 1/2 hour away where I live. It should have been carefully checked by the store. Ive been going here for years and this is the first slip up. It happens. Its a very good operation and I recommend it.

Just a great place! Always have what I need in batteries or bulbs. Had a rare bulb could find anywhere that was burned out. Went there and the bulb I had was French. No wonder I couldnt find a replacement. The brass base is bigger than lights here. But they had it, 2 for about $3.00. Absolutely fantastic!

They advertised battery install free with purchase...NOT THE CASE!!! The website made no mention that if it is threatening rain/wet parking lot, the install wont happen. The price was fair but the second trip back after I installed the battery on the same (cloudy day out in my driveway) I purchased it, made it a no go for future purchases. This business will not be there in a couple of years anyway. The products/market is just too limited.

I was extremely please with my purchase of two Duracell Ultra Platnium AGM Deep Cell batteries for my RV Trailer. I called the Hanover Ma store the middle of February with a question I had on that particular agm battery, not only did they provide me with the answer to my question, they also advised me that if I were not in a hurry to make the purchase, there would be an additional $10.00 rebate beginning March 1, 2019. Thats what I call great customer service along with honesty. I placed the order online the first week in March and received a 10% online discount along with the $10.00 rebate. I called to ask about having my phone screen replaced, and I have never talked to in such a disgusting manner from someone who is supposed to be a professional. I was literally laughed at and told my phone was not worth fixing. If you like to be talked to like a small ignorant child, then call this place, they will surely ruin your day before you even go in!

Experience at the store was good,the fit of the battery to the phone however was a completely different story. It was such a tight fit in the phone some of the outer skin had to be removed to get it in.

Wonderful store had every light bulb we need

Brought IPhone 6 in to replace broken screen. Service was absolutely fantastic BUT new screen is horrible. It is definitely inferior to the Apple screen. When tapping on letters while texting often times nothing happens and you have to wait and keep tapping repeatedly before it types the letter. Other times the letter beside the letter you are typing appears. Phone has not worked right since I replaced the screen. Very frustrating!!! Great service as stated, but inferior product. I would spend a little extra and get a real Apple replacement screen at an Apple store.

Very disappointed with the customer service, they do not stand behind their product or their warranty. Very rude and uneducated on proper customer services. I was a loyal customer but now no longer a customer.

Purchased a battery online for my tractor and it went pretty smooth but I would pick it up at the store. Got to the store and was next inline to pickup my purchase but waited 15 mins. before getting served, then because there was a core charge on the battery it took anther 10 mins. to figure out how to refund the charge back to my bank account. Otherwise the battery worked out perfect and the price was reasonable and they just happen to have it in stock, BRAVO! Seem to me the store needs additional bodies to have it flow smoothly. The staff was polite and friendly.

I had replaced the battery in my phone three times in three months. I purchased from three different stores. I went to Batteries and Bulbs and unlike most stores where you are more or less ignored they listened to my problem. I purchased the battery they suggested. That was one year ago. My battery store from now on.

Will never ever shop at this store again. Just got into a screaming match with the store manager because i brought in a motorcycle battery that seemed to be not holding a charge which he told me adamantly that theres nothing wrong with it. There was a lot more things said by both of us that i will not write. I have been a customer with them for several years and puchase all my battery needs (cars,boat,motorcylce,lawnmower,etc.) from them. I also am someone who belives in local brick and mortar over internet.
