As we were from out of town, we had several phone conversations with Howard before we made the trek in to the dealership. He answered all of our questions, worked with us to find a vehicle in our price range, and gave us a great deal! All well worth the 3 hour trip. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted instantly and our new car was washed and waiting. The paperwork process was easy and fast! We were then given a tour of the vehicle and was on our way back home. Best car buying experience we’ve ever had!
This Nissan leaves much to be desired. I was here with a friend for a simple car issue the other day for their Nissan, which they purchased here. While purchasing the car was an overall positive experience, the other day was not the case. Nissan charged us approximately $600 dollars for accomplishing absolutely nothing. We now have to take our car to another service place, and have wasted our time and money. The three stars is reflective of our overall service with this Nissan dealer, not just one or two visits. They did give a good oil change at a fair price
[2021 Nissan Murano Platinum] Great deal! I got more than I was expecting for my trade. I got a lot of rebates for my new car... to the tune of 3k! No pressure at all, which I appreciate. All around great experience. When I received the car, it wasnt topped off with fuel; it was corrected on the spot, with apologies from all. I did not put that in to point out a flaw, but to point out how they care and then quickly rectify a problem. This attention to customer service is why my last four vehicles were purchased at Hanover Nissan (and Lots for Less). Ive bought four other cars from dealerships in the immediate vicinity, but the previous four were at Hanover Nissan. Customer service makes the difference every single time. If youre a Veteran, youll be acknowledged and appreciated. I didnt ask for it, but when the staff read my wifes license plate, it became apparent they mean what they say as it pertains to Veterans. They appreciate service, of every type.
Walking into a dealership can feel like walking into a lions den - car salesmen dont have the best reputation. Hanover Nissan made the experience not only comfortable but even enjoyable. Ryan was the epitome of helpfulness with his honest, candid, and caring approach to our interactions. His authenticity was refreshing. The rest of the staff was also knowledgeable, personable, fair, and transparent. If I had written a script for it, I wouldnt have changed too much.This was my first experience with Hanover Nissan, but I could not give them higher praise for the way they dealt with us. I bought my truck a few years back and had a great buying process but what is even more rare is that the great experience has carried into the service department. Jeff fought Nissan for weeks to help get issues covered out of warranty after I picked up the truck. Well he succeeded and called me a few weeks later and told me the news and they had a refund check waiting for me. He always squeezes me in when I need something done. 100% would recommend from buying to servicing a vehicle here. They have a great team that will look out for their customers!
My son bought his truck here a year ago and the customer service is wonderful. He is stationed in NC, but will bring his truck here for service as the local dealership where he lives is not very attentive. I wasn’t sure what to expect when it came to buying a car mostly online during COVID, but the entire process was quick, seamless and FUN! In fact, I spent more time on my test-drive than signing paperwork. Dan, Zack and the team took excellent care of me, even going as far as delivering the car to the train station in Lancaster so it was there when I got off the train from Philly. It was Zack’s day off but he made the drive to hand me the keys himself ... if that isn’t literally going the extra mile than I don’t know what is. Thank you guys!

I had terrible issues with the processing of my title for my 2017 Nissan frontier which was from another dealership. They mistakenly put Ally financial as a lienholder on the title. It took this other dealership months to correct the problem.I took the truck to Nissan and Hanover and the lady Missy in the title department was amazing. Not only was she extremely nice she was willing to go the extra mile by calling this other dealership to fix the title situation. She was able to get done what took them months to do. I also had a very good experience with Dan Freiser the manager at that store. he was courteous respectful and quick to act on things that needed done for the sale to take place. I would deal with these guys again in a New York minute. Thanks again for your help!

About a week ago I purchased a used 2012 Chevy Malibu. The staff was so amazing and friendly. They understood my concerns with my current car, and were able to get the payments around where I wanted them and it was a very smooth process. I had a leak in my roof. I called and the service tech immediately suspected the cause and gave me an idea of the cost to investigate and repair. I took the car in, picked up a loaner and was on my way in under 20 minutes. I received a phone call later in the day confirming what needed to be done and giving me an estimate of when the repair would be complete. My car was actually finished early and the return of the loaner and pickup of my car took less than 10 minutes. I wont know if the repair worked until it rains, but am confident that the problem has been corrected.

Brought my car in for inspection. It needed more than I thought it would. Instead of calling me and letting me know that it needed something they waited until I came to pick it up to tell me. This would have left me in a bind, except Ed offered a loaner car until my was fixed. It only took a day to fix but I wished they would have called me to tell me what was wrong in the morning so I could have given them the okay to fix it and I wouldnt have had to wait. Other than that everything was fine, my car is fixed, Ed and the mechanic were very helpful in explaining everything to me and getting me another car until mine was fixed. Everyone seems very helpful there whenever we come in.

The transmission in my Frontier just DIED! They had my truck in the shop that very day! A special shout out to Assistant Service Manager Ed Dominguez! Even though it was close time for him to go home he waited till I got there! He hooked me up with a loaner and said hed call when they had a diagnosis. Unheard of customer service! Got a call the next day...…..unfortunately the transmission couldnt be saved! Ed gave me all my options and said theyd respect whatever I decided! Again.... customer service! I love that truck so I asked them to replace the transmission! A short time later my truck was like BRAND NEW! Then the Check Engine light came on and they resolved that problem as well! EVERYONE (even the girl that took my money ha ha ha!) was just SUPER helpful! Same for the mechanics! They just dont make enough stars for this TOP NOTCH dealership! You can be SURE I had a Nissan hat on when I left! :)

My vehicle was scheduled for an oil change. When It was completed I noticed my inspection was due to expire next month. Ed and his crew agreed to complete the inspection while I waited. I was grateful I didn’t have to make a follow up appointment for the inspection.
