There was a miscommunication regarding the discounts available on the services performed. I was told that only one discount could be taken across all services when in fact there were advertised discounts on each separate service being done (I.e. discount on tires, discount on 40k mileage check up, discount on wheel alignment, etc.) The final bill did properly reflect the discounts for each of the services performed.Also there was no communication that they were not going to be able complete the requested services by the end of the day on Saturday. Because they are closed on Sundays it would be Monday before I could pick up the vehicle. I had to scramble to cover my work plans for Monday.I think the prices they charge for services are very high, in particular on the type of services that aren’t complex such as $2,000 for two axel break job, $600 to replace spark plugs or $150 to replace a windshield wiper.

Gus gets things done! I went in to look at a car that I didn’t realize was so far out of my price range. Thankfully I had Gus and he found me a 2017 eclass that was perfect for me price wise and a beautiful car. The dealer is a great service center, normally flawless. This time, however, a computer glitch deleted a service appointment I waited two weeks to get. They fixed it by slotting me in a day later so it was not too bad but surprising anyway given how good they have been in the past. Otherwise five stars, especially their valet loaner car program where they pick up your car and leave you a loaner, especially since this is the closest MB dealer to me and is over an hour away.

Professional & technically proficient in all respects. The provision of a “loaner” vehicle and delivery of our repaired vehicle was a pleasant & welcomed surprise. Our 1999 CLK 320 with 246,000 miles was not a technical match for the 2018 loaner and therefore a little instruction would have been of great assistance.

How would you like to go the dealership (Hanover MB) for a brake check and repair,? and leave with only a change of brake fluid because thats what they said the problem was. 550 miles ( and 3 months) later I was still having same problem, but was told it was not my brakes. I then return to Hanover MB and they said oh yes, your brakes needed repair, and they still do. I had just returned from a drive to NYC and NH. Not a good feeling. Service manager not accommodating, nor professional. I only had a receipt for brake fluid change, was NEVER presented with brake estimate at the time of my visit. They did the service, and I paid for it. I have never had this experience of the 50 years I have been driving and getting cars repaired.EVEN AN APOLOGY WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER THAN NOTHING, WHICH IS WHAT I RECEIVED. I dont think they deserve to be a MB dealer! Past owners, no problem!!!!

Brought my Sprinter Touring Coach in for recall service on wheel sensors. From initial appointment contact to completed service, it was the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Chavin Fagan is the consummate professional service rep. He made certain I was comfortable waiting, gave accurate and timely updates, and thoroughly explained the delay due to a rust bolt that needed special attention. All work was done quickly and done right. I even got to thank the mechanic/technician for his good work, which is a rarity in todays work environment. I brought my vehicle in for routine service. Service A, state inspection and tire rotation. Made an 8 am appointment. They couldn’t do it day one. Kept it a second day. Received notice it was done at 11:30 am. I gave them until 1:30 pm. Showed up it’s not ready. Turns out it was never inspected. They said it was taken to be washed before the inspection and they didn’t realized. After waiting 30 minutes it comes up. Oh and wait it was never washed! How doI really know Amy of the services where done. I got an I’m sorry from them. Truly disappointed!!

Everyone knows that car buying is a process. From the research to the financing to dealing with the sales department, the process can be anything but smooth. Mercedes-Benz of Hanover made the entre process silky smooth.I was looking for a specific type of car and went to several Mercedes dealerships to see if they could find or order one for me. Phelan Dussault was my sales consultant and he wasnt pushy, or tried to talk me into anything on the lot. Instead he said you obviously know what you want, Ill call you or text you if anything comes in. Over the next 8-10 weeks hes texting me cars that are coming in similar to what I was looking for until the car Ive been looking for finally arrives. Phelan drove up to their Maine store and drove it down for me to come look at THAT day to make sure I had a chance to look at it. No other sales consultant took care of me like Phelan. He just wanted to make sure I found my car. I really appreciated his professionalism and his willingness to get me what I wanted. I will only go to Benz of Hanover now, which is an hour and a half out of my way because of well my car shopping experience was with them.

From intake to pick-up, everything was great. Grace, on phones, set my appointment, understood what the issue was, explained the process. Young man who took my car was friendly and courteous. John, my service rep, was great: communicated an accurate time-line and price. I was willing to use Lyft but he secured a loaner vehicle and made sure I was comfortable in it before I left the lot. Pickup was courteous all around: John knew who I was when I arrived, immediately had my car brought around and the young man who drove it up was courteous as well. All around painless experience.

I have a 2015 ML350 and the check engine light came on about 10 days ago. As it is the only car we owned (at the time) that could satisfy our family needs (car seats, etc), I wanted to get it addressed quickly to ensure the car was safe and functional. I called and service informed me they were busy and I couldnt be seen for over a week (this past Tuesday at 8:45am). I showed up and was told I wouldnt have an update until 1pm.Fair enough. I appreciate the fact that garages can be full so I asked for a loaner. I was told they didnt have any. A DEALERSHIP did not have any loaners. Incredulously, I asked how this could be? I was informed I should have booked in advance--how was I supposed to know? I had no clarity that any diagnostic check would take all day (I had an early am appointment afterall). I also dont understand how a dealership can knowingly take in X appointments in the day and not have an appropriate protocol/process in place to ensure its clients have appropriate accommodations. Our service rep (who we have always enjoyed interacting with previously) offered to call me a lyft. AN HOUR went by and still nothing so he thankfully asked a valet to drive me home. While I appreciate the efforts of our service rep, I find the policy of this dealership to be absolutely shambolic and unprofessional for a dealership that represents a luxury brand.After not being updated for hours and repeated attempts to get answers that went unanswered, I finally got an update around 2:30pm (1.5 hours after I was told I would have an update). I was told the ignition coil had to be replaced. I was told it would be taken care of for me and it would be ready by 5pm.I was dropped off at the dealership. While waiting, I heard several employees of the dealership openly talking about technicians going home early, or not showing up (this might explain why their garage is so backed up).Finally I was told the car was ready and I was presented with a bill for $429. No apologies for the delays, no explanation as to why such a malfunction may occur, etc. Upon a cursory review of what an ignition coil replacement costs for a 2015 Mercedes ML350, it seems I was charged substantially more than average cost of replacement.Honestly, I am not one to post reviews or complain for the sake of complaining, but this entire experience is enough to sour me from buying another Mercedes from this dealership.

We purchase a beautiful Mercedes Benz today. Chris who was our salesperson is incredible. I call him in the morning, he told us to come right up. He had the car ready. We took it for test drive. He put the deal together right away. We were very happy with Chris’s knowledge, professionalism and kindness. He did everything we asked and more. Took my car in because of a recall. I was told I get a multi point inspection and the car would be washed. As it was it did not need service for the recall and when I asked about the multi point inspection I was told yeah yeah you got it without any documentation checklist or anything you normally get from Mercedes dealer. As far as the wash goes, leaving it in the rain five minutes would’ve been superior. It looked BAD. The fact that the service rep saw that and did nothing about it is shocking.

My vehicle was due for an oil change and needed a rear break light. Michael Street supervised the intake and service progress. At all points of contact Prime Staff Members were professional courteous and attentive. I waited in a safe, immaculate, area that had a full garage view. My vehicle returned from servicing freshly washed, vacuumed, and had been given an additional sunroof safety inspection for a potential recall hazard that, luckily, was not an issue for my car. Even the price was a pleasant surprise. All good Highly recommended.

I had a very bad experience at the dealership today. After looking at cars online I was contacted by Sara regarding the car that I was interested in. She notified me that the car was only available in Manchester NH and the car could be shipped to Hanover so that I could test drive it. I agreed and was told that in order to secure the car I had to give a $1000 deposit. I scheduled an appointment to go in and before the appointment Sara called to ensure that I was coming and told me to ask for the manager Brian. I came in and asked for Brian but instead I was introduced to Phelan Dussault. Phelan looked for the car and talked me out of reserving the car and suggested that I look for other cars that are coming in stock. During the conversation Phelan was very unprofessional asked me if I worked and where and what I did for work. He also continued to talk me out of purchasing a car and stated that I should save my money for my family instead of giving it to Mercedes Benz, which was very presumption and rude. The dealership should work on the professionalism of staff and provide retraining we’re it is needed.

Not impressive service. I have had a deal pending for 60 days, couldve been 30 due to a recall on vehicle, but salesperson negligence is costing me another month. Dont expect them to keep interest in you once theyve got a deposit. Chavin was professional, informative, and easy to talk to at my service visit at Prime. He explained about the service for my extended warranty and approximate cost. Chavin called to explain the diagnostics and options for repair.
