First time at Land Rover Hanover and received exceptional customer service from David Campanale and team. Dave provided best practice and recommendations regarding service needs for my vehicle. Dave was really helpful. The work that was done to my car was about 6 hours but he made sure there is a convenient way to get to him incase I need anything during my wait. Everyone else seemed so helpful and they were happy to have me there.
This dealership is excellent. I dealt with Melvin who was professional, responsive and very personable. Too bad I can’t buy a car yearly, but if I need another down the road, I wouldn’t hesitate going back. I highly recommend this place.

I do appreciate and very much like the new text system to let you know what was found with your car and the status update. Dave was very nice and when I called he provided very thorough explanation of what they had found on my status report as I had a few additional questions. After contacting most of Massachusetts Land Rover’s, I checked the online online inventory and I set my heart on a 2021 Range Rover Velar that was at Land Rover of Hanover. Immediately when walked in I was welcomed by warm and friendly smiles from the staff . I was shown several different vehicles that fit my needs and wants was and given the keys to go for a spin .I absolutely love Land Rover of Hanover ! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional.From Mike my Salesman to Emma in financial ! They made my car buying experience joyful and relaxing. Best experience you’ll ever have at a dealership. It has a relaxed atmosphere with the highest quality of attention and customer service. They have just the right size sales group to take care of everyone, without having an overwhelming presence. Everyone there is friendly, easy to talk to, professional. and an expert at what they do. I bought a Land Rover from there many years ago, but have had other vehicles in the last several years. I haven’t been at all satisfied anywhere else. I just bought my second Land Rover there and was again impressed with everything. Of course the vehicles speak for themselves, but this is a place that makes buying and owning one the best experience you’ll ever have. Couldn’t be happier!!!

I had a great experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2020 Range Rover Evoque and a 2020 Discovery Sport. Melvin was a great salesperson to work with, he answered all of my questions and I drove a variety of models. This was not my first dealership I stopped at, but I am happy it was the last. I also worked with Michael the General Sales Manager and John who did all of my finance. The team here is nothing short of superb. They will definitely see me in another few years.
I understand Constantly needing to get the “system updated” is a problem with the actual product (‘19 RR Sport)and not the dealership. Having to wait over a month for an appointment for service (even if it’s just to reset your key Fob) is absurd.
My vehicle was serviced at LandRover Hanover for a minor issue, upon arrival my car was taken right into the bay. Once resolved the technician servicing my car came over and provided a very detailed account of which may have caused the sensor to come on in the car. The atmosphere was very inviting, warm, and friendly. Such professionals!While I don’t intend on visiting too often :-) I wouldn’t choose any other place to have my vehicle serviced.Big thanks to Dave the service advisor for the assisting.

Not typically compelled to write a bad review but the experience we just had here was terrible. Just walked in to look & inquire about purchasing a Defender. Not one person said hello when we walked in - too busy staring at their phones and eating their lunch. Then, when we mentioned we wanted to look @ one he pointed at the one in the show room and said “it’s right there”. We then ask to look inside - “you can’t it’s sold” … okay… do you have anymore? Asks someone else that didn’t bother to say hello - “no we don’t have any” end of convo. Man walks back to finish lunch. Sad. If I were the owner or manager at this dealership I would want to know just how bad the service was. I would rather drive 100 miles and buy from someone else than give these people my $.
I drove almost an hour away to this LR dealer after my local LR dealer really dropped the ball with me. Glen made me feel welcomed as he brought multiple vehicles out to test drive and answered my questions thoroughly. He made me feel like a valued customer. I bought my new LR from him in about an hour. I felt so comfortable at this dealer, with absolutely no pressure. Emma handled all of my financial inquiries promptly with expertise, and her level of customer care and service will without a doubt have me returning to LR Hanover for any future vehicle purchase. It took over a month to even get my vehicle in to Land Rover while I drove around with an open. Sunroof because the motor broke under warranty. The service department was very unresponsive during the 9 days they had my vehicle amd I had to rent my own car which Land Rover said good luck getting a reuimbursement for even though the problem was under warranty. Terrible service. This will more than likely be the last Range Rover for me. I was treated way better at Toyota and am appalled at the poor service.
This was my first visit to this dealership. David in their service department was great. I recommend getting your Land Rover serviced with him.

The team at LR Hanover is top notch. They did an excellent job from sales to service, to post sale work. While my local dealer needed 4 weeks to get me a loaner for service, Hanover brought me a brand new loaner car and had my service completed within 1 week. They followed up the entire time, the pricing was competitive, and I wont go anywhere else for LR service moving forward.
I have an older car that was acting up so I brought it to this landrover location to diagnose the problem. Tom initially helped me over the phone and Dave helped me in person. They were both really patient and sociable. When it came time to go over the diagnosis they helped answer my questions/concerns and helped me to understand which of the associated repairs were the most dire. I was very glad to have my beloved car inspected thoroughly and reported to me with such care. The brief encounter that I had with the general staff seemed really open, friendly and respectable. Im glad it was a pleasant experience as older cars can be quite stressful.

Customer service is something I keep close to my heart. It is something you will always remember. I had to make several calls in to check on the status of my service to be told at the end of the day that my car was JUST being taken in for service after having been there all day and would need to be held overnight. No loaner was offered, no accommodations made.I was informed that an email was sent to me to confirm everything that was to be serviced, never received an email only to find out that they had the incorrect email address on file?!?!?!?Car was not washed as I was informed that the car wash was closed??!?!?!? Service was very subpar!Disappointed Range Rover owner!Not the type of service you expect anyplace but especially from a high end dealership

Purchased a pre-owned Discovery Sport from NJ and the whole process was definitely easier than I expected. Jhul the sales manager does his job well - hes polite and courteous, but of course looks to protect the dealerships bottom line. We did all the negotiations via email, which I preferred, and he was always super responsive. I feel I get a good price for the vehicle and Emma in finance was extremely kind and not pushy for anything she recommended. Adam Baracco was the sales person assigned to me and he sent me a great 2 minute video with just enough information to make me feel comfortable without overdoing it.Ive purchased cars from Volvo, Buick, and Kia in recent years and Adam was by far the most pleasant Ive ever dealt with. Sure, the transaction was a little different because I was far away and the typical pressures didnt apply, but even when I picked the car up, I could just tell hes a very genuine sales guy - a rare breed. I wish him the best and I dont doubt hes going to have a very successful career in the industry.

I was under the impression that when you get to a dealer for your vehicle brand, you got to the one stop to solve any of your problems. Not this time, very little willingness to help shown, was recomended to replace my engine as they would not get into certain repairs. I was even presented with the option to sell my 6 years old vehicle and they could check if any of their employee were interested, not acceptable, not professional and not ethic under my eyes. A few days has passed and still trying to get over that experience, so disappointed.
As much as I enjoy my Discovery, its the service team that excels in efficiency, safety and communication. I always appreciate the candor and sincerity in dealing with Tom.

I was actively looking for a specific configuration of a new or CPO Discovery and stumbled upon LR Hanover from LR inventory listing. It was very easy to work with the team (not putting names for their privacy) and all my questions were answered in timely manner leading me to purchase to my fullest satisfaction.The whole process was transparent, digital* and we finalized a deal within matter of few hours.No games, direct conversation and good people, all the ingredients needed for a good car buying experience.* the paper work for purchase was overnight fedex. I would suggest to use technology such as DigiSign to electronically capture the signature so that unnecessary time and money spend in shipping can be avoided. Additionally I wish there could be a way to pay electronically vs mailing a cashiers check which I had to do in this instance.

Had an amazing experience. The sales rep was super average but the manager Micheal was above and beyond and I basically bought the car from him. He was transparent which made it feel like an honest open negotiation and I was very satisfied with the end numbers. They took my trade for a very fair price as well. The finance and registration was a breeze. I love the low pressure feel to buying a car. Overall amazing!
