Started my new service with Metro and this store recently. Couldnt be more happier. Got great deal on phone, store rep was very friendly and helpful. Manager even drove over an hour just to bring me a case for my phone. Very impressed with how they take care of their customers.

Today had the best experience at Metro Pcs in Hanover mall.I explained to manager of a bad experience last week with a very rude sales lady.He helped me with a new phone and almost 60 dollar discount.Thankyou so much,money is so tight rite now but needed phone for emergency!!!!!

Had problem with my phone and was very frustrated with the lack of service from other Metropcs stores. The woman who was working here was very nice and attentive. She worked on my phone for while and was able to fix the setting issue on my phone. She was always smiling, and just delightful to work with. Will be coming here from now on. :)
I never write reviews but wanted to share my experience at the Metropcs store in Hanover. I was having problems with my phone and wanted to see if Metro could fix it for me. I was driving through the Hanover area as I am from Randolph. Googled Metros in the area and found Hanover. I was little apprehensive to go into this store because it only had 3 stars reviews. But I was in the area and just wanted them to look at my phone so thought it couldnt hurt.I am SO GLAD I came into this store and honestly have no idea why it only has 3 stars. Jeff helped me and he was so patient, attentive, and courteous. I was there for over an hour as Jeff worked hard in doing everything possible to free up storage, remove ads, and fix my data connection. All the while, other customers kept coming in, some were even extremely rude. The whole time Jeff was polite, listened to their needs, and solved their problems while he was still fixing my phone. I just sat in the lobby and observed.Jeff was able to fix my phone, much to my delight. I offered to pay him money for his time and he graciously denied payment. He was just glad he was able to fix my phone, save me from buying new phone, and delighted I was leaving store happy. I couldnt thank him enough and went to leave.When I was almost at door, I stopped, turned around and told Jeff that I was honestly nervous about coming in here after seeing 3 star reviews and couple of unpleasant reviews. But after witnessing first hand how Jeff treats his customers, observing the high levels of service he gave his customers, I mentioned, I have no idea why this store isnt rated higher. I asked Jeff why he thinks scores arent higher.Jeff was a little reluctant at first to open up, but I kept on him and finally he shared some insight. I learned that Jeff was the owner. I really liked what he said, paraphrasing but this is essentially what he said.That he is the owner of this store and the store in Middleboro. He has been working at this business for almost 10 years. These 2 stores are not only his livelihood to provide for his family, but also the livelihood of his employees who work there. He always conducts himself with the best interest of the customer at heart, but as an exclusive dealer, does have to abide by the policies Metropcs mandates dealers adhere too much to displeasure of some customers who constantly look for ways to beat the system and expect free stuff.He also said that his customers and clientele are the most important thing to him and he does everything in his power to ensure all customers have enjoyable experience. He doesnt use any aggressive sales tactics, doesnt force anyone to buy anything, spends a lot of time asking questions to try to fully understand what customer needs, and then presents options for the customer to choose, if they want to. At the end of day its the customers choice. I saw this first hand in how he treated me, again he spent over an hour with me and didnt charge me a dime, and how he interacted with other customers.Lastly he said, that no matter how hard he tries to make customers happy. Some people always find something to complain about. Aint that the truth.I sincerely thanked him for his time, and his help I will always come here for my cell phone needs even though its 40 min drive, and will refer my family and friends!! The company is great but the store isnt most of the good phones never in stock and all the cases is $30 or more

I recently purchased a new LG Stylo 4 from this Metropcs store in Hanover. When I got my new phone, the store had several customers in the lobby. There was another customer at the counter with me, and he accidently took my phone box that had my charger in it. I didnt realize I didnt have my phone box until that night when I went to charge my phone. I returned to the store the next day, and spoke with Jeff. Jeff was able to determine what happened and contacted the other customer who took my phone box with charger in it. I was going to go pick up the phone box/charger but Jeff insisted that he go and get it. So Jeff drove almost an hour to get my phone box and charger for me so I wouldnt have to be inconvenienced. After Jeff came back, I had some questions on how to use the phone, he was very helpful with me, showed me how to use the phone, and emailed me over a copy of the phone manual as well. I was very impressed with high quality of service I received, and the above and beyond effort Jeff provided to help me with my issues. I recommend this store to all of my friends. I wont go anywhere else. Jeff and his staff were fantastic! Exceeded all of my expectations. :)
Only giving it one star because you cannot give zero. Tried this store twice. Dont waste your time here. Go to Abington instead.
The place is never open when I stop to pay bill. Was closed an locked with the guys sitting behind the counter. Not sure how this place is still open or why these people have jobs.
Last month I arrived at 10:30, half hour after opening. doors locked. waited 15 minutes, went and got coffee. came back and waited 15 more minutes. finally woman opens door and states she was in the bathroom for two minutes. tsking, shaking her head and saying im wrong takes my cash. i asked for a receipt, machines broke i was told. I told her to give me my money back. surprise surprise, another minute on the computer I got a receipt and a text thanking me for my payment. Today at least she. opened by 10:20. if i had employees like this Id be out of business

Only giving one star because you cant give zero.The owner is rude and tries to push his customers to get a new phone when in reality you went in there to get a case or a memory card. The store has horrible customer service and I will not recommend anyone to go there Jeff the owner of this MetroPCS is also the owner in Middleboro I got That information from the woman that was working on the front desk.
Their claimed hours arent close to what is reality. Always signs on door be back in 15 mins hour later still no one
Ive had it with these slackers. It doesnt seem like they even want to stay in business. Do yourself a favor and just go to the location at Kingston Collection. At least THEY answer their phone.
